sosy25:I'm not a fan of Ibori's and as a Deltan, quite embarrassed by the raucous welcome he received. Nevertheless, once a man has served out his lawful term, we're supposed to integrate him fully back into society. He has been punished according to the law and now needs to continue with his life. |
Hm... I suppose you'd rather walk 3 kilometers to fetch water and cut your own firewood. Me, I'd rather turn on the tap and flip on the gas. Call me lazy, but I gotz things to do |
Why should we go back to these days? Selling commodities whose price we have no control over, and it doesn't really employ that many people. We need to transition to value adding and manufacturing. |
Hmm... At what rate? |
But wait! Is that their baby? If so she can't be past 45... Abi what do you think? |
DONSMITH123:As if govt worker dey see salary collect these days ![]() But seriously, if you're on your third annual leave in one year (annual means once a year BTW), you likely don't have a job to come back to. Why is Mr president exempt? Anyhow, even if I'm on leave and people want to know where I am or that I'm ok, at least I will answer my calls. This silence is not helpful for a skittish public (and we've gone through this issue with a previous leader) |
Authority Stealing! Aka embezzlement, mismanagement, virtualization. And she just wanted to take this money and enjoy, just by herself. Please let her go to jail in London and replace Ibori's old seat |
emeijeh:SA has - constant light to shoot daily - fast and consistent internet to send huge videos to production studio and broadcast stations - staff that can get to and from site without wahala - food and other expenses don't inflate everyday - logistical certainty - what again? Lagos and Abuja can't guarantee the above |
He should reserve his yarns for all the Igbo billionaires and artists continuing to develop Lagos and Abuja, while ignoring home. ![]() |
The same way he has crashed the price of cement and tomato abi? |
veekid:There... fixed it for you ![]() |
tempest01:?? 3500 - 2100 = 1400. Meaning 1400 are not from south... so what's the wahala? But aside from that... sacking in this recession? Na wah oh... |
Akalia:Because of people molesting and manhandling them since the girls were 13. It sounds funny, but it's actually tragic. |
sirusX:Which look? Most of the guys in church, from pastor to usher to company exec will be trying to get her number. Half the girls will also be trying to get to know her better. It's only those mama's that haven't tasted anything in a long while that will be jealous (because they wish they got some of that attention!) ![]() |
She should make a pop song called "Right or left..." and release a video for it too Add Young John the wicked producer, and featuring Reminisce. I swear na instant hit. ![]() |
Those of you saying she no fine... abeg go and have several seats. If this girl show up on your dormot, you will say, "eh sorry, but you're not my type", abi? From cucumber crew to vaseline crew, all go chop am. Bad belle ![]() |
OgaJonah:O ga oh! Na ony you go chop 6 times this day? You get energy oh for this recession! ![]() |
joseph1832ng:Did you miss the part where "Amiloaded reliably gathered that the security men on duty were tied up and matchted by the perpetrators while trying to gain access into the court premises." |
dingbang:If you really care about your child, you will call the nanny, ask your mother/sister to go and see, etc. There are ways. |
kITATITA:I don't think there's a problem in complaining to your government about the recession, while simultaneously complimenting them on the fight against corruption. It's blind zombieism or blind wailing that's the issue. But yes, we need to demand accountability. |
Another avenue for some big bosses to chop money. Please, just steal the money and don't waste our time on useless projects. ![]() - Will there be power to run the damn lights? NO - WIll it stop the sons and daughters of our big boys and girls from overspeeding in their fancy roadsters? NO - Will it stop police abuse of the masses? NO. Rather it's yet another thing to hold innocent people for 3k, 5k. Even when there's clearly no light, I will still get a few tickets for overspeeding, just like by NEPA bill - Will it be maintained? NO. It will be yet another eyesore and potential falling hazard after a few rainy seasons SMH |
trendymart:I don't support fake and substandard stuff (and those who do it especially for food ad medicine should be punished) but there are two good reasons they exist: 1. There are willing customers who want to pay pure water price for champagne 2. The government regulatory agencies are not doing the job sufficiently well. Businesses everywhere in the world try to sell substandard products, but regulation and punishment is a viable deterrent. |
Jibril659:You know, I don't want to debate anymore. I'm tired of defending our leaders. I'm tired of saying they are from this part or that part, or of this religion or that. They are all corrupt. They have all failed us in one way or another. Some like PMB is trying in his own way, but really, nobody is perfect or blameless. They have all failed to make us the great people we should be. Imagine seeing all this stolen money, and we're still debating where the person is from or what party... Fvck them! After all these years, none of us in any part of the country is safe from bad roads, bad hospitals, murderous police, and a generally stunted life. You think the people we're praising online give a rat's ass about our lives? Please, support and defend who you will, but I'm just tired of our leadership. |
See wickedness and greed. Only you... in one place? How much is stolen and hidden by others like you? Our leaders see a nation of starving and unemployed youths... and won't even use the money to start factories and give people jobs. That much money can go a long way, and you know what, you'll even profit more. - We work so hard in this country... after 10-15 hours a day in the hot sun... toiling ceaselessly - When we get sick, we are at the mercy of ill equipped hospitals and overstretched staff - We're managing to survive, inspite of no light, police brutality, rubbish schools, rubbish roads, fuel queues, inflation Somebody died recently because of lack of Oxygen locked in some room. Another's life was cut short by an asthma attack. A minor traffic accident results in death. Robbers can rob for 4 hours with no response. Malaria should not be an issue today. Clean water is still a pipe dream for most. And all these people can do is take our resources and use them for personal gain. I really see how Nigeria could have become a first-world country, if not for kleptoMANIAC leaders. The level of stealing does not even make sense again. For the first time in my life, I want to say God punish all you bastard leaders, all of you, from every part of the country. Una fada well well. Una fada nyash! ![]() |
Jibril659:Has anyone accused Jonathan himself for stealing? The vast majority of money was stolen by the Northern elite. |
fairheven:Sad but true. Fuel and food are two things that people will surely buy. |
Nice one. I just know that my people and their kekes will rubbish the filling station after about 2 months ![]() |
beckNcall:And the videos will feed so many more mouths: vixens, directors, camera folks, gaffers, makeup, catering. Plus viewer and advertising revenues for the companies that will show it (including Google/youtube), and so much more. I understand where you're coming from, but this is a very different matter from buying 500k of drinks at Quilox and pouring on a wristwatch. Just hope he didn't step on the part of the wings that specifically say "No Step" ![]() |
itsdumebi:So nobody called police or they didn't show up? 4 hours? Haba |
sweerychick:True... and now that the FG has taken over it will perform as well as PHCN... oops ![]() |
100billion over how many years? I bet you the Indians are going to study these peas and cultivate their own within 3-5 years. |
engrchykae:I don't know about the others, but HRH Sanusi has made it clear in his actions and speeches, that he is a Nigerian (and not a sectionalist). This piece cemented my opinion of him: http://www.beyondwatch.net/2016/03/sanusi-lamido-response-to-sir-olaniwun.html |
