PoliticsRe: Tinubu's Massive Financial War Chest Will See Him Take Control Of APC by nku5: 9:58am On Jun 25, 2020
RuudVanNisteroy:
The fight for control and the soul of APC is currently ongoing. There are two camps fighting for the soul of APC:Tinubu's camp and Amaechi's Camp, and whoever wins the fight will determine who the Presidential candidate that will run under the APC platform will be in 2023.

Immediately Oshiomhole was removed, Tinubu set the motion in place to have his loyalist ,Abiola Ajimobi, who is allegedly in a coma installed as National Chairman, pending when Oshiomhole will be able to secure legal victory. He was however, caught off guard by another master political strategist,Rotimi Amaechi, the current Transport Minister who also nurses presidential ambitions, who saw this opportunity as the perfect moment to move swiftly and install is loyalist Victor Giadom as Chairman of APC.

For those wondering why Tinubu who they like to call different aliases such as "Chicago drug baron, "Tinubu", "Baba Bullion Van", acquired such stupendous wealth- it is for moments like this. Tinubu used his vast well oiled patronage network of road transports workers, traditional rulers,Lagos state minions to expand his base to Ogun,Osun,Kwara and was finally successful at federal level when he was able to install the Vice President, Senate President and House of Representative Speaker. All this would not have been possible without the massive financial war chest he had to accumulate.

Victor Giadom victory will be short lived. The one thing that moves things in the this country is money! And Tinubu financial war chest far surpasses that of any of his opponents in the battle for the control and soul of APC. The "Teflon Don" and godfather Tinubu has never lost a battle and I don't see him losing this one. Hate him or love him- one thing you have to acknowledge is that he is one of the best political strategists the country has produced.
You nailed it except the last paragraph. He has pocketed the entire South West economy but there are levels to this. His gra-gra is limited to his local nonsense with Oluomo the menthol and his retinue of clowns. The people he is up against not only have more money and control Federal might, they caged Tinubu in 2015 and made sure he wasnt able to project his influence in Abuja beyond few tokens here and there. During one of the most crucial periods in APC, he isn't invited to the NEC meeting taking place today.

The most he can do is tell that his palace eunuch Sam Omatseye to write article abusing the cabal grin Tinubu nor reach

Thats the type of Igbo man they will like to choose for VP so Igbos can support them in 2023. Not the more reasonable ones like Peter Obi or even their long time servant Ogbonnaya Onu

PoliticsRe: On Behalf Of Arewa Nairalanders!! by nku5:
The north would have been very prosperous if the north had agreed to restructuring of this fraud of a country. But your big men dont want restructuring. They want to keep enjoying oil money that has been flowing but now drying up and making poverty worsen and leading to more crime. They and their children are in mansions taking pictures of rolls royces and BMWs on social media with plenty mopol and DSS guarding them. Of course no big man or his child is protesting today.

GEJ did his best for the north but una say na Buhari una want. You guys should wake up and support restructuring fast because if Nigeria collapses before we restructure na everybody to your tent.

PoliticsRe: Igbos Dominates Nigeria's Commercial Sector But Forgot The Media - Reno by nku5:
Ayekotoo:
There's no money in the media sector? You must be kidding. Tajudeen Adepetu is the current heavy weight champion of the media industry in nigeria with his undisputed media outlets such as Soundcity TV, Trybe TV, Televista, Spice TV, UrbanRadio, Soundcity FM, ON MAX, Acess 24, and OnTV.
There is hardly in any profit in media. Tajudeen Adepetu is a producer and content creator. He isn't the owner of any of those outlets. He is just a guru at his job and so he is in high demand. Print media make the lowest money and only make good income from adverts especially during the election season. They are the ones who owe staff salaries the most. TV is just a bit better but they hardly break even. Radio stations make the most but the profit margins are nothing to write home about. Thisday newspapers and AIT are always begging for help not to close down
PoliticsRe: Igbos Dominates Nigeria's Commercial Sector But Forgot The Media - Reno by nku5: 3:07pm On Jun 10, 2020
Igbos hardly invest in media because money no too dey am. They arent really profitable in cash terms but they bring a lot of influence. Igbo men like Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu (Champion Newspapers), Senator Mike Ajegbo (Minaj Television) and Orji Uzor Kalu (Sun Newspapers) were just rich men who had the extra money to play with.
