AlBaqir:
Obviously the biggest problem of the Wahabist like you is inconsistency. Do you submit to this noble text as it is (Tafwid) or you interpret it from its literal meaning (Tawil)?

[58:7] Al-Mujādalah-
(O man!) Do you not know that Allah knows all those things which are in the heavens and in the earth? There is no whisper of three (men) anywhere but He is their fourth (with His all-encompassing knowledge and awareness). Nor is there any whisper of five (men) but He is the sixth of them (with His all-encompassing knowledge). Nor of less or more than that but [size=15pt]He is (always) with them wherever they are( اِلَّا هو مَعَہُمۡ اَیۡنَ مَا کَانُوۡا )[/size]. Then on the Day of Rising, He will alert them to the actions that they used to do. Surely, Allah knows everything full well. "

* So, do you believe according to that ayat Sherif that He Allah is with us wherever we are as the above verse clearly stated? Nah! The inconsistency of your manhaj interpret this part to "His knowledge" as you believe He Himself is in the heavens or above the throne (as in height).
So you think you have made a point? Olodo!

Anyone who wishes to get the right explanation of these hadiths should read Sheikh Ibnul Uthymeen's commentary on Ibn Taymiyyah's Aqeedatul waasitiyyah.

Spending my time with a dull headed deviant is a plot of shaytaan. I ask Allah to save me from such waste of time.

AlBaqir:
^And like I said after posting the 10 reports, there are LOTS of other reports on wiping of feet. Imam Ibn Abi Shaybah alone recorded 8 different narrations which is different from the previous 10, and in itself enough to prove the hadith tawattur.
So mutawaatir narration are those that are reported by very many people and that's all?

The way you flaunt your ignorance is very frustrating and interesting!

You just use terms recklessly, even scholars who spent their whole life researching about hadith don't audaciously declare narrations to be mutawaatir.

You on an internet forum where most of the members don't know the definition of tawaatur, that's why you are free to talk recklessly and un wisely.

You mix, maqoof, Munqati and mudallas narrations and call them mutawaatir! So ugly!

Then even those that are free of defect are talking about wiping the socks not feet. why do you interpolate texts and their meanings?!

It's high time you repented!!
IslamRe: Nothing Is Above Him, And Nothing Is Below Him by Newnas(m): 3:50pm On Apr 13, 2016
Your first problem is that you conceptualize that the actions of Allah to be like the actions of humans.

This made you think that when Allah descends to the nearest heaven he has left his throne. Exalted be Allah above your evil and misguided thoughts.

We submit to the texts of the Quran and sunnah and do not interpolate them with our foul intellects so also we purify the meanings of the Quran and sunnah from the shaytanic whisperings like this that you have created.

I didn't expect anything better from a deviant shia who doesn't wash his feet during ablution and believes that prostitution is a holy deed.

Abu Hurayrah is free from the lies you grave-worshipping shias accuse him of.

The pronoun "him" in that hadith refers to Adam. Your lies increase the student of knowledge in certainty that you shias are bloody liars.

As from today, I owe you deviant(s) not more than a comment per thread.

You better go and repent and stop accusing the innocent slaves of Allah.

Voluntary Fasting Reminder.!!

All praises & thanks are be to ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى). The Lord of the Aa'lameen.

As'Salaamu Alaikum Warahmatullaahi Wabarakaatuh,

In Sha Allah Tomorrow Is Monday, The Day of Voluntary Fasting, If You Are Able To, If Not Earn Reward By Reminding Others.

Abu Huraira ‎رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنه reported that;

The Messenger of Allah ‎صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said,

"The gates of Paradise are opened on Monday and Thursday. ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) forgives every servant who does not associate anything with Him except a man with hatred between himself and his brother. It will be said: Delay these two until they reconcile, delay these two until they reconcile."
[Sahih Muslim 2565]

The hadeeth says: “[ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) says:] Fasting is Mine and it is I Who give reward for it.”
[Al-Bukhari, Fath, no. 1904]

“The prayer (du’a) of the fasting person will not be refused.”
[Reported by al-Bayhaqi, 3/345; see also al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, 1797]

And also, "Whoever fasts one day seeking the pleasure of ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى), if that is the last day of his life, he will enter Paradise."
[Ahmad, Saheeh at-Targheeb 1/412]

And ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) knows best.

May ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) keep guiding us and aid us through our attempts to pleased Him.
Allah Humma Aameen.

In numerous places in the Qur'an, Allah praises and shows His pleasure for the Companions of the Prophet (Saw) and also for those who follow in their footsteps. For example, Allah says,

"And the first to embrace Islam of the Muhaajirun and the Ansaar and also those who followed them exactly (in faith)! Allah is well-pleased with them as they are well-pleased with Him. He has prepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) to dwell therein forever. That is the supreme success". (at-Tawbah;100)

Furthermore, the following verse of the Qur'an was first and foremost directed to the Companions of the Prophet (saw);

"You are the best of peoples ever raised for mankind, you enjoin good and forbid evil, and you believe in Allah" (al-'Imraan, 110)

In addition there are numerous hadith in which the Prophet (saw) told us about the special place and superiority of his Companions, and also of those who came after them. Imraan ibn Hussain narrated that the Prophet (saw) said;

"The best people are my generation, then the people who come after them, then the people who come after them" (al-Bukhaari, and Muslim).
In another very important hadith, the Prophet (Saw) said;

"The tribes of Israel broke up into seventy-two sects. My ummah shall break up into seventy-three sects. All of them will be in the Fire except for one: [That group] which follows what I and my Companions are following." (at-Tirmidhi)

The behaviour and actions of the Companions of the Prophet (ra) were witnessed by the Prophet (saw) himself and approved by him. This means that their behaviour was also approved by Allah as it is an accepted principle that the Prophet (Saw) is not allowed to approve of something which is essentially wrong.

These verses and these hadith - as well as many others - demonstrate to us that the Companions were on the Straight Path. This is, in fact, the only true path as the hadith concerning the dividing into sects demonstrates. Indeed, Allah makes it clear that the path to Him is only one when He says:

"And verily this is My Straight Path, so follow it, and follow not other paths, for they will separate you away from His Path. This He has ordained for you that you may become pious" . (al-Anaam, 153)

Ibn Mas'ud stated that the Prophet (saw) drew a straight line with other lines to the left and right of it. He stated that the straight line was the Straight Path and upon all other lines were Satan's calling the people to those paths. Then he recited the above verse from Surah al-Anaam.

Therefore, we should look to the Companions and the others of the first three generations - those who followed in their footsteps and who learned directly from them -- and we should try to emulate them as we know that their lives were pleasing to Allah.

However, in what matters should we emulate them? In matters of the deen, in matters related to following the Straight Path. And what is the deen? It is one's matters of belief, one's matter of law, one's matter of behaviour and ethics -- all of these form part of the deen and all are essential aspects of the deen.
IslamThe Sunnah The Better! - Don't Deceive Yourself With Excuses. by Newnas(op): 7:33am On Apr 09, 2016
STOP MAKING EXCUSES!

Praise be to Allaah and blessings of Allaah be upon His Messenger and Chosen Prophet.

Many people do not take the matters of their religion seriously, and they offer feeble excuses.

Often we hear strange responses from people when we seek to offer advice or confront them about their evil actions and sins.

For example:

Q: Why do you not give up this sin?

A: These are difficult times, and everyone is like this.

Q: Don't you know that the joke you told is a serious matter, and it is making a mockery of Islaam?

A: My intention is sound, and I only meant to have some fun.

Q: How can you work in this haraam job?

A: I can’t find any other job. Do you want me to die of starvation?

Q: How could you shake hands with a woman who is a stranger to you (non-mahram)?

A: My heart is pure.

Q: Why do you not wake your child up to pray Fajr?

A: Poor kid, he didn’t get enough sleep and he has to go to school.

Q: Your daughter has passed the age of ten and she is still wearing short clothes; why don’t you tell her to wear hijaab?

A: She is still young. When she reaches the age of puberty we will tell her to wear hijaab.

Q: Why don't you wear the correct Islamic hijaab?

