It is impossible to obtain a loan from any bank in Nigeria with a third party house documents without his/her consent, they will first do tripartite agreement and the third party must sign and give his/her consent. In this case maybe the woman obtained the loan from a loan shark, the man can go court and get back his house, since they didn't seek for his consent and he is sure that it is his name that is in the document. |
This is good news for my small scale manufacturing business, let's see if the price will beat the imported ones. |
And our free gift of crude oil from God is there, only to refine it is a big problem to APC for 9 years and counting. Selfish, wicked and clueless rulers. |
Rest in peace great soldier, you have made your mark before moving on. |
This is the main reason why the soldiers are being killed in the first place. They shouldn't be seen as the enemy of the people. |
So all the cable manholes in the 36 state capitals in the country were vandalized at the same time. These people seems to rate us as domestic animals |
spiSeyi:But the same irrelevant Igbos are the ones that burnt down Lagos during Endsars protest. Some of you are a big shame to your people |
I paid for my Dstv Premium package today with my Access bank app and it is still 37,000 that was debited. |
This is a good one. |
madridguy:Why are you always on the side of the oppressors? Just asking. |
Let's not foget that OPEC qouta is for export only, so that the crude oil market will not be over supplied thereby crashing the price. And Nigeria most times cannot even fill it's qouta talkmore of over supplying. Some of us are saying that it is because of oil theft, but who is behind the oil thieives? It is the same people in charge of the industry, no common Nigerian can effectively steal 10 barrels of crude oil from the well head or pipelines without the backing of the stakeholders. And for Reno talking about those that wants Nigeria to fail so that they can easily break out. Nobody wants Nigeria to fail, the Nigeria is failing on its own due to evil minded leadership, this Dangote US crude oil purchase is a clear example of the kind of mess that the rulers of Nigeria has plunged it into, just a while ago NNPC was doing crude oil swap for refined products, now there is a refinery to refine our crude locally and save the much needed forex, we have contracted the crude well into the future. And you expect any wise person to wish that this Nation will still be the way it is, it is either this Nation restructures or it will scatter by force. Most Nigerians are fed up not just we the Igbos. |
Please just one question for this Mr Know all Reno. So if the two National refineries that are being "patched" starts production, they will still buy crude oil from Venezuela or Iran because we have contracted our crude oil well into the future? |
These are very clear signs of a failing nation. Let's say I am into farming and I came from a part of my country that is a desert, so I cannot legitimately purchase lands in another part of my country and build my farming business, it must be in my part of the country. Can't you see that we have lost it as a united country. Why can't all these demented bigots advice Dangote to uproot his refinery in Lagos and go to Kano and build it, or tell Abdul Samad Rabiu to suspend his refinery project in Akwa Ibom and relocate it to Kano, in the same vein also advise Adebayo Ogunlesi to sell off his stakes at Gatwick Airport and come back home to "develop" his region by buying over Ibadan, Akure and Ekiti Airports. |
Afamed:Bro, there is a UBA bank along the junction that leads to Agulu lake if you are coming from Nanka road by the right hand side and Zenith bank branch at the Major junction that leads to Adazi, even a microfinance Bank is there also. So verify your facts accurately. |
Please can the Navy also use this same format and order for a 100 million barrels per day modular refinery, get it assembled at the approved location, then we can later pay for it in 2024 budget. |
Eriokanmi:What you just stated is the real solution to the Forex crisis in Nigeria but our selfish and wicked rulers will never reason well. If they allow Nigerian banks debit cards to pay at least 3k dollars/month equivalent in foreign countries then tax the BVN owner accordingly, nobody will have any need to go to the black market. I was in the UAE during Jonathan's regime around March 2015, just before the election , I was able to withdraw about 30k dollars over a period of two weeks using Enterprise bank dollar card and Polaris bank card, they have the best rates among the banks then. But as soon as Buhari was sworn in, they banned everything including the special dollar card then dollar began to rise astronomically in the black market ever since then. |
When sane minds were shouting on top of their voices that Buhari's excessive foreign borrowing will kill us all, some of his blind supporters were cheering him on, some calling him "our darling daddy" including Tinubu himself. Now that he is the president, he has seen the irredeemable destruction that Buhari inflicted on this nation. The most sad part of it all is that about 50% of the loans that Buhari piled up ended up in the pockets of his aides and cronies, who are mostly northerners. You need to see how prices of real estate skyrocketed in Kano and Kaduna in the last 4 years with no justifiable reason, that is where they hide their loot by buying houses all over the core North through proxies, now the trend is moving downward, because the lanky father Christmas is no more in power. But the damage has been done and it will take years to reverse. |
plaindealer:]If not for Nigerians abroad, by now naira will be struggling with Zimbabwean dollar in terms of lost value. And for the irredeemable ethnic bigots up there saying trash about South easterners, if not for Igbo diasporan remittance, this country might have been hit with violent protests from every corner, considering that NNPC has not been remitting much this year. Then imagine combining that pressure on our foreign reserve with so many Igbo importers seeking to buy the green back from the black market, by now USD will be over 1500 naira at the black market, and so many imported goods will be way above the reach of the middle class, including the smartphones that they are typing those trash with. This is the full text of what you quoted, read it again and see if you are not demented to pick the part that suits your bigoted lost soul. I talked about Nigerians in the diaspora before narrow ing it down to the Igbos. |
plaindealer:Mr Scumbag, you are nothing but a retarded junkie. Your mates are seriously busy with their lives, but you choose to live yours hating on people that care less about your miserable life. At least prove your enemies wrong for once,be productive, God didn't create you to be a goat. Wake up and wean yourself of negative thoughts. Get a life. |
