Dear Nairalanders,

We have recently been informed that Google is not happy with the kind of language Nairalanders use on the Nairaland Forum.  They have even taken punitive measures against us to drive home the point that they want Nairaland to be clean: no dirty language, illegal activities, etc.

As a result of this, we had no choice but to install a strong word filter to eliminate any words which are embarrassing to advertisers or not family-friendly.  We are also putting the Sexuality section in a hidden area, because there's no family-friendly way to discuss sexuality.

You have to understand that my hands are tied.  We have no choice on this matter.  So please, any Nairalander that attempts to bypass the censorship filter in any way will be treated as a spammer.  You're going to be banned both by human beings and bots.

There are millions of topics we can discuss without having to use x-rated words.  Let's focus on them!

- As far as I know, the Bible does not tell us anything about the gender of a spirit.

- Hence I cannot categorically tell you the gender of THE CREATOR.

- Nevertheless, what i can categorically tell you is that IT IS CORRECT TO REFER TO HIM AS IF HE IS A MALE. I can say this because He is refered to as "Our Father" by The Messiah Himself, meaning that even The Messiah Himself gives us the understand of Him as Male.

I am of the opinion that matter did not form but keeps changing from one form to another. I believe that matter can neither be created or destroyed but just keeps changing from one form to another. So I believe that the universe is as we know it today(our knowledge of the universe I believe will change in the future) eternal. Matter and energy is what makes up the entire universe and what I can see of it is nothing more than matter/energy changing states constantly as i aforementioned. Gravity and inertia are what cause it to be in it's current "configuration" in my opinion. . . . . .

- You have not answered the question of how matter and energy came to be in existence.

- Gravity is just one of the different forces involved with our physical existence (Please read up on the attempts to obtain a Grand Unified Theory so as to know what I am talking about). Let me even suprise you: GRAVITY is actually considered to be the weakest [/b]of the forces . . . yes. . . i mean the so called force of gravity is actually considered to be the weakest.

- If there is no matter and energy there would be no forces to consider as you have considered, hence that you are talking about the forces still does not answer the question of the beginning of matter and energy and time.

- Finally, it is an [b]act of faith to say that the Universe is Eternal, when one considers that you have not answered the questions surrounding matter and energy.

- So why are you comfortable enough to display faith in terms of your belief that the Universe is eternal, even though you have not provided a scientific proof or evidence to show that. Or can you please provide the scientific basis of such a statement.

What do you believe in then since you neither seem to believe in Evolution nor Creation.
