IslamRe: Wudu (ablution): Wiping Or Washing Of The Feet by Newnas(m): 12:57pm On Apr 03, 2016
SubhanaLLaah, this verse is very explicit in the obligation of washing the feet.
It's just that the one who has no basis in Arabic language might find it difficult to understand, however I will try to explain, may Allah make it easy for us all to understand, and may He soften our hearts to follow and be steadfast on the Sunnah.

let's break down the content in the needed portion of the verse

faGhusiluu (a command verb meaning wash); this is a transitive verb, it's object will end with fathah (فتحة) as we all -should- know from elementary Arabic. e.g ighsilu thiyaaba-kum (wash your clothes) note fatha on the word thiyaab (clothes)
If you look at the verse well, you will see that the words faces (wujooh) and hands(aydiya) all end with fathah.

so it says; wujooha (note the fathah فتحة on the ha ه)

kum (a pronoun for second person plural),
wa (and)

aydiya (note the fathah on the ya ي too )

kum (a pronoun for second person plural also).

Then the word faMsahuu ( a command verb meaning to wipe); an intransitive verb that can't take object except with an intermediary called huruf jarr, the implication of this huruf jarr is that the object of the verb will not end with fathah again rather it will end with kasra e.g imsahuu bil mimsahati (wipe with the duster) note the kasra at the end of mimsahati.

One of the huruufu jarr is ba as we have in the verse we are talking about and the verse BismiLLaahir Rahmaani Raheemi. note the kasra at the end of ismi, due to the ba at the beginning.

Another example, audhu biLLahi, note the kasra at the end of Allah also due to the ba preceeding it.

So now you understand why in the verse heads (ru'oosi) ends with kasra i.e because of the ba before it.therefore the verb acting on it is the intransitive verb with the assistance of ba (one of the huroof jarr).

Then kum; a pronoun as explained earlier

Now look at the word arjula (legs), and note how it ends with fathah like the first two words wujooha-kum (faces) and aydiya-kum (hands), this means the word acting on it is the transitive verb ighsiluu(wash) not the intransitive verb imsahuu(wipe).

Now this variation in the ending of words is not a coincidence at all rather it is something known to even the basic students of Arabiyyah like me. It is a result of the position of the word in the sentence and the meaning intended by the speaker.

let me give us some examples;

first
Allah says; wa kallama Allahu musa takleema

Allah spoke to Musa.

note the word Allah ends with dhammah and this means the one who did the speaking is Allah.
some misguided sects said Allah doesn't speak, this verse is a clear cut retort to their innovation.

Another example

إنما يخشى الله من عباده العلماء

The only ones who have khashyah (a type of fear) for Allah amongst His slaves are the ulama (scholars).

You see the word Allah is the object of the sentence and the word ulama is the object.
Normally in an Arabic sentence, the subject comes before object. But the arrangement of the sentence can be distorted - or better put rearranged - for meanings intended by the speaker, as it is in the verse.

Your ability to comprehend the implications of these rearrangements is dependent on your skill in the language.

I hope what I have stated above is sufficient for the one who seeks the truth.
So perform your ablution -O Muslim- as your Lord has commanded you!
I only explained the distorted verse, there are so many hadiths on the commandment and obligation of washing the feet, I pray Allah gives me time to type and upload some of them.

AlhamduliLlah who has made this explanation successful, I pray that He makes it more understood than stated, and that He forgives any errors therein. Aameen.
IslamRe: Breastfeeding Adult: Advice To Ahlu Sunnah To Revive A "Lost Sunnah" by Newnas(m):
As for your request for the evidence of those who share Imaam ibn Baaz's opinion, then I already stated an example in my previous texts but as you said and attributed -without sanad (chain of narration)- to Ali (rodiyaLLaahu anhu) that

EYESIGHT IS USELESS IF THE INSIGHT IS BLIND

EYESIGHT IS USELESS IF THE INSIGHT IS BLIND

Then my special gift to you i.e the weird shia narrations.

I'll give you just one because I'm feeling really lazy to type.