plaindealer: Look at this sad igbo sit at home bigot...lmao. This is one of the rettarded, bigoted and mentally screwed rubbish on the internet. So, Nigeria is not on fire with ipobs protesting because of ibo people remitting money to Nigeria. So, ibo people are the only Nigerians abroad sending money and their ibo money is what keeps Nigeria afloat. See how mentally screwed you tribal jokers are..you come up with the dumbest, the most absurd and ridiculous nonsense ever? Who swear for you people with this bigoted, tribal and insane mentality? Thank God we don't take you losers seriously, you are just a bunch of comedians and only good for entertainment. You see why you are a retarded lowlife, you are a sadistic loser, whose only stock in trade is to be roaming about Nairaland looking for posts, I am even ashamed on your behalf. Yes the topic of discussion that you quoted was my opinion, and I can defend it anywhere. Iam a business man and because of the scarcity of forex, I have to solely rely on my diasporan compatriots of Igbo extraction for my forex payments overseas. So what is wrong with that assertion. You call other people losers, but you are the real scum of the earth, you are a jobless lowlife. |
plaindealer:I see that you are conditionally a sadist, the bile in your mind will never allow you to make progress. People like only view things from their myopic and deeply flawed, self induced hateful point of view, you are irredeemable. The last time that I checked, you are not doing better than any Igbo man in your field of endeavour (if you do have any). You are just a lost bitter soul. Yes , I am Igbo and a very proud one. So go figure, bring it on. |

Gajagojo:You can't possibly term my post as a rant, that is not nice at all, we are all here to gain and share knowledge. I know that BOI or any other financial institution are not providing the funds for free, but it is also the right of every well meaning Nigeria to ask questions pertaining the cost of the project which they felt is on the high side because the money is theirs. If after the completion of the project and the institutions involved were unable to recoup their funds after the agreed period due to the fact that the project cost is heavily padded from the onset , then AMCON will come in to bail out the institutions involved and the cycle continues. So AMCON is relevant in this discussion. Nobody is spewing any hateful rant except that you might have been harbouring some sentiments that made you see criticism of your fellow compatriots as hateful rants. |
plaindealer:I don't really need to argue with you, the article clearly stated the funding partners, and yes my money is connected to the project because FBN is involved and I hold some fractions of their shares, Bank of industry is also partly owned by me. I don't need to be connected directly to the project or have a plan to build my own power project before I can be qualified to ask questions where necessary, it is my right to do so, since our national institutions is involved in the project. |
Gajagojo:Oga go back and read the article again. The funds for the project will come from ARM, FBN and Bank of Industry. ARM is a mutual fund investment company ( money from individual investors). FBN is First bank of Nigeria. Bank of industry is owned by the people of Nigeria (me and you). So any Nigerian that complained about the cost of the project is actually asking a valid question because his/her money is at stake. You were asking about debt that was bought by AMCON, they have over 1.7 trillion naira of non performing loans bought from different sectors of the economy with taxpayers money. Go to their office and verify. |
dustmalik:Please Sambo Dasuki that stole money that is meant for arms purchase is from where again? The former Accountant general of the Federation that stole over 100 billion naira is from Chad abi? Bros leave those talk, just loose guard where any Hausa man is, Sorry will be your surname. |
I am currently using this LPG system on my 2900 Sumec generator that I bought recently, I bought the LPG/PMS carburetor for 12k at Trade fair market Lagos. I filled my 12.5 kg gas cylinder for 7000 naira,(Satellite town, Lagos)and used it for 2 and half night to test the system. The LPG system on 12.5 kg cylinder @ 560 naira/kg will give you about 30 hours uninterrupted power on 2900 generator, that is about 234 naira/ hour. Things to note: (1) You need at least 3 yards of gas hose to connect from the gas regulator on the cylinder to the carburetor on the generator. (2) I tested the carburetor with a naked flame when the gas regulator is open to see if it leaks and the flame didn't ignite, meaning that it is even safer than PMS. (3) The carburetor choke needs to be open always, as with PMS system you need to close the choke handle to start the generator then turn it to run when it starts, but the choke handle needs to be turned to run always when you are using LPG. (4) When you want to switch off the generator, just turn off the generator on/off switch, then turn off the LPG regulator. (5) Always use quality engine oil( I use Mobil) if possible buy from the filling stations, it makes your engine to last longer. LPG is more cheaper to use than PMS. |
Depriest2020:Thanks bro |
Depriest2020:What the OP said is the sad reality. I know the North very well, and can counter whatever you posted with pure facts, no insult. (1) The part of the North that will be affected most by the post subsidy conditions will be the North West( which you happen to come from) because most food basket of the North are in the NE and NC. (2) Kaduna and Kano have high cost of living compared to some states in the South, but most people tend to believe otherwise until they experience it both ways.( I can prove it if you press further). (3) The Northern diversification to production that you talked about, POP cola that you mentioned is owned by Mahmuda a Lebanese and Aspira is owned by Mr Lee a Chinese in Kano, most indigenous companies are struggling to survive in Kano because of logistical, multiple taxation, high rental cost and other factors( the only cheaper thing compared to the South is the Labour) So my dear forget about the needless comparison the North will surely feel the crunch of this vital hardship the more, all they need to do is to buckle up and try to find a way to swim against the tide. It shall be well. |
OP, you need to provide more details about what transpired between you and those guys, the channel of communication, how you get to know them e.t.c. That will provide a clue on how we can be of help, don't underestimate the power of social media. |
Very good development, if you get to hear the atrocities of Ganduje in Kano, you will support the new Governor with all your heart. Ganduje is a heartless slowpoke |
On this, God will punish the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo leadership for having the temerity to stand behind a known thief, Emefiele is a big time fraudster and should be treated as such. Please stop attracting disrespect to the great Igbo race, we don't condone criminality. |
shebi u guys said that u won't be part of any protests
