using of portal at this point is highly unlikely, save your self from unnecessary stress, marvel didnt say they must update portals but our portals will not be open forever. the most important thing is for DPR to call again and they will do that for sure (confirmed). not eeryone on the list was called in the first place, just around 200+ reported. around 100± candidates are to be called going by what we know that 400 candidates are approved, wether they are the acclaimed merit candidates or SH candidates i dont know. my advice to ya'll forget DPR till shakur calls, lol. marvel has been very correct except the merit part, but all in all the first batch is purely SH and i believe shakur will give room for few merit candidates whithout Godfathers, because he did the shortlisting of the candidates alone for months nd i dont believe he will toss his hard labour into thrash. he will never waste his time with the shortlisting of peope on merit when he knows he will just select the children of SH. may God help us.

Our Prayer today is to increase our faith and remain hopeful in God in all situations. For those who have seen their names/ref Nos. on the FCC/Leaked list and have not been contacted, remain hopeful, God works in ways we cannot understand.

Keep checking your portal for updates this week through next week.

Ensure Email address and phone number registered on the portal is active.

Remember I told you guys about a top management staff DD Head S&E that retired last week. You can confirm this from the DPR website. It was updated yesterday.

When the second batch resume, the portal will be shut down and regret mails will roll in.

Good morning,

I don’t know the final decision that was taken by the management. Someone on this thread said their levels were downgraded which is possible but I’ve not confirmed it yet. There are only 103 names on the EH list and there will be no additional name or replacement unless some reject the offer. A few of them may resume with the next batch.

I’ve made several comments in the past about the leaked merit list. If the list was from FCC, then they will be called. Everything will be clear in the second week of October. Those that will be called in October will have on or before December 31st to accept the offer.

Thanks Marvel for your selfless effort. @the bolded ,Is it that most have already resumed that only few EH left to resume in the next batch?

Also, you said "May resume", Is there a condition tied to the resumption of the few or most EH left?

That list is genuine 100%, but is not complete, you can believe anything you want to believe it will not change a thing. If you see your reference number on the leaked list you have 95% chance of being called.

Same way I see it. We all wait and hope for the best. May God show kindness and favour to all of Us in the midst of ongoing manipulations. Amen.

So many things don't add up. For instance, the number of those already called is said to be 400. The leaked list contains more than 300. The number to be employed is 700.

Don't forget that the next list will still contain additional names.

1. @etinosa in his last post confirmed from his contact with HR at HQ that the total names called in this first batch with postings was around 330.

2. Marvel in one of his post confirmed that a lot of merit candidates are yet to be called but don't know why the delay.

3. @elbangeez has also confirmed that underground activities going on at FCC.

Now analyse this,

1. If 700 must be maintained, who do you think would be replaced to accommodate the additional SH names at FCC?

2. Why would they want to confirm that the leaked list is authentic FCC approved list when the have intention to still manipulate the list?

What I know is that anybody that saw His/Her ref no on the leaked list was successful and deserves to get the job. But as it is unfolding if it turns out not to be, then the name was replaced and let God be the final arbiter in this situation.

That's ok bro. Though neverdown didn't explicitly say the source of the list, from feedbacks and His posts on Twitter, I can categorically tell you that list was from FCC approved list.

But the catch there is that neverdown mentioned most names were replaced. Now juxtaposing this replacement with what Marvel said about "no name on the FCC list would be replaced but a matter of selecting those to be amongst the first batch to be called" we can assume that the remaining names not yet called on the FCC/leaked list would be called putting into consideration that EH on that list don't really know their fate as to the resolution wether reducing the number or degrading the contentious levels.

Note: This is just my opinion, observation and believe from all the scenarios and Infos that have transpired and shared on this forum respectively. Whatever will be will be. May God be kind to those who solely rely on Him and those with any means for SH help all the best too.

The new list contains the names of the succesful candidates on the aproved list at FCC that were not called plus few stakeholders that were not settled in the first batch. Its not a list per say, just few names added to the remain names on master list at FCC to make another new list.

It would have been reasonable enough for the DPR themselves to clarify issues surrounding the recruitment, but that is like pushing a cow through a needle hole.

Marvel I hope you can clarify this second batch list in clear terms.

Note: From my understanding of your (Marvel's) Infos, the second batch is a list of merit (remaining number not called on the original FCC list approved before calls of first batch) and SH candidates as well.

But what Zlatan is explaining now is that the second batch would involve another selection from pool of interviewed candidates? Is this what it is Marvel65?

If Yes, What happens to the remaining merit candidates on the original FCC list that were not "selected to be called" in the first batch as explained by your (Marvel's) last post?

It is unfortunate that such continues to happen which is now an accepted illegality in FG recruitments. Remain hopeful successfuls, for those with no means of any SH/FCC or godfather connect, continue to rely on God to secure your position on the list in the midst of manipulations. For those with means of SH connect all the best.

There’s nothing more to say. The only thing left is to contact the successful applicants. Like I said earlier this month, the APLs are ready. No one was contacted yesterday, I’m sure of that. If you don’t know anyone @ FCC, then have some patience.

