One advice, make sure to buy all the frontal tiles at once before you start. This one you see in my frontage is finished in the market and I am buying another closely related type to complete the top, but we all know that June and July are not the same thing dont let this happen to you.

The tiles for staircase may be calculated by tiler. Yes u may use any tiles for stair depend on ur pocket. However,dis particular step being special one deserve nothing but marble or granite

POLICE CAP: I've observed that most persons prefer to build well furnished mansions in their villages which latter begins to look like an abandoned project because you only find people in them during festive periods. And the funny thing here is that most of these persons live in rented apartment in the city (where they spend most of their time)

In my own opinion, I would suggest they build just a simple house with simple furnishing in the village.... Then own even if its a hut to call their own in the city.

I stil wish for reasons why they do this.....

The condition of Enugu-Onitsha express way will make it difficult for me to shuttle between Enugu-Anambra-Delta-Ebonyi and produce good results. I would really want to do more in the near future.

We have so much new projects planned to start this year around Enugu state. We are very committed to step up our game towards satisfying you my friends. We plan to grow bigger and get better, we plan to explore all the options and give you guys the varieties that will make your house a colorful experience.

Although I caught your attention with serious cost cutting techniques during my first online outing to build my own house, I have come to realize that not all clients like my 'cheap' way of doing things. I am always communicating with many potential clients and from the feedback I get, people will love to see me depart from building 'cheap' to moving my priority to building 'comfort' . I had a visitor in my house today, in the duplex you all know here online. The prospective client loved the house but hated the finish. He instructed me to finish his own with better roofing, doors, windows and tiles. Well, I just wanted to complete some good space for my kids, nothing too luxurious.

We are still ready to serve, we are still anxious to take on more jobs if its in our reach and the price is right. We cannot agree to start a job this 2013 if the job will make us 'manage' resources to the extent of looking 'cheap'.

I got the ceramic tiles in picture below from a friend who import tiles in Ajah area.

It's called Country Clay and the Dimension is 8" x 25". I got it around N2,700 per sqm. I'll confirm the prices now cos that's a long time.

I am quite down on moralle today and that is because I am the 1st child and son in a family of 4 and I must say that resposibilities aTtached to my position is overwhelming me. My dad is late and my mum is just managing. I work as an engineer and for the 2 yrs I have worked I have nothing to show for it, no savings no investment, no girlfriend sef. All of my income has been used to attend to this or that, I am 28 yrs now and I wonder if my dreams of being successful wld someday come true, or. Should I give up on my puruit for happiness.the bad thing is that my thought are beginning to affect my relationship with my mum and sibblings. Sometimes I just want to run away, bur again some friend told me to face my fears. spyder880: My point is why he is costing pvc boards in sq mts instead of the normal bundles as they are sold, but maybe thats how they do it around there. The labour is not supposed to be above N30k, 45 clips? well....