A: It doesn’t look good on me. What will people say about me? The cover restricts my breathing.

Q: Why are you wearing abaayahs (outer garments) that have patterns?

A: This is what is available in the stores.

Q: How can you bring the means of forbidden entertainment into your home?

A: My wife/wives and children put too much pressure on me.

Q: Why don't you pray in the mosque?

A: The Imaam’s voice is off-putting, and there are too many offensive smells.

Q: Why do you shave off your beard, my brother?

A: Because it doesn't look nice, I can't grow a full beard.

My fellow Muslims!

What Will Your Excuse Be Tomorrow Before Allaah?

Think about it!

We ask Allaah to make us adhere firmly to His commands and to follow His guidance resolutely.

Then the fourth and fifth reports even take them farther away from tawaatur. because they are mawqoof (actions of a companion) not marfoo' (action of the prophet alyhissolaat wassalaam).

# Companions could make errors, they are not infallible, however that doesn't in any way affect their virtues.

#One of the conditions of tawaatur has been compromised here, tawaatur reports should not be based on ijtihaad.

See fannul usuul by imam tibreeziyy, nuzhah by Ibn Hajar, uloomul Hadith by Ibn Solah and min atyabi minah by Sheikh al-Abbaad etc for better explanation on the conditions of tawaatur.
IslamRe: Wudu (ablution): Wiping Or Washing Of The Feet by Newnas(m):
The narrations are still far from tawaatur based on your definition because;

Sa'eed bn Abu Urubah in the chain of the second report you mentioned is a mudallis as Imam Ibn Hajar stated in his taqreeb, and you can see that the hadith is mu'anmu'an. in fact he had memory loss during the last part of his life (ikhtalata).

And one of the conditions of tawaatur is that the reports should be authentically reported in each generation.

Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn Muhammad ibn Daawood narrates:
“I used to walk with the Shaykh (rahima-hullaah) from Jaami’ al-Imaam Turkee ibn ‘Abdullaah to his house, and he asked me about my Qur.aan recitation. So I told him that I read it from time to time, but I don’t have a specific amount which I read everyday. So he directed me to take a set portion from the Qur.aan everyday, even if it is a little. This is because whoever has a set daily portion will (in time) complete the Qur.aan, however, whoever does not have a set (daily) portion, then he could complete the Qur.aan very quickly, or many months may pass whereby he would not have completed the Qur.aan.
He then gave me an example, saying:
“ Whoever reads an entire juz (part) daily, then he will complete the Qur.aan in a month, and whoever reads two juz (daily, will complete the Qur.aan) in fifteen days and so on”.”
(Mawaaqif madhee.ah fee hayaat al-Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz - Page 25)

Concluded.

AlhamduliLlah who has made the completion of this work possible. I ask him to make it beneficial for the poster, reader and anyone who shares it in this world and the hereafter.

Fahd al-Bakraan narrates:

“Many have narrated that when someone wants to depart from the gathering of the Shaykh at night, that the Shaykh would invite him to stay and join them for supper, as was his manner with all who visited him. And if anyone asked to be excused, then the Shaykh would immediately respond by saying:
“ In that case, you must be scared of her (implying his wife), certainly if you deny this, then you would remain with us for supper. ”
May Allaah (Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) shower His immense Mercy upon him and enter him to Paradise, (aameen).” (Mawaaqif madhee.ah fee hayaat al-Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz - Page 13)

Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Abdullaah ibn Baaz (the Shaykh’s brother) mentioned:
“That his blood brother Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abdullaah ibn Baaz used to maintain the ties of kinship with him and his parents ever since he was young.
He used to visit him regularly and ask about his health and used to kiss him on his (fore)head, when he used to live in the district of al-Badee’ah al-Qadeemah in Riyaadh.
And he used to ask about my children and encourage his (own) children to visit me, may Allaah have Mercy upon Abu ‘Abdullaah.

