solmusdesigns:Oga, this Ganduje that you guys keeps mentioning here and there should be regarded as the worst governor in the whole north. Kano as you know has 44 local governments and all the funds from the federation account due to them are being controlled by Ganduje, all the local government taxes with the exception of few little ones are being collected by state sponsored consultants. Every truck that loaded goods that will come into Kano must pay 5000 naira ticket, that is why most do enter in the midnight, Keke marwa are heavily taxed in Kano, multiple taxation is so high in Kano, all these things are the good work of the insatiable Baba Ganduje. The Dangi underpass/flyover, that you guys always makes reference to as his glorious achievement was heavily inflated, that thing cost Kano taxpayers over 4.5 billion naira. Should that be his topmost priority in a state where millions of kids are not in school?. Most of the hospitals in rural areas are in ruins. If you really want to know more about bad governance in Kano, visit rural areas in Gombe, Bauchi or Sokoto states that have far less resources, then go to rural areas in Kano state and see things the way they are. |
TimFisher2:She is absolutely right. Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu is from Okpanam in the Midwestern region, but the coup that he mastermined was termed Igbo coup, and thousands of Igbo civilians were slaughtered after the counter coup in the north. Or is there any other thing that caused the civil war? |
slyfoxxjoe:I love this. Respect is ineffable, and also has to be earned. Some of this old cultural practices needs to be evaluted. |
This is an act of ass licking taken too far. The Yoruba's don't greet elders from other tribes prostrating, so because this is Buhari, it will now be right. Respect that tend to be selective, is no respect at all. |
So many comments here about how SIP has been shifted from the VP's office to the newly created ministry of Humanitarian Affairs. Some are saying that the scheme has been ongoing before the VP makes it more popular by visiting markets and snapping pictures with the beneficiaries. Now the question for those asking us to channel our investigations to the ministry in charge. 1, Did Nigerians complained about Trader Moni before Osinbanjo decided to be the brand ambassador just months before elections? 2, Those yellow T shirts that reads" I am a Trader Moni beneficiary", where are the new sets? 3, Why can't Sadiya Farouk imitate Osibanjo and personally give out the stipends to the new beneficiaries even if it will be Abuja or Nassarawa state that is closer to her? 4, Why is it not necessary again to sensitive the masses about the activities of the Trader Moni in print and electronics media, as was the case in 2019? Nigeria indeed will be great again. |
This people are grossly stupid, I have personally visited Du Mercy orphanage on several occasions during Yuletide in the past. They run a very well controlled home for the abandoned and rejected kids and gets them educated, they then link them up for adoption into carefully selected home and constantly keeps in contact with the family. How can they now tag such organised orphanage a baby factory? If such wonderful idea are in place in several locations in Kano, there won't be any single unfortunate illiterate kid on the street in the name of almajiri, but the Northern elites don't want their down trodden to be liberated. I can bet that this case is a well planned action by the elites to rid Kano and other areas of this laudable project. The Northerners are sitting on on keg of gun powder and it will explode soon. |
itsme01:Guy, you no well |
LordAdam16:Bless you. Iran will think twice now before she starts another round of regional bullying like Hariri's assassination and launching attacks on PKK's positions in Iraq. |
Khd95:Food for thought. Al Samoud rockets 1 and 2 were discovered at impact sites in Kuwait and Isreal between 2002-2005, country of origin- Iraq Katyusha rockets was, and is still being fired into Israeli territory from multiple sites in Gaza and Lebanon till date, country of origin-Iran Have you ever heard of Rodong or Hwasong being fired into any country directly or indirectly? Country of origin-North Korea Connect the dots |
I wonder how some guys are just turning facts upside down, that Hezbollah dealt a blow to Isreal in 2006 war. The war left over 500+ Hezbollah fighters dead and over 1000+ Lebanese civilians, remember that Hezbollah was launching rockets from densely populated areas and when IDF geo tag and try to clean up they will consider the enormous collateral damages and they will abort. If Hezbollah knew that they have come of age, let them build a base at the plains of Golan Height just like ISIS did at Mosul back then, and then test the might of IDF. |
Momcherry:The mumu blogger literally translated from Hausa to English. The original Hausa writer said that He bought #20 beans and #10 milk. |
At some point, people even blamed him for a defeat that he didn't play in at all. People are seriously wicked, how can they demoralize this guy like this. |
I think this made him to.

