Just do your job to the best of your ability. Respect your boss but not to the point of being afraid. Apologize when you are faulted and genuinely improve on whatever the complain is.

Update yourself on the operational manual of your office if there's any, so you know how best to carryout your duties.

Above all, have a plan to upgrade yourself as you're working there. Either academically or by applying to other jobs but codedly. Never take any place of work as your last busstop except you're a civil servant.

When you have plans of improving your career and work towards it, you'll be less bothered by such hostilities in work places.

Above all, serve God. That way, you can pray and ask His favor and mercy to be with you always. All things can then work together for your good.

I choose not to pity such people. Why not stay in your country for God's sake? And if you must travel, why not go through proper channels that won't expose you to these kind of life threatening situations? Why travel not even knowing how you're going to survive out there?

See finish as used by we Nigerians is
when you get too familiar with someone to the point where you lose respect for them, lose value you once had for them, and begin to take them for granted.

Let's face facts. Whenever you feel someone has "seen you finish", it's probably because you felt the above listed emotions. You either felt the person in question has become so familiar that they don't respect you anymore, or you feel someone doesn't value you anymore, or you feel they're taking you for granted.

Note also, that "see finish" only comes in with people you've been familiar with. Not strangers. So, if you get those same treatment from a stranger, you're not gonna see it as "see finish". Instead you'll feel the person is being hard on you or being unfair to you.