Ever since he was young he used to love knowledge and the scholars and used to be very giving towards them, such that he would always ask our mother (rahima-hallaah) for more during lunch and supper so that he could take it with him for his brothers (in Islaam) amongst the students of knowledge.
And we were young, and used to say to him:
“Why do you do that regularly?”
And he (rahima-hullaah) would say:
“ Indeed Allaah is Most Giving and will make easy our affairs in provision ”.” (Mawaaqif madhee.ah fee hayaat al-Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz - Page 29)

Shaykh ‘Abdullaah ibn Saalih al-‘Ubaylaan narrates:

“Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn Baaz (rahima-hullaah) stood out from the rest in the manner he would offer advice, and how he refuted those who differed with him.
I once asked him in a large gathering:
“There are many who differ (with you, yet) all of them love the noble Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abdullaah ibn Baaz. We would like to know the reason for that. What is it that Allaah has blessed Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abdullaah ibn Baaz with which causes love in their hearts for him?”
So he responded:
“ I do not know of anything except that – and all praise is due to Allaah – ever since I have come to know the truth during my youth I have called/invited to it, and I remain patient at whatever befalls me in that regard. And I do not favour anyone in that regard and nor do I adulate anyone in that regard. I speak the truth and remain patient at whatever befalls me. If it is accepted, then all praise is due to Allaah, and if it is not accepted, then all praise is due to Allaah. This is the path I have set out for myself, (both) verbally and (in) written (form) – whoever accepts it - accepts it, and whoever rejects it - rejects it. So long as I am upon clear understanding, so long as I am upon (sound) knowledge in that which I (firmly) believe, then I say (what I say) and whoever from the people differs with me, then for them is their ijtihaad. Allaah grants a mujtahid two rewards if he is correct and one reward if he errs. So I do not know of any other reason except this – that I call/invite to the truth according to my ability – and all praise is due to Allaah – and I propagate it (both) verbally and by action, and I do not admonish and nor do I cause (any) harm. If I am able, rather, I pray that Allaah grants him success and guidance – this is my way with the kings (leaders) and other than the kings”.” (Mawaaqif madhee.ah fee hayaat al-Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz - Page 25)

"Shaykh Muhammad Haamid who was the president of the group “As.haab al-Yameen” in Eritrea said:
“I arrived in Riyadh on a cold night, and did not have any (money) with which to pay for a hotel. So I thought about going to Shaykh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez ibn Baaz’s house; the time was 3 o’clock in the morning (and) I was hesitant, but (finally) decided to go (to the Shaykh’s house).
I arrived outside his old mud-style house and found someone asleep by the gate. Having awoken, he opened the gate for me and I conveyed my greetings to him ever so quietly so that no-one (else) hears me since it was so late at night.
After a short while, I saw the Shaykh himself descending from the stairs with a pot of food. He extended greetings to me and gave me the food, saying:
“ I heard your voice and brought this food for you, assuming you had not eaten this night ”.
By Allaah, I was unable to sleep (the rest of the night) due to weeping at such noble manners”.” (Mawaaqif madhee.ah fee hayaat al-Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz - Page 233)

Doctor Naasir ibn Misfir az-Zahraanee narrates:
“Shaykh ‘Abdur-Rahmaan ibn ‘Ateeq, the one in-charge of the Shaykh’s finances was asked: “Has the Shaykh ever asked you about his salary, and when it was due, or when it was spent, or anything about it? And has he ever asked you about how much his salary is?”
The Shaykh responded: “By Allaah! He has never asked me about it, rather he would ask about the salaries of the other people, stipulating that it must not be late ”.” (Mawaaqif madhee.ah fee hayaat al-Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz - Page 223)

Abd al-Aziz ibn Abd Allah ibn Baaz
(Arabic: ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ ﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻦ ﺑﺎﺯ ), also known as Bin Baaz, was the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia from 1993 until his death in 1999.

Raashid ar-Raajih narrates:
“Once, while I was in the presence of the Shaykh, a man came asking the Shaykh for (financial) assistance, so the Shaykh gave him a generous amount. However, the man was not satisfied, and said to the Shaykh “This is not enough for my needs”. So the Shaykh, most humbly and respectfully, said to him:

“ Take it, and there will be barakah in it, with the permission of Allaah ”.