Mr Tata is currently @ Abuja. The Graduate trainees have finished their documentation while that of the Experience hires is still ongoing. When the documentation and registration process for the first batch is 100% complete, the next batch will be called.

How about the issue of reducing the 103 number or steping down the levels due to union complaints? What was finally decided?

You said if one has no FCC contact, should be patient. Is it a new COC for a new list or that same old FCC list initially approved? Pls clarify I just don't get this part.

Don’t be confused. The information I posted was first hand. Don’t worry about the figures on the first and second list since you are already aware that 700 was the approved number. Mr Tata may decide to change things at the last hour. I repeat again, your names will not replaced if it reached MPR and FCC, I don’t know the source of the leaked list. Your name wouldn’t have been on the list if DPR didn’t want you in the first place. Exactly, one now wonders why the delay and neverdown999 posting that list indicated most names had been replaced. From feedbacks atleast 99% sure that list is the FCC list. Even the undercover neverdown999 has been MIA since then.

It may interest you to know that 90% of those on the first batch are SH candidates. These SH include Director, Deputy Directors (1 each), Chairmen of Senate Committees on Federal Character, Upstream, Downstream Petroleum, FCC chairman, Minister of State for Petroleum resources, House of Rep members, SSAs to the President, Deputy Senate President, some Governors (SS, SW, SE), Permanent Secretary (MPR), some senior officers of DPR and two former directors. There was so much pressure from these people that Mr Tata had to include the names of their candidates on the first batch, so they resume before the others. The 2nd batch will be more of merit and few SH candidates. Even the DDs were shocked when they saw the first list that returned. Mr Tata had debriefed them about what he did during the TMC meeting in June, 2018. On the other hand, the Union asked DPR management to release the APLs ASAP, putting Mr Tata under pressure. So there was little time to get the Portals, Email and SMS ready to notify the successful candidates. Few calls were made and sponsors helped sort out their candidates APLs.

Finally, SH list and Merit list makes up the MASTER LIST. It was just a matter of picking those that would resume first. Mr Tata is just trying to confuse everyone. (The Tata of a guy is trying to confuse the common Nigerians maybe. Is it the stakeholder candidates that have resumed He is trying to confuse? The guy dey confuse himself no be us. Lol) I mean you shouldn’t expect the first batch to contain 100% SH candidates.
For example,
1st batch (90% sh and 10% merit candidates) and 2nd batch (90% merit and 10% Sh candidates).

I was disappointed to see many of the successful ones abandon this thread without discussing about their postings, resumption dates and documentation process, which i find very usual. Even though you are a stakeholder candidate, it’s not a good reason for not sharing your experience. Some of you wouldn’t have made it without this thread. Well, I wish you guys a successful career with DPR. To the rest yet to be called, not to worry I will provide updates about their progress and other issues concerning the recruitment next week.

There are some DPR staff from the HQ @ CS monitoring this thread. They are trying so hard to get my identity by parading themselves as applicants on this platform. Good luck with that.

There’s a second batch, believe it or not. They will call the rest soon. I won’t post a specific date, so DPR don’t shift dates. Let it come as a surprise. Also, if you know someone @ FCC ask him/her to help confirm your name on the 2nd list, so you know your fate in time than wait for the release date but if you wish to wait, that’s fine. It will be difficult to confirm @ DPR because its top secret.

Again, You guys have failed to pay attention to details. @Babagy823 has returned. I’m sure you guys know what that means.

So FCC, after approving the initial list as leaked by neverdown999, DPR went ahead to replace those they felt shouldn't be given, and now FCC the agency to ensure fairness in such situations is secretly working with DPR to manipulate further to produce another list?

So what happens to those who have nobody at FCC, as in nobody but were amongst the Initial merit list?

With the information that some HQ CS staff are following this thread means they all BYknow of the leaked list and definitely Mr Tata (Mr Shakur).

God will judge all of them. They can enjoy it's their domain to do and undo.

Honestly I must tell you, Whether the recruitment is over or not is dependent on every individual's believe and disposition. How do you tell someone that your name was replaced ohh because you don't have godfather but you made the list?

Hi Marvel, thanks for your info. I have been an ardent follower of this thread and I want to appreciate all the contributors and informants.
I was at the dpr HQ today to get first hand info on the recruitment and also check for my name, since I am yet to hear from them (I confirmed my name to be on the FCC approved list and the leaked list). My name was not on the list and according the HR personnel incharge, it was the final list and their posting confirmed. The HR personnel said that if by chance one missed their call, such a person would get the posting email, so we can conveniently say that postings have been concluded. He also said that the recruitment process has ended for both GT and EH. All the info I got contradicts the info shared here.
Please I am not doubting any of the informants here, but I just have some ques:
1. Is it possible for the DPR HR staff not to be aware of current happenings or I was being deceived?
2. The list contained around 330 names with their postings. Could it be that there is another list?
3. Could the list approved by FCC be changed?

Something is definitely wrong somewhere and I will do all within my power to get to the bottom of this mystery because it is pathetic.

