I can't count how many times I do get frustrated which always leads to huge argument and some results into real combat out of anger with me and the 2nd party...
I've observered this for years.. I pray a lot, avoid people sometimes to avoid anything causing anger, but it will always come to me even if I try to avoid it.. Please help me I'm tired of getting frustrated with people attitudes which always lead to anger and this affected my reputation of who I am and how I look with how I want people to see me....

Try to give people the benefit of doubt more often. Always tell yourself that people's actions are based on how best they could act and not necessarily to hurt you. Most importantly, always focus on the virtues/good sides of people. That way you'll see less of their imperfections that usually trigger you.

Keep praying too, not just for yourself but for anyone you feel you might have issues with. That'll make you love others more.
