99% of everything on that list are Goodluck Jonathan's achievements. Buhari's government does not have the intellectual capacity to formulate policies and systems as brilliant as IPPIS or BVN.
The only thing Buhari has done that is significant is the borrowing of money and throwing of this country into recession. The absolutely worst president Nigeria has ever had and will ever have |

GEJ was doing a magnificent job until bad belle people came together to stop him from bringing freedom to this country. It was a blessing in disguise because now we can see Buhari was a fake all along. |

Nice one! The quality, concept and finishing looks sweet. I didn't see the neighborhood but I hope its fairly priced. All in all its a big plus for the Lagos housing market, at least housing deficit don reduce small. Less pressure on rent prices and more money in the system. More of this please |

Jakemedg: what i was trying to say is no southern state can be so independent that its people won't still travel out to the north for greener pastures. You admitted that southerners are doing well in the north yet you don't want northerners the owners of north. You can't be speaking from both sides of your mouth Human beings will always go where they feel they can take advantage of opportunities. After all northerners are streaming down south in huge numbers daily even in this pandemic they seem hell bent on coming down south. The question is can you compare a southerner going to the north to open a business and rent an office or shop, employ indigenes and pay taxes to hordes of illiterate people from the north who dont plan to pay rent, pay any taxes or add value to the environment? Some northerners have been doing nama business for decades in places like garki Okigwe on huge land that the indigenes just left for them for free. They dont pay rent, employ indigenes or add value while doing their business. |

oglalasioux: Apart from saying 'stupid' several times you are a good writer and I believe what you wrote 100%. I did my national youth service in Northern Borno State and I can testify.
I once visited a town called Koshebe in Mafa LGA. The rice farm I saw there was unarguably larger than my village. In that far desert, I saw farmers that owned exotic cars.
What the North needs is the flatten the curve in the rich/poor graph. If you check well those farm owners are not ordinary village farmers. They are most likely ex-military servicemen or other privileged classes of persons in the north fortunate enough to get huge expanses of land to cultivate. |

Jakemedg: What about the millions of southerners residing in the north? Can you mention just one state in the south that can confidently cater for it's own people? The millions of southerners in the north are adding value either as fee paying students, business owners, employees of organisations that are 99% owned by southerners. They are paying rent, taking northern youth of the streets and employing them, giving alms. The Igbo traders in the north have a policy of employing street boys to menial tasks. Who north epp? I don't know what you mean by southern states cater for its own people. Please be a bit specific |

Jakemedg: Now you are blaming Lord Lugard I have always blamed Lugard for bringing the north into our lives. There has been absolutely NO gain in being in the same country with the northerners only terrible losses. Not one gain but the north owes everything to the south. If we in the south don't buy the tomatoes, onions from the north in such huge numbers how would the northern farmers eat and feed their families? The breweries in the south are the biggest buyers of the grain from the north. All the north ever gave the south was to export its poorest down to our states, invent corruption, riot and murder southerners over cartoons in Europe etc |

BeLookingIDIOT: Even these born criminals that everyone is tired of are talking Well, you can use your one cup of oil to feed yourselves and stop clinging on the ND The North possess a lot of resources from agriculture to minerals which they actually have to toil and sweat for unlike oil. They are of far more use than your one cup of oil. The personal income tax paid by Imo state indigenes alone is more than the tax combined by every single one of you in the north. Akwa Ibom- the largest oil producer with 31.4% (504,000 BPD) Delta – 21.56% (346,000 BPD) Rivers – 21.43% (344,000 BPD) Bayelsa – 18.07% (290,000 BPD) Ondo – 3.74% (60,000 BPD) Lagos – 2.64% (40,000 BPD) Edo – 2.06% (33,000 BPD) Imo-1.06 % (17,000 BPD) Abia-0.68% (11,000 BPD) Even if SE states produce one cup of oil per day combined at least they are contributing. Show us what the north has ever contributed except terrorism, beggars roaming all over the country and bandits living in our forests in the south |

Igbo: We don't want Nigeria
Yoruba: But your Zik refused secession clause
Igbo: Secession clause wouldn't have survived Awo and Gowon decrees
Yoruba: But Ironsi killed Nigeria regions
Igbo: Shows proof of Gowon dissolving the regions with Yoruba support..
Yoruba: Starts showing Igbo pictures of suffering and starving Biafrans as scare mongering tactics
Igbo: Not perturbed, still want Biafra to ensure my children don't share a country with a people who take pride in the starvation of their forebearers
Yoruba: Starts threatening Igbo with another civil war and destruction, reminding him how he lost the first war.
Igbo: Unfazed by the empty threat, still want Biafra.
Yoruba: Fill with anger and venom says, we are not stopping you from Biafra, talk to your law markers and politicians
Igbo: If you don't care about Biafra why then were you trying to blackmail us with secession clause , Ironsi, and then scaremongering us with starvation pics and threats of war
Yoruba: Turns to obfuscation, and starts ranting: Biafra will be landlocked, we will get the SS to hate you and make sure you have no access to the ocean. We will seize all your property in Lagos and Nigeria, you will no longer have access to Nigerian markets, we will deport and tax you to death.
Igbo: Tries to disprove the insinuations that Biafra is landlocked by providing maps and articles on international river treaties. Accepts to concede property in Nigeria if thats what it takes.
Yoruba: Goes on to open multiple accounts claiming to be from SS. Tries to incite SS against Ndiigbo in bid to ensure Biafra would have difficulties with sea access . Claims Ndiigbo marginalized SS in Eastern region and Biafra, clai You sabi their script |