It was narrated in usoolul Kafee book of hujjah, chapter of the birth and death of the messenger (alyhissalam wassolaat)

when the Messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam was born, Abu Tolib put him (alyhissolaat wassalam) to his chest and breastfed the Messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam from his chest he met Haleemah sa'diyyah and handed him alyhissolaat wassalaam over to her.

Now as strange and confusing this narration is i.e a man breastfeeding a baby, but there is even a greater problem with it!

And, the implication of the above means that the Messenger has become Ali's foster brother and thus Ali has become Fatimoh foster uncle, so why did the Prophet alyhissolaat wassalaam get Ali married to Fatimoh (his foster niece according to this shia report) ?!

And Oh, another gift!

Do you know that it's a sunnah (according to your use of the term) for shia women to breastfeed goats (ewure)?!

Ahmad bn Muhammad bn Eesaa wrote to him (Abu AbdiLLaah);
a woman breastfeeds a female kid i.e baby goat(!!!) then it grew up and was serviced by a male, then gave birth, is it permissible to eat it's meat and milk?

he replied; a makrooh act but no problem with it (tahdheebul ahkaam shiiy
by toosiyy; 9)

then lastly
I invite you to read my thread, maybe you have seen it before but now this is a formal invitation.

AlhamduliLlah who has made me finish this work.

IslamRe: Breastfeeding Adult: Advice To Ahlu Sunnah To Revive A "Lost Sunnah" by Newnas(m): 8:04am On Apr 02, 2016
الحمد لله و الصلاة والسلام على رسول الله.

In reply to your post.

first

Your claim that the people of sunnah flare up or try to avoid this issue is a big and baseless lie!!! Many scholars of sunnah have discussed the matter explicitly in their books, I mean books you can get in common bookshops examples are muntaqal akhbaar and naylul awtaar (2950) and subulu salam (3/456) etc. So your ignorance is your personal disease, don't generalise it!

Second

You claim that it's a sunnah. This is a reckless usage of the term "sunnah", this your recklessness is either a result of your ignorance of the proper meaning and usage of terms or a sheer will to misguide others!
Rather it is a mere rukhsoh (permit).

third.

There is no doubt that breastfeeding the young makes him/her mahram. because Allah listed the women who can't be married (....YOUR FOSTER MOTHER WHO GAVE YOU SUCK....) (Nissa; 23)

And the basic ruling regarding Breastfeeding is that it is restricted to the baby. And the evidence for that is the hadith you quoted but didn't reference rather you misapplied it;

"It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Prophet entered upon her and there was a man with her. He said: "Who is this?" She said: "This is my brother." He said: "Look at whom you allow to enter upon you, because the breastfeeding (that makes a person Mahram) is that which satisfies hunger." (Bukharee;5102 and Muslim; 1455).

And what points to this also is that the Sahlah your first hadith complained to the Messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam, this implies that the companions (ridwanuLLaahi alyhim) knew basically that fostering is for the baby if not she wouldn't have come to complain.

Fourth
As for the hadith of sahlah then the scholars are divided into three regarding it's ruling, but before I mention them, I'll mention the hadith of sahlah in full ;

Abu Hudhayfah and his wife (sahlah) adopted Saalim (a freed slave of an ansaari woman) but when the verse {call them (adopted sons) by (the names of) their fathers: that is more just with Allah} (Ahzaab; 5) was revealed, the one (adopted son) whose father is known was attributed to his father, and the one who had no known father was attributed to his freer or called a 'brother in religion'.
Then when that happened sahlah came to the Messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam and you have the hadith (see subulu salam;3/456 and muntaqal akhbar;2950).

Then the scholars are divided regarding the application of the hadith into three opinions;
1) the hadith of sahlah is abrogated but this weak because you need date before you can affirm abrogation

2) the hadith of sahlah is a special ruling for her and Saalim. and this is the choice of Imam Ibn Baaz

3) That it is not specific to sahlah and Saalim rather it applies to anyone in such difficult situation as sahlah.