And it appeared the man understood what the Shaykh had intended, so he took the money, thanking the Shaykh as he left.” (Mawaaqif madhee.ah fee hayaat al-Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz - Page 196)

Ibraaheem ibn ‘Abdil-‘Azeez ash-Shithree narrates:

“I was in the company of the Shaykh once when someone telephoned the Shaykh seeking a fatwa. Just at that time the mu.adhdhin began calling the adhaan, so the Shaykh said to the questioner:
“ We shall now (listen and) respond to the adhaan”, and he placed the telephone handset down beside him.
When he finished responding to the (call of the) mu.adhdhin and (reciting) the well-known supplication after the adhaan, he turned to speak to the questioner (still waiting) on the phone and answered his question.
This is indicative of the Shaykh’s consciousness at implementing the Sunnah in all (his) affairs.” (Mawaaqif madhee.ah fee hayaat al-Imaam 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn Baaz - Page 213)

Sa’d ad-Daawood narrates:
“The Shaykh was very careful in how he spent his time;
If he was to travel by car to deliver a lecture or to (simply) attend a gathering, then a number of books would be read to him, (so much so that) I don’t know how many books have been read to him whereby he would make beneficial notes in them. And when he was asked about (all) this, he (simply) said:

Ummu Sulaym is one of the many companions of Allah's messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam. This article is about the virtues of the companions rodiyaLLaahu anhum taking Umm Sulaym as a case study.

Patience of Umm Sulaym – Dr. Saleh as-Saleh [Audio|En]

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

One of the sons of Abu Talhah (May Allah be pleased with him) was ailing. Abu Talhah went out and the boy died in his absence. When he came back, he inquired, "How is the boy?". Umm Sulaim, the mother of the boy, replied, "Better than before". Then she placed his evening meal before him and he ate it; and thereafter slept with her. At last, she said to him: "Arrange for the burial of the boy". In the morning, Abu Talhah went to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and informed him of the event. He enquired, "Did you sleep together last night?" Abu Talhah replied in the affirmative, on which the Prophet (ﷺ) supplicated, "O Allah bless them." Thereafter, she gave birth to a boy. Abu Talhah said to me: "Take up the boy and carry him to the Prophet (ﷺ)"; and he sent some dates with him. The Prophet (ﷺ) enquired, "Is there anything with him?" He said; "Yes, some dates". The Prophet (ﷺ) took a date, chewed it and put it in the mouth of the baby and rubbed the chewed date around the baby's gum and named him 'Abdullah.

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The narration in Bukhari adds: Ibn 'Uyainah relates that a man from the Ansar told him that he had seen nine sons of this 'Abdullah, every one of whom had committed the Noble Qur'an to memory.

The narration of Muslim says: The son of Abu Talhah (May Allah be pleased with him) who was born of Umm Sulaim died. She (Umm Sulaim) said to the members of the family: "Do not tell Abu Talhah about his son until I mention it to him myself." Abu Talhah came (home) and she gave him supper. He ate and drank. She then beautified herself the best way she ever did and he slept with her. When she saw that he was satisfied after sexual intercourse with her, she said, "O Abu Talhah! If some people borrow something from another family and then (the members of the family) ask for its return, would they refuse to give it back to them." He said, "No". She said, "Then hope reward for your son". Abu Talhah got angry, and said; "You left me uninformed until I stained myself (with sexual intercourse) and then you told me about my son. "He went to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and informed him about the matter. Thereupon Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "May Allah bless the night you spent together!" He (the narrator) said: She conceived. (One day) Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was in the course of a journey and she was along with him. When Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to come back to Al-Madinah from a journey, he would not enter it (during the night). When the people came near Al- Madinah, she felt labour pains. He (Abu Talhah) remained with her and Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) proceeded on. Abu Talhah said: "O Rubb, You know that I love to go along with Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) when he goes out and enter along with him when he enters, and I have been detained as You see." Umm Sulaim then said: "O Abu Talhah, I do not feel (so much pain) as I was feeling earlier, so we better proceed on. So we proceeded on and she felt the labour of delivery as they reached (Al-Madinah). She gave birth to a male child. My mother said to me: "O Anas, none should suckle him until you go to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) tomorrow morning." The next morning I carried the baby with me to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and narrated the rest of the story.

