Ademoyega was not allowed to take care of Ironsi
.he was sent to the Telephone exchange instead that was why he and Ifeajuna the Coup leader had a fist fight in prison after Ademoyega found out that Ironsi had deliberately spared Gen Ironsi and all the Igbo Politicians in Lagos
If he was the brain why was he being sent around, he should have been the one sending people around

They are quoting from Ademoyoga’s book and you dare call it unsubstantiated speculation?

When would it qualify as substantiated? When you read it from MC Oluomo’s book?
Ifeajuna wrote a book too, and in it he claimed.to be the brains behind the coup.

Everyone is a boss in their own version of the story

Mostly wild unsubstantiated speculation. If they wanted political power for themselves, why the plan to make Awolowo head of government?

And the fact of Igbo coup or otherwise is just immaterial; if it walks like a duck, looks and quacks like one...then it's a fúcking duck. The manner with which Aguiyi Ironsi totally mishandled the aftermath of the coup also contributed hugely to the pogroms that later ensued...

PoliticsRe: One Thing Is Certain, Tinubu Never Attended Secondary School- Picture by NewDea4: 11:30pm On Aug 27, 2023
gidgiddy:
Tinubu is one mysterious character. In 1999 when Tinubu ran to be Governor of Lagos State, he claimed in his electoral form that he attended secondary School at government college Ibadan(GCI) between 1965 and 1968. Last year, well known social critic and journalist, Femi Aribisala, sent the below tweet saying he was at the same GCI from 1962 and 1968, and never saw Tinubu there

In 2019, late Afenifere scribe, Yinka Odumakin, wrote an open letter to Tinubu where he said that after it came to light that Tinubu claimed to have attended GCI, the old boys association of the School contacted Tinubu to find out if there was a mistake somewhere as none of them remembered him attending the School. Tinubu never responded

To this day, nobody alive has ever said they were classmates with Tinubu in any Secondary school, anywhere in the world.

I think its safe to say at this stage that Tinubu never went to Secondary School, you dont become that prominent and nobody remembers you in Secondary school

The questions people should be asking is:

What was Tinubu doing in the 60's when his mates were in Secondary School? Sleeping at home?

With which qualifications did Tinubu use to gain admission into Richard Daley College as well as Chicago State University? Did they admit him because they loved his face?

It is an incredible feat to have never attended secondary school but made it to Richard Daley College and Chicago State University. Why is Tinubu fighting in court not to share this inspirational story of his with us?
You be mumu

Of course he attended primary and secondary under his true identity, whilst bearing his birth names that he doesn't want anyone to know...because he was adopted by the Iyaloja and he's not actually a Tinubu

Keep deceiving yourself. Yoruba theatre of that period were in fact touring troupes, they only filmed for television.Ogunde was the first one who took control of his own marketing, followed by Ade Love, Baba Sala & co. Yes they predated Nollywood but they weren't Nollywood.

Don't be deluded. Yorubas too were recording movies in vhs during that time infact earlier than that. Its just that Yoruba films then were limited to southwest due to language barrier. What propel Igboz movies then was the use of English even we in southwest watched those films. But its not to say those Igbo English films started earlier in vhs than yoruba movies. That's a blatant lie from hell. We are d pioneer of nollywood
They were recording on celluloid, specifically Hubert Ogunde. That wasn't Nollywood.

Nollywood is as the one that went beyond our shores, Ibos started it with VHS tapes and Upper Iweka market distributors, Ebinpejo lane, etcetera.
FamilyRe: Should A Child Of This Age Be Sent On An Errand? by NewDea4: 11:46am On Aug 27, 2023
lawrenzoo:
Good day, Nairaland families. I would appreciate it if mature and responsible families in the house could enlighten me on this. My son is only 7 years and 4 months old, and I allow him and his 5 year old sister to do minor chores such as making their beds when they wake up, sweeping their rooms to some extent, taking their plates to the kitchen after eating, and brushing their teeth at night. However, there is one thing I frown upon in the house, "Sending a young guy of his age on street errands," but I discovered that my wife finds it so easy to do so.

Most times my wife would want to get simple stuff like detergent and so, she calls him which i do stop from happening most times since i am of a personal opinion that it is rather too unsafe for him and he should not be sent on an errand alone until he is at least 10years old and above.

Please i want to know if I am simply the one overreacting and too overprotective OR a child of that age should not be sent on an errand?
NO!

Some people actually think that Nollywood started with 'Living In Bondage ' and 'Domitila'. Smh.

Aisha is even schooling them for free when they should be paying to recieve this kind of knowledge.

Everything about entertainment in Africa, from the first TV station to the first stadium etc, has its root in Ibadan, the heart of Yoruba. Thank you Aisha for the free education you are giving them.
You can never rewrite history you shameless, useless criminal...Nollywood started when Igbo film-makers began recording their movies on VHS tapes!

Hahaha. He said everybody loves big big meat. You omitted that part because you love big big meat too grin

They love Yoruba because they were not raised with lies, hate and bigotry like you and youths from your side. This is the difference between your ilk and them.

No other group in Nigeria feels that everyone within Nigeria, South Africa, India, Indonesia,
Malaysia,Singapore, USA, UK, Germany etc hates them except your own people. If you still don't see that the problem is with you then your perception of reality is false. This video tells you why MKO won in the North in 1993 and Asiwaju Tinubu won in 2023, the Northerners see the Yoruba as a positive brand to associate with.

The Hausa are a native ethnic group in northern Nigeria, West Africa. They speak the Hausa language.

The Hausa are a culturally homogeneous people based primarily in the Sahelian and the sparse savanna areas of southern Niger and northern Nigeria respectively, numbering around 86.84 million people with significant indigenized populations Ghana , Niger in Benin, Cameroon, Ivory Coast as so on

the Hausa-speaking communities are scattered throughout West Africa and on the traditional Hajj route north and east traversing the Sahara, with an especially large population in and around the town of Agadez.

Daura, in northern Nigeria, is the oldest city of Hausaland. The Hausa of Gobir, also in northern Nigeria, speak the oldest surviving classical vernacular of the language.

The Yoruba people are a West African ethnic group who mainly inhabit parts of Nigeria, Benin, and Togo. The areas of these countries primarily inhabited by the Yoruba are often collectively referred to as Yorubaland.

The Yoruba constitute more than 52 million people in Africa. The vast majority of the Yoruba population is today within the country of Nigeria, where they make up 21% of the country's population according to CIA estimations, making them one of the largest ethnic groups in Africa. Most Yoruba people speak the Yoruba language, which is the Niger-Congo language with the largest number of native or L1 speakers.

in this video I will be asking the Hausa people what they like ,think about the Yoruba people
Of course they like Yoruba because they can ride them unchallenged