Ibn taymiyyah explained the difficult situation thus; the adult (man) can't do without entering the house of the woman for basic needs and it's difficult for her to observe hijab from him just like this case.

but sheikh Ibn Uthymeen said that it's not possible to find a condition equal to that of Saalim again because she already knew him before the verse was revealed. Therefore the matter returns to being specific to sahlah and Saalim.

Allah knows best.

April Fools

Q. In some foreign countries – kafir (non-
Muslim) countries – there is the well-known
custom of April Fools, which happens of the first
day of April. Some Muslims are imitating them in
this, thinking that it is permissible to tell lies on
this day… what is your opinion on this belief and
on this custom?

A. Praise be to Allah.
Lying is not permissible at all, at any time. And it is not permissible to imitate the kuffar (non-Muslims) and to be like them, on this day or on any other, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said : “Whoever imitates a people is one of them.”

And Allah knows best.

4) The songs played are worship songs of disbelievers that praise trinity doctrine. If a ‘Muslim’ hears songs that describe Allah has having a son and doesn’t feel disturbed and unsettled, then there is great problem with his Eeman (faith).

So what do you think of the one that even dances to these songs and even pays the dues and helps in organizing the whole process of this great crime. Innaa liLLaahi wa innaa ilayhi roji’oon!!!

AT IT THE SKIES ARE ABOUT TO BURST, THE EARTH TO SPLIT ASUNDER AND THE MOUNTAINS TO FALL DOWN IN UTTER RUIN. THAT THEY ATTRIBUTED A SON TO THE MOST GRACIOUS. FOR IT IS NOT CONSONANT WITH THE MAJESTY OF THE MOST GRACIOUS TO BEGET A SON (MARYAM: 90-92)

5) There is free mixing of men and women in the gathering.

ALLAH SAYS … AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM (THE WIVES OF THE PROPHET ALYHIMUSSOLAAT WASSALAM) FOR ANYTHING YOU WANT, ASK THEM FROM BEHIND A SCREEN: THAT MAKES FOR GREATER PURITY FOR YOUR HEARTS AND FOR THEIRS…(AHZAAB:53)

If these great manners could apply to the companions in relating with the best of women to ensure that their hearts are pure and free from diseases, definitely it is more obligatory on this generation of ours that have the weakest of hearts.
IslamRe: The Proper Way Of Wearing The Hijab. by Newnas(m): 5:22pm On Mar 30, 2016
Assalam alykum wa rahmatuLLaah wa barakaatuh Brothers and sisters.

The OP has really tried in explaining the scholarly debate on the matter of niqob but got some things wrong and this mistake is very ugly and Allah alone we ask to forgive us all.

firstly
the scholars are agreed that the woman should cover her whole body as OP rightly said. The difference of opinion among the scholars is only on the face and palms.

But OP didn't mention that the scholars are also agreed that this covering should satisfy some conditions which are;

1) it should be free flowing and not tight or fitted such that it shows the sizes and contours of the body as is the case with the lady in the second picture.

2)it should be opaque and not transparent that the colour of the body could be seen through it.

3) it should not be an adornment in itself like the second picture in which the lady's garment and head gear are all adornments

4) it should cover the whole body as OP rightly said

5) It should not be perfumed because the woman should not use perfume in the presence of strange men.

6) it should not resemble the clothing of men

7) it should not resemble the clothes of the disbelievers i.e clothes peculiar to them eg sutana of the Cele people

(please see jilbab al-Mar'atil muslimah)

Secondly;
The scholars are all agreed that it is encouraged and recommended to cover the face and palms. Even imam Albany who was of the opinion that it is not compulsory and argued seriously against saying it is obligatory, he never said that it is not encouraged rather his wives and daughters used the niqob.

But the Imaam argued against saying that it is obligatory because the implication of saying that is anyone who doesn't cover her face will have right to be punished but if you say it's recommended then it such a person will only deprive herself of the reward.

so in summary, that second woman is not close to being properly dressed especially with the lipstick and other adornments.

AlhamduliLlah, may Allah forgive our shortcomings and soften our hearts to follow his commandments and stay away from his prohibitions.