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The Difference Between Lesser and Greater Shirk – Shaykh Uthaimin
by AbdurRahman.org

Translator: Mikail ibn Mahboob Ariff حفظه الله

Question:

Esteemed Shaikh, what is the guiding principle with regard to the difference between texts concerning greater and lesser shirk?

Answer:

This [is a] question a lot of people ask about, saying: what is the difference between lesser shirk and greater shirk?

Greater shirk is that which, when it takes place from a person, he leaves the religion [of Islam, becoming a disbeliever]; lesser is that which is less than that.

So directing worship to other than Allāh is greater shirk, and revering [any of] creation as Allāh is due reverence, such that one [of creation] is given a right of divine lordship or revered as the Creator is revered, is greater shirk.

And whatever is less than that is lesser shirk, for example: the issue of swearing by other than Allāh is lesser shirk as an initial assumption. However, if there were in the heart of the one swearing, that the one he swore by was like Allāh, it becomes greater shirk.

So the guiding principle is that whatever the Shāri‘ [the One who lays down Islāmic law] calls shirk [that] does not [at the same time] take [one] out of the religion, is lesser shirk, [while] that which takes [one] out of the religion is greater shirk.

And another question [still] remains for us: what is it that takes [one] out of the religion? And what is it that does not take [one] out?

This depends on the given text, so whoever gives one of creation a right that is only for the Creator, then this is greater shirk, and whatever is less than that is lesser shirk.

I will give you an example: If a person respects his father greatly–every time he comes, he kisses his hand or kisses his forehead; sets his sandals down before him [to wear] and brings the car close to him [to save him having to walk]–this is showing great respect.

If he were to come to another person and did the same for him as he had done for his father, then this [person] has put other than his father [on] the same [level] as his father.

However, had he only presented [this person other than his father] sandals [for him to wear], would he then be treating this other one as one equal to his father? Of course not.

Go Easy On Yourself. Why Do You Worry & Stress?!!

My dear brothers & sisters fiddeen! Have you forgotten the words of our RasoolAllah ‎صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ when he said:

".....know that if the whole world were to gather together in order to help you, they would not be able to help except if ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) has written so. And if the whole world were to gather together in order to harm You, they would not harm you except If ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) has written so. THE PENS HAVE BEEN LIFTED & THE PAGES ARE DRY. " ALLAHUAKBAR...
[Tirmidhi]

So... Put your mind & heart to rest, knowing that what is written will come to be no matter what. Try your best & ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) will do the rest In Sha Allah.

And ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) knows best.

Ya ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى), take away all our worries and any illnesses and watch over us and bless our families.
Allah Humma Aameen.

I'm not close to being a Sheikh, my brother, and Allah bears witness to that.
I'm only striving, the path to knowledge is strenuous and long, no one achieves success in it except by Allah's Taofeeq.

However, I pray and hope that Allah makes me and my generations to come scholars and callers of the path of Allah and His messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam according to the understanding of the salaf i.e pious predecessors.

بسم الله و الحمد لله و الصلاة والسلام على رسول الله

A grammatical gymnasium?
If that's too complex for you to comprehend then I ask Allah to help you!

The explanation I gave has been reported from Ibn Abbass, AbduLLah bn Mas'od, Urwah, Ataa, Ikrimah, Hasan alBalsree and many others among the salaf (you should have found that in Ibn Katheer during your research. Sorry, you don't have books, you only Google Search!) except that I broke the explanation -by Allah's permit- to very basic level for everyone to understand!

Like Sheikh Mashoor Hasan al-Salman explained that; when two texts (of Quran and sunnah) seemingly contradict one another then the problem is with the reader because he is not applying each text in its right place, time or condition!

The same thing applies to you here; the recitation of fathah (where the leg follows the verb of washing i.e ghusl) is talking about washing the feet, the recitation of kasra is talking about wiping when you are wearing socks or (khuff) leather boots.

As for the hadith you quoted from Abu Dawud then it doesn't support your claim, if you opened your mind wider than your eyes you would have seen that the explanation is similar to the verse you quoted.