I must appreciate your efforts. From your findings it means that 330 is the number called so far and should be the few merit called and bulk of stakeholder candidates.

As elbangeez corroborated your experience, FCC which is suppose to uphold it's mandate is now chief nepotism Lord.

@bolded, we hope you follow thru and at the end feel comfortable to share the outcome devoid of carrots and sticks when made available (hope U dont get dozylalad, LOL).

The most important thing has been discussed in their previous meetings. The next meeting is to get a progress report from DPR concerning the EH list. The union want to confirm if DPR complied. I’ve not had the time to follow up but I believe the meeting has been held. The Letters are for the next batch. I can’t tell whether EH was included or not.

My advise to those yet to be contacted is be close to your mobile phone within the next two weeks, take your mind off this recruitment and get occupied with other things, pray to the Almighty for a breakthrough and wait for the big surprise. You all may not hear from me till August 27th, 2018. I will return to congratulate the rest of you.

Successful candidates that were not called, those that rejected their letters, and those that there lines were not reachable and dont know anybody to collect their letters on their behalf will get their names replaced with candiates on 'standby' supplementary list. If you dont know anybody at this point, please forget Dpr and move on with your lives. And if you have strong person that can get you into the supplementary list please do so. And remember 750 slots were approved for DPR to recruit, 116 OND and 400GT/EH were recruited remaining 234 slots to be filled, and everything must be concluded before election.

"Successful candidates that were not called". You can imagine this country. That you are successful ohh, but someone decided that you won't be called just like that. The raw wickedness of nepotism and selfishness legalized in Nigeria.

A whooping 234slots is not enough to settle scores, but that some successful meritable Nigerians must not be called because they have nobody as a stakeholder abi manfather so-called godfather. Chorus replace them". Loll.

Let them go ahead and replace ohh. Good luck to the replacers. Even if we know the greatest stakeholder, last last na God. If the call comes fine (Stakeholder or not), if not, it's painful, but nothing spoil life continues.

Even the leaked list neverdown999 posted he did mention that most were replaced by SH candidates and they must have been called.

We have 2 persons (elbangeez and Nigerianonym if I am right) here after been able to get someone check their names and their names are no more there, then you ask which list is it that was checked? Which list is been delibrated on with Union?

It is not out of place to see it as over. Most still hanging on are doing that on the basis of the Ray of hope that came up after the release of that leaked list. The truth is all the soon soon will end one day and moving on is a must.

So many unanswered events. Just as you said, a little more trust and patience would do.

The new resumption date has not been fixed.
If the DPR don’t resolve the pending issues in time, then resumption will be in September. I’m sure everything will be clear next week. Documentation may also be done at the zonal offices.

The DPR is preparing APLs for the next batch.
Lastly, for those that performed well in the exercise and have not yet been called, a big surprise is waiting for you. Don’t give up and keep praying to the Almighty.

We understand EH list has issues as per union even though some EHs have received their letters. Whether they are all SH candidates or mixed is left to be seen.
This meeting, meeting with Union is it really the holding issue for EH?

What about the EHs not affected by Level as argued by union?
Is anything wrong calling this set if really their intentions are good?

As I said against all hope, hopefuls should still remain hopeful. It will definitely be well with every successful (Yes, successful) that made that list(leaked) DPR or not.

The truth is that am disappointed in DPR, especially those in charge of this recruitment not because I didn't get called but because we were deceived and lied to. The likes of Mr Tata and his cohorts, some of his agents in this thread feeding us with falsehood. May God / Allah judge us accordingly.

I don't know if am the only one who spotted a planned deception from our "perceived dpr fatefuls" here feeding us with wrong information and promising us we will be called even after documentation . This is a straregy targeted at detering us from going on with the planned protest. They see this as threat to the offer.

Work is still in progress. They are not through with the EH list. (Does that mean that nobody can check any EH list for now whether name on the list or not?) The Union/DPR management may hold final meeting this week.

The recruitment will be over when the successful ones receive a notification for documentation. For now, the DPR has to ensure that everyone on the list (Which list are you referring here pls?) have collected their letters.

The new list (Which list is this one?) can’t be accessed by anyone at this time. Don’t waste your time asking a staff to help confirm or check names because Mr Tata has the list. Everyone should be patient, they will contact the rest.

The problem is that its no longer the south or north being favoured the most, even fedral charachter is no longer followed. The guy from my state, a northwestern state is among the best performing candidates in this recruitment but was dropped for someone who has strong political backing, if indeed federal charachter was followed he would have been picked. You see, everything in this country is compromised, a recruitment that the minimun qualification is 2-2 but third class and pass candidates will be considered ahead of a first class graduate, how will the country ever prosper? Only few organizations advertise their recruitment nowadays, and i bet you in the next few years recruitment will be solely on who you know. Yes, you will be called. The list isn’t fake but not complete. There were some merit applicants that were contacted but their names aren’t on this list while the others identified theirs. They are not done calling GT and EH.
Last week, I said something about two applicants that scored over 90% and they were called but their ref. No. were not found on the leaked list.