BismiLLaahir Rahamnir Raheem

Why you shouldn’t take part in or support (actively or passively) the hedonic and unwise custom of dancing after your final exam(s);

2)Dancing (especially in the public) is for the mentally deprived and not for the intellectual!

3)Dancing is an act of the shameless people especially when found in women that are supposed to be the epitome of bashfulness and shyness.

Allah described the messenger (alyhissoalat wasslalam) with the attribute of shyness thus … THE PROPHET (ALYHISSOLAAT WASSALAAM) HE IS SHY TO DISMISS YOU… (AHZAAB:53)

Allah also describes one of the righteous daughters of shuaib when she went to deliver her father’s message to Prophet Musa (alyhissalam) thus: AFTERWARDS ONE OF THE TWO (DAUGHTERS) CAME TO HIM (MUSA) WALKING BASHFULLY. SHE SAID: “MY FATHER INVITES YOU THAT HE MAY REWARD YOU FOR HAVING WATERED (OUR FLOCKS) FOR US.” SO WHEN HE CAME TO HIM… (AHZAB: 25)

So ponder on this verse, she didn’t utter any statement before or after the message, rather she made the point and departed unlike the women of our time who wouldn’t mind introducing themselves and having a gist or even giving or hug as ‘appreciation’!

So, compare your shyness and bashfulness - O dancer- to that pious, and pure daughter!

to be continued... in shaa Allah

Why you shouldn’t take part or support (actively or passively) in the hedonic and unwise custom of dancing after your final exam(s);

First;
Music is haram
Allaah says in Soorat Luqmaan (interpretation of the meaning):
“And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing) to mislead (men) from the path of Allaah…” [Luqmaan 31:6]

The scholar of the ummah , Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: this means singing.

Mujaahid (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: this means playing the drum ( tabl). ( Tafseer al-Tabari , 21/40).

Al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: this aayah was revealed concerning singing and musical instruments (lit. woodwind instruments). ( Tafseer Ibn Katheer, 3/451).

Al-Sa’di (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: this includes all manner of haraam speech, all idle talk and falsehood, and all nonsense that encourages kufr and disobedience; the words of those who say things to refute the truth and argue in support of falsehood to defeat the truth; and backbiting, slander, lies, insults and curses; the singing and musical instruments of the Shaytaan; and musical instruments which are of no spiritual or worldly benefit. ( Tafseer al-Sa’di , 6/150)

And he reported from Abu AbdiLLaah that he said;

إن تسعة أعشار الدين من التقية، و لا دين لمن لا تقية له، و التقية في كل شيء إلا في النبيذ، و المسح على الخفين
Indeed a ninth of ten (parts) of the religion is taqiyyah, and there is no religion for the one who has no taqiyyah, and taqiyyah applies to everything except wine and wiping over the khuff (leather socks)

(Usuulul Kaafee 2/217)

I can keep quoting from your books.

Maybe you need glasses to see the names and pages of the books I referenced.

If only you would repent and return to the sunnah of Allah's messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam and love those whom Allah loves (The companions and household of Allah's messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam) and never bear grudges against them. If only you would repent, if only you would repent.

Allah the most high -after praising the companions i.e ansaar and muhaajiroon said - praised the next generation of believers and described them thus;

And those who came after them say; "Our Lord! forgive us and our brethren who have preceded us in faith, and put not in our hearts hatred for those who have believed. Our Lord! You are indeed full of kindness Most Merciful. (al-Hashr;10)

Aishah (the beloved wife of Allah's messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam) said to urwah bn Zubayr (they were commanded to seek forgiveness for the companions of Allah's messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam but they insulted them) (Muslim; 3022)

Anas bn Malik may Allah be pleased with him reported from the messenger of Allah alyhissolaat wassalaam (The sign of Eeman is loving the Ansaar and the sign of hypocrisy is hating the Ansaar) (Bukharee; 3789 and Muslim;74)

And Abu Sa'eed alKuhudree said, the messenger of Allah alyhissolaat wassalaam said "Do not insult my companions, if one of you spent the size of (mount) Uhud in gold it wouldn't equate a handful of one of them even half of it" (Bukharee; 3673 and Muslim; 2541).
IslamA Nail To The Shia Coffin!!! (a Must Read) by Newnas(op):
ANOTHER NAIL TO THE SHIA COFFIN (A MUST READ).
BismiLLaah walHamduliLLaah wasolla Allahu wa sallam alaa Rosoolihi wa aalihi wa sahbihi wa sallam.

