of which what we need is a newspaper to do an indepth story like one of them cnn features on nepa(abi PHCN) to expose all the things there that dont add up(trust me theres enough story in 1 station not to talk of HQ or PHCN as a whole) then the public outcry that rises up can be an excuse to purge the place cause govt is trying but another stumbling block is that union the thing is jst somehow(i'm not really a union person sha so i might be outta line ) they tend to fight too much even policies that are for the good of the sector

in obj's case i heard they imported the wrong transformers lol! and also about the bola ige thing he caused his own downfall, talking about steady power supply in 6months(6 years is a tough sell!) once he sed that pple in PHCN made up their minds to frustrate him cos he was running his mouth(he prolly thot d prob was all administrative)

In PHCN dey have some maaadddd cartels made up of current and past staff so the cartels have to be disbanded first and of course the almighty corruption only then can the nigerian power sector start to make sense!

Even if the rude person wants to stay in a relationship. . .change usually is just temporary. Not saying everyone but alot delude themselves into thinking they have changed or they have caused change in another. Like i said people can be hella deceptive. . .if one wants it bad enough, one can 'make' oneself the 'almost perfect' person True you can cause some effect but unless that effect is lasting, a person will still revert to who he/she was and may always will be

i get u're point and it makes a lot of sense, but thing is, well, at first i wasnt a calling or txting person den my girlfriend complained and afta dat we split(due to some oda issues) and when we got back afta 4months it was a lot easier for me to keep in touch(she even sed she was amazed)its been 4months since we got back nd even tho i dnt always feel like replying every txt at least i kno am much better, so abeg dont scare me o(saying change is temporary)i think it depends on d ppl involved(not saying am anywhere near perfect, i have more than my fair share of faults)bt i've tried nd it seems its here to stay,