If you shia had left the sunnah to explain the Quran you wouldn't have run into this mess you found yourselves in. So, the sunnah explained the matter and gave each recitation it's proper condition of applications. AlhamduliLlah who has made this religion clear and simple.

O you who believe obey Allah and obey The messenger (alyhissolaat wassalaam)

AbduLLah bn Amr (Allah be pleased with him) narrated; Once the Prophet (alyhissolaat wassalaam) remained behind us in a journey. He joined us while we were performing ablution for Solah, which was over-due. We were just passing wet hands over our feet (and not washing them properly) so the Prophet alyhissolaat wassalaam addressed us in a loud voice and said twice or thrice; "save your heels from the fire". (Soheeh bukharee: 60)

The companion who narrated -and definitely witnessed in fact was a part of - the story mentioned the reason why the messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam shouted on them and that is because they were wiping their feet. So, no one should come after several centuries and start claiming to understand the occurrence that the witness.

The reason why they were wiping is also obvious from the hadith; (WHILE WE WERE MAKING ABLUTION FOR SOLAH WHICH WAS OVER DUE) so, they were rushing for the Solah because the time was almost elapsing. So they knew that they should wash the feet but were careless because they were rushing to meet the time of Solah.

Lastly;
When next you want to quote any reference, don't quote the Quran, rather quote your books that your Sheikhs fabricated.

You shia don't believe in the Quran neither do you follow the sunnah. rather you only follow the fabrications of your Sheikhs and use taqiyyah to cover up and distort the religion of Allah's servants. Only Allah can recompense you for your evils.

I pray that Allah rectifies you and guides you out of the evil path you are. I also pray that Allah grants me steadfastness upon the sunnah and understanding of the salaf i.e pious predecessors.

I will soon create a thread, discussing therein your misguided and deviant creeds regarding the Quran and how you raised Ali in status above the last Messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam .

I pray to Allah to make it easy for me to accomplish the task and purify my intention.

Then I invited you to a thread I created but you have been hiding from it

My bros na Afe Babalola o, last semester security guards were pulling sisters' scarf not even hijab. They claim they want everyone to be seen as one, no distinction between Muslims and Christians. It was so bad that today after Mssn Usrah, excos members were having their meetings and suddenly Christians came into the hall and began dragging the chairs in order to cause trouble so as we could leave the hall for them. The last time Muslims reacted they changed the story and reported us to the VC that we wanted to fight, my brother things they go on for here!
Such a ugly school, it's management must be a gang of psychopaths .

However, since they are not letting you practice your Islam well, you should leave and consider it hijrah, rather it is hijrah. And I see it as obligatory upon you to leave that school, for two reasons

1) There are many other schools in the country that are far better than it.

2) it is not obligatory upon you to get a bsc certificate but it is obligatory upon you to follow Allah's commandments.

If you leave sincerely for Allah's sake, He will definitely suffice you and grant you a better option. And above all, you will gain His pleasure.

The one who seeks truth, a single proof would suffice him, but the one who follows his desire will not benefit from a thousand proofs!

Like I said, I hope what I've explained is sufficient for the one who seeks the truth.

AlBaqir:
That narration from al-Tabaqat is a fabrication, or at least very weak. There is al-Waqidi in its sanad, and he is da'if, in fact matruk (rejected) according to Imam Muslim and others. There are those who have accused him of telling lies, also. You cannot possibly use a narration like that to interpret a "sahih" report. Besides, the Arabic term used in the hadith (translated as "breastfeed" above) literally means to suck breast-milk directly from the breast. The Salafi cleric, Shaykh Muhammad 'Awdah al-Salman confirms this:

الرضاع : لغة : بفتح الراء وكسرهًا وإثبات التاء اسم لمص الثدي وشرب لبنه .

If you are going to give a secondary meaning to that word, you surely need more than the da'if - perhaps fabricated - report of al-Waqidi.

Meanwhile, it seems that you are not bothered at all by the possibility of a "stranger" drinking the breast-milk of another man's wife. That looks strange, if you asked me.