The Shia in their extreme and irrational hedonism have permitted that a man lends his wife to his neighbour, friend, visitor or to even any stranger.

Sayyid Husayn alMusawiyy -one of the contemporary scholars of the shia- said in his book (لله ثم للتاريخ liLLaahi thumma littaarikh) :

“Indeed the widespread adherence to mut’ah has called for lending of the privates (of a woman), and the meaning of lending the privates is that a man gives his wife or slave to another man and makes permissible for him to enjoy her or do whatever he wishes with her, so when the man(husband) wishes to travel he keeps his wife with his neighbour or friend or any person that he wills, and then makes permissible for him to do whatever he wishes (with her) throughout his travel period. And the reason (for permitting this lending) is known, (and that is) to be rest assured on his wife that she doesn’t commit adultery in his absence (!!!!)

[please what else is the definition of adultery after this?!].

And there is another way to lend the privates, when a guest arrives with anyone and they wish to honour him then the owner of the house lets his wife to the visitor throughout his stay and makes permissible for him everything”.

Then the deviant stated his proofs from classic shia books:

Toosiyy reported fom Ja’far alyhissalam said: I (Toosiyy) said: “A man makes his woman permissible for his brother? He said yes, there is no problem with what he makes permissible of her to him” (istibsar 3/136).

Al-Kulainiyy and Toosiyy reported from Muhammad bn Mudhaarib said: Abu Abdillah alyhi salam said to me:

“O Muhammad take this girl she will serve you and do whatever you like with her, when you leave return her to me”! (al-Kaafee, al_Furuu’ 2/200, al-Istibsar 3/136).

Sheikh Muhammad Bayyomiyy –a contemporary Sunni Scholar- commenting of this filthy creed of shia said:

“The two Imams (Abu AbdiLLaah and Abu Ja’far) are too eminent to have said these false statements…..We travelled to India and met worshippers of cow and other idolaters and we read a lot about those religions but we never found any of them to make permissible what this path has permitted for its followers…..So how can Islam permit such despicable act that negates the simplest level of intellect.” (aqeedatu Shiah pg 379).

And what grieves the heart is that the people of Najaf (the city of the filthy shia Sheikh Sayyid Hassan alMusawiyy) were given the misguiding verdict of lending the privates, and there are many families that act upon it in southern Iraq and in Baghdad and some other region upon the evil verdicts of their leaders: some of these families are As-Sistaaniyy, As-Sadr, ash-Sheeraaziyy, at-Tobtobaa’iyy etc and many of them when he visits anyone rents their wife if he sees her to be beautiful, and she remains rented with him till he departs!!(Aqeedatu Shiah 380).

The filthy Shia did not restrict their misguidance to that alone, rather they permitted Anal intercourse with the women, and they reported narrations that they attributed to the Imams.

It was reported from Toosiyy from AbduLLAh, from Abu Ya’foor said ; “I asked Abu AbdiLLaah about a man that meets his wife in her anus, he said: no problemif she is pleased… and went on to twist some verses to support the misguidance (istibsaar 3/243).

For clear and satisfactory explanation on the prohibition of anal intercourse please see al-Inshiraah fee aadbi Nikah by Abu Ishaaq al-Huwayni (may Allah preserve him and grant him good health upon the Sunnah).

The Obligation upon every student of knowledge is to warn the generality of these despicable acts that the filthy Rawaafidh are perpetrating and striving -day and night- to spread among the believers.