candidtalk:Bro, without being disrespectful (because I don't know your age) you sound like someone with a depressed soul. What do you guys always refer to as "your host"? I do come across this term every time on this forum. There is nothing like "host" and "visitors" in human migration, it is only in this part of the world that you hear that stupid statement. One is absolutely free to reside anywhere you choose to anywhwere in the world, provided you do so legitimately and if you stay put, your children or grand children will one day become the so called "host". All you need to do is to abide by the laws that guide where you reside, any Bleep up you will be subjected to the consequences. The Indians were once "host" to the English/Irish men that migrated to the America in the time past, today all of them are called Americans. The Down Under was besieged by the British men/women, today every one there are all Australians including the "host". You lots are just deliberately myopic, an Igbo man might choose to stay in Lagos after the creation of Biafra and seek for Nigerian citizenship, then become Biafran/Nigerian, and people like you are inconsequential to decide whether that is feasible or not. Look for something better to engage your time in, you are running after a stallion that is already in motion. |
candidtalk:Oga calm down a bit. Even if Igbos are to achieve Biafra, is it every Igbo man/woman that will reside in Biafra? Have you ever heard of the word "diaspora"? There are countless Indians and Chinese in Lagos raking in millions on daily basis, Does it mean that they are stateless? If you are lurking around Igbos and their businesses hoping they will all run to the East never to return, you are hallucinating. You keep on writing epistle about self determination of people that doesn't know of your existence. Igbos are not lacking anything in Nigeria. If what you mean by Igbo's suffering in Nigeria is political patronage, then we care less, all we need is a good and functioning nation, but Nigeria refused to be one. So any Igbo man aspiring to have a separate nation is exercising his God given right of human liberty, you cannot choose to be stagnant in life and block those that chooses to better theirs. |
I really don't know what is wrong with some of my South Western brothers, Fulani herdsmen are on rampage throught the nation, maiming and leaving sorrows, tears and blood on their trail and some folks are here holding brief for them. Now ask yourself this question; If some dane gun wielding hunters from South West decides to ply their trade in the forests of Niger, Kano and Bauchi, sets traps, hunts both wild and domestic animals indiscriminately, thereby having deadly clashes with the local villagers, will the North keep mute for political gain or reasons? THINK NOW BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. |
This will turn out good |

Houseofglam7:Are you minding those yeye people, I have my machineries and factory already running, I approached BOI for a loan to purchase one set of machinery that will turn my operations to a money minting venture. The sets of documents that I was asked to bring was over 22 in numbers, including the C of O of the factory land (which is not mine). I lost interest when I met people there that told me that their application has been pending for more than 14 months. |
TheGreenLand:So Buhari is now Electoral Acts that stipulates election guidelines. Una too much. |
szymanski:Are you minding these people, they will tell you that Kano has population of about 11 to 15 million, I have been to virtually all parts of Kano city. From Dawanau to Panshekara or from Mariri to Ungogo cannot take you more than 30 minutes to cover with a motorbike. The greatest scam that I have seen in Nigerian politics is from Kano, from uninhabited 44 local governments to imaginary large populations. |
You have no choice than to accept. Better start typing your defeat statement ASAP! Even the ineffectual BUFFON that spent all the billions of dollars that is meant to equipped our soldiers on 2015 election , and allowed our soldiers being killed like chickens by Boko-Haram, something we are still paying for till now conceded defeat, so who come be you Atiku?!
Just look at what you are spilling and you are doing business, I don't know when you guys will know that there is a very big line between partisan politics and day to day human relationship. Buhari can only be in power for the next four years if he wins, do you also intend to end your business in the next four years? Las Las you will delete this moniker, always apply wisdom in whatever you do, my 10 cents. |
sarrki:You are sound mentally, I used to think otherwise in the past. Let's just allow Buhari's cabal to rule for another 4 years, those guys are ready to destroy the intergrity of every institution in Nigeria in order to have their way. Buhari is a good man and meant well for the country but old age has limited his ability to work, He is not the one in charge anymore. Watch out for the desperation of the real people in charge if Buhari wins, Nigeria will be raped on all front. We will all witness the true nature of the Hause/Fulani oligarchs, they are the main beneficiaries of the so called 16 wasted years of PDP, they are still the ones dictating to Buhari. Nigeria will get worse in the next four years except a miracle occurs. |
modath:You are into online business and wishes to see it prosper, yet you are this partisan. Yes, Buhari will win and finish his tenure after 4 years, but with the way you guys are going about this Buhari hero worship, you might end up creating tons of unnecessary enemies. Irrespective of party affiliation, we are still Nigerian youths and are bound by one thing, "desire to succeed". Buhari presidency is not the end of Nigeria. |

It is official, Buhari is a generational curse. Did Garba Shehhu really say that? Or was he quoted out of context? |
fk001:You guys are over flogging this issue of who becomes the President, The North and South West has been sharing the post of leadership of this Nation since 1960, and has ruined this nation beyond repairs. The Igbos don't really care much about who becomes what, all we care about is good Leadership. If wishes were to be granted, I will love to see Osibanjo installed as the next president in 2019, he has qualities of a good leader. I am an Igbo man and that is how we roll, but being from a country that constitutionally shares every post without merits, citing so called "federal character". We also deserves that our quota. |
Munzy14:Bros you wicked oooo |

) , this move will forestall that...
