when the niger-delta coughs, the rest of the country suffers ebola.

oil prices only fell and things are already this bad. Several states, including apc states, like oyo, osun, ogun, borno, kano etc are struggling to pay salaries.
what happens when the niger-delta decides to cut off oil supply in protest? don't bite the hand that feeds you.