Allah says:
O you who believe! Follow not the footsteps of shaytan. And whosoever follows the footsteps of shaytan, then verily, he commands al-fahshaa (to commit indecency –illegal sexual intercourse) and al-munkar (disbelief and polytheism)….. (Nuur:23)

Verily, those who like that (the crime of) illegal sexual intercourse should be propagated among those who believe, they will have a painful torment in this world and in the hereafter. And Allah knows and you know not. (Noor:19)

Go and preach to harlots and prostitutes to repent! Stop commiting adultery with them! Stop committing adultery with girls/women in the name of mut'ah! That's the message!
ShiaMuslim Rafidi AlBaqir etc You should preach this meritorious act of ibadah to your moms, sisters aunts and even ensure that your daughters get at least a dozen mut'ah each.

That way you would have raised them all to the level of Husayn and you won't have much problem in qiyamah.

Narrated `Abdullâh ﺭَﺿِﻲَ اﻟﻠﻪُ ﻋَﻨْﻪُ :

Allâh has cursed those women who practise tattooing and those who get themselves tattooed, and those who remove their face hairs, and those who create space between their teeth artificially to look beautiful, as such women alter the features created by Allâh ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ .

Why then should I not curse those whom the Prophet ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ has cursed? And that is in Allâh's Book, i.e. His saying: ``And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ gives you take it.. (up to).. you abstain (from it).'' (V.59:7) Dress, Creating artificial spaces between the teeth to look beautiful.

IslamThe Severity Of Debts by Newnas(op): 2:07pm On Mar 27, 2016
Friday Reminder;
Seriousness of debt

Al-Nasaa’i (4605) narrated that Muhammad ibn Jahsh (RadhiyaLlaahu anhu) said:

We were sitting with the Messenger of Allaah (SallaLlaahu alayhi wa sallam) when he raised his head towards the sky, then he put his palm on his forehead and said: “Subhaan-Allaah! What a strict issue has been revealed to me!” We remained silent and were afraid. The following morning I asked him, “O Messenger of Allaah, what is this strict issue that has been revealed?” He said, “By the One in Whose hand is my soul, if a man were killed in battle for the sake of Allaah, then brought back to life, then killed and brought back to life again, then killed, and he owed a debt, he would not enter Paradise until his debt was paid off.” [Saheeh al-Nasaa’i, 4367.]

In this materialistic world where the focus has become running after the whims and fulfilling whatsoever the heart desires, we tend to lose focus on our real goals and begin taking certain matters that are forbidden or discouraged in Islam, too lightly. And the matter of taking lawful loans and being in debt is definitely one of them.

This is to say the least, the severity of a Muslim dying while indebted, so much that even a man who fought for the sake of Allaah and was martyred, and was given the opportunity to be resuscitated and martyred over and over again, would not be granted the mercy of the Paradise, until his debts are fully settled, either by his family members or Friends.

So the Messenger of Allaah (sallaLlaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “The soul of the believer is suspended because of his debt until it is paid off.” [Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1078.]

Today, we find people who seek for loan from individuals, micro-finance institutions, Government bodies, without the frank intention to pay back. Some of the beneficiaries are of the twisted opinion that, the FG's properties is everybody’s property, and therefore hold back from paying for what they were loaned.

Abu Hurayrah (RadhiyaLlaahu anhu), narrated that, the Prophet (SallaLlaahu alayhi wa sallam) said:

“The one who gets married with the intention not to pay dowry to his wife is a fornicator. And the one who borrows money with the intention not to pay back is a thief.”
[Ibn Hibban in ‘al-Majruheen’ (2/261) No. 941]

We should try to avoid borrowing except its absolutely necessary because, inability to pay or pay as at when due may lead to other evils. It was narrated from ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say in his prayer: “O Allaah, I seek refuge with You from sin and heavy debt).” Someone said to him: “How often you seek refuge from heavy debt!” He said: “When a man gets into debt, he speak and tells lies, and he makes a promise and breaks it.” [al-Bukhaari, 832 and Muslim, 589.]

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) refrained from offering the funeral prayer for one who had died owing two dinars, until Abu Qataadah (may Allaah be pleased with him) promised to pay it off for him. When he saw him the following day and said, I have paid it off, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Now his skin has become cool for him.” [Musnad Ahmad(3/629).]

