So a husband is now supposed to submit to his wife and not the other way round? Thank you una feminist generation nonsense. ![]() |
Sai Baba, Sai Buhari... na dem bin shout am for 2015 treesun: |
You are talking trash, you supporter of evil. Corrupt politicians apologist like you garfield1: |
Omo! see the fraud of the highest order, they took 1000 votes from Agustine Ekanem who had 1278 votes, and added to Stephen Leo Ntukekpo who had 006 votes to make it 1006 votes. The rule of law must prevail. Barr Mike Igini is a true Democrat, a man of integrity and the type of REC that fit with our current sets of corrupt political elites. Keep doing the good work, Sir. This result shows crystal clear how they manipulated the process in their favor and we Nigerians have seen it as well ![]() politicoNG: |
EFCC this is a joke taken too far ![]() |
This is commendable. dubaino: |
GEJ actually saved those funds but it was the then opposition Governors (including the likes of Fashola and others in the APC) that took the FG to court and won the case since the constitution didn't support saving of Excess Crude Funds (The constitution position on the excess crude fund is that the fund should be shared). The former Minister of Finance Dr. Ngozi Okonji Iweala have spoken about this several times, how she pleaded with the then Governors that funds in the Excess Crude Account should be saved for rainy days, but out of greed those Governors whom almost all of them are now in APC disagreed. So get your facts right before you start misleading the public. Tianamen1: |
was PO able to fix all the schools in Anambra State when he was the Governor? You guys should stop this noise-making and get to work. This current governor in Akwa Ibom State has built schools but the truth is that he may not be able o fix all the schools in his tenure. Totilopussylick: |
Arrant nonsense... The Governor can not fix all the Schools in the State in 8 years. When you show the dilapidated schools also show the ones that he has either renovated, built or rebuilt. Don't come and create a post for gullible people to spew trash here. You can check out the ones that he has also built here: https://www.nairaland.com/attachments/15624163_fbimg1655834987492_jpegbf9d31bc07ef67721637389799ded60a https://www.nairaland.com/4544821/udom-emmanuel-akwa-ibom-pictures princeemmma:

hmm What is life, if full of care, We have no time, to stand and stare... May God Almighty have mercy on us, May He lead us not into temptation and may He deliver us from all evil. |
As I said earlier, Akwa Ibom State Government doesn't just pay WAEC fees but has also run a free and compulsory education from Basic to Senior Secondary School level (from Primary 1 to SS3) from 2007 to date without noise-making, so if BAT paid just WAEC fees, you guys should not come here and make so much noise about it, because other states governors have done more than this quietly. If I may ask, how did they copy Tinubu when I'm talking about free education and you are talking about just paying WAEC fees only? What stopped him from running a completely free education scheme considering the amount of revenue that accrues to the LSG during his tenure? You claimed that he's still doing it till now and my question is, is he still the governor of Lagos State? The last time I checked He's the Controller-General of Lagos State but obviously not the Elected Governor of Lagos State ![]() trutharena: |
In Akwa Ibom State, AKSG has been paying school fees from Primary 1 to SS3 and WAEC fees for all the students and pupils (both indigenes and non-indigenes) in their public schools since 2007 to date without making noise about it. So you guys should look for something else to tell us. Tinubu just did this for just a year(2000) according to this post and couldn't sustain it to date, so if Akwa Ibom State can do more than this for 15 years now, that's not an achievement to make noise about. ![]() trutharena: |
Can you show me evidence of Igini's bias and controversies in this issue as you claim? The electoral act is very clear on this, except Udom Ekpoudom steps down voluntarily that's when a fresh primary can be conducted, so stop crying foul. People should always try to do things the right way and not always cut corners thinking that they can get away with it. saintkeppy: |
If we have 37 of Barr. Mike Igini as states and FCT RECs, Nigeria's electoral process would have always been free and fair. Only corrupt folks will see anything bad in what Mr. Igini and Mr. Falana have said concerning these corrupt politicians. |
This is not only peculiar to Lagos state, states learn from each other and that's the way it should be...

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. |
Who said it's the best in Nigeria? bad belle by the way, it's one of the best in the country. Gov. Udom Emmanuel is delivering on his campaign promises and Akwa Ibom is Rising graduallySeakay: |
This is commendable, Akwa Ibom State needs more of these kinds of infrastructures in the educational sector. |
No be small... na national Assembly dey pass your state budget now ab? Those Street lights along the stadium road were vandalized completely before Akpabio left office, so get your fact right. You can go ahead and spew trash, but the fact is that Udom is delivering on his campaign promises. NtoAkwaIbom: |

Akwa Ibom Ayaya... Akwa Ibom is Rising... It can only get better. May God continue to bless Akwa Ibom State wIth good, innovatIve, selfless, and visionary leaders. |
You thought abi? even if Igini is removed as AKS INEC REC or not, the rule of law must prevail so that people like you who are corrupt politicians apologists will be disappointed. But mind you, Barr. Mike Igini is going nowhere saintkeppy: |
I'll only vote for the candidate who will convince Nigerians beyond reasonable doubts that he will RESTRUCTURE this country, take this country from this CORRUPT PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT to TRUE FISCAL FEDERALISM and allow for RESOURCE CONTROL, LGs AUTONOMY, JUDICIAL AUTONOMY, STATE POLICE, etc and not candidates that will deceive Nigerians with their sugar-coated tongues as Buhari did in 2015. The solution to Nigeria's problem is RESTRUCTURING! |