Don’t let us wait till the day of judgement before we settle our scores (one of which is payment of debt) because, on that day there will be no Naira nor Dollar and we can only pay back either with our hasanaat (good deeds) or collect sayi’aat (bad deeds) of people we’re indebted to.

Ya Allaah, I seek refuge with You from sin and heavy debt.

ShiaMuslim:
you can also ask them about TARAWEEH, the same question. their definition of bid'ah is all about others and not them. anything they do is automatic sunnah, even if it is a new concept or act and even if that concept or act is haram. it is the disease of cherry-picking and ta'assoob.a mixture of these two is a great disease of the heart without cure.
Misyar is a nikkah that fulfills all the conditions of the Sharia i.e the pillars and obligations of nikkah.

The only thing that makes Misyar a point of interest is that one or both of the two spouses decides to compromise some of the rights given to her by the Sharia like spending, accommodation etc for the women. cooking and washing clothes etc for the men. till they finally get things in place.

So Misyar is a valid Sharia marriage, the only thing special about it is that it has a name. in fact it's done among many Muslim youths in Nigeria especially those in higher institutions and no scholar has raised a brow about it.

These people just want to hold on to something to support their misguidance .

As for its being sunnah or bidah, nikkah in Islam is sunnah but Misyar as a type of nikkah is only mubah and no special punishment or reward applies to it.

As for taraweeh, the evidence for that is in the sunnah and ijmaa .

The Messenger of Allah alyhissolaat wassalaam observed it in his lifetime.

The messenger of Allah alyhissolaat wassalaam also said: stick to my sunnah and the sunnah of my rightly guided caliphs.
And Umar bn Khattaab rodiyaLLaahu anhu is one of them. so the general meaning of the hadith covers him and this his action.

The companions also agreed to it and none of them raised a brow against it.

As for the statement: "what a good bidah this is"! Then it refers to the literal meaning of the word not the shareeah meaning.

If it were a bidah as the shias claim, Ali bn Abi talib that they claim to follow would have changed it during his reign!

IslamShaking Hands With Opposite Sex Is Haram by Newnas(op): 9:42am On Mar 27, 2016
SHAKING HANDS WITH OPPOSITE SEX IS HARAAM IN ISLAAM!

Praise be to Allaah and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger and Chosen Prophet.

For a man to shake hands with a non-mahram woman (one to whom he is not related) is haraam and is not permitted at all.

Among the evidence for this is the hadeeth of Ma’qal ibn Yassaar (may Allaah be pleased with him) who said:

“The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘If one of you were to be struck in the head with an iron needle, it would be better for him than if he were to touch a woman he is not allowed to.”

(Reported by Al-Tabaraani; classed as saheeh by Ash-Shaykh Al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’ , 5045).

There is no doubt that for a man to touch a non-mahram woman is one of the causes of fitnah (turmoil, temptation), provocation of desire and committing haraam deeds.

No one should say that their intention is sound or their heart is clean, because the one who was the purest of heart and the most chaste of all, the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) never touched a non-mahram woman, even when accepting bay’ah (oath of allegiance) from women.

He did not hold their hands when accepting their bay’ah, as he did with men; their bay’ah was by words only, as was reported by his wife ‘Aa’ishah.

By Allaah, his hand never touched the hand of any woman when accepting their bay’ah; he accepted their bay’ah by saying ‘I have accepted your bay’ah on this basis.’”

But some ome Muslims feel too embarrassed to refuse when a woman offers her hand to them.

In addition to mixing with women, some of them claim that they are forced to shake hands with fellow-students and teachers in schools and universities, or with colleagues in the workplace, or in business meetings and so on, but this is not an acceptable excuse.

The Muslim should overcome his own feelings and the promptings of the Shaytaan, and be strong in his faith, because Allaah is not ashamed of the truth.

The Muslim could apologize politely and explain that the reason he does not want to shake hands is not to offend or hurt anybody’s feelings, but it is because he is following the teachings of his religion. In most cases this will earn him respect from others.

There is no harm done if they find it strange at first, and it may even be a practical opportunity for da’wah.

May Almighty Allaah forgive our shortcomings.
