I Am writing this with my heart bleeding with too much pains, I need help!!!!! My mom has been working with the government as a teacher for the past thirty two years, she's upright and diligent and a very hardworking woman, she's the best teacher I grew up to know.

She was promoted to head teacher November last year after all she's due for it. In another school, the same local government, there are rifts and fights within that school which is school 1,2,3 which does not have anything to do with my mom, suddenly they called my mom from SUBEB, they want to transfer her to that school where they have been having loggerhead. But it's not that she doesn't want to go but my mom has health challenges. She's high blood pressure patient and the place of primary assignment is very far from our residence so she refused to collect the letter of transfer and she presented her doctor's report at SUBEB.

I forget to add that the other person they transferred to my mom school from the school they are having rifts was well known at SUBEB and was a very powerful person so she initially pointed where my mom was heading that she want that place or they transfer her back to her sch back, but my mom refused it, and since she has the back up of SUBEB, the chairman and almost everyone at that SUBEB came this morning and chased my mom out of her office saying she was suspended. They do not only cheated her but they also humiliated and violated her human right and harassed her publicly just because we don't know anybody from the government.

Meanwhile it's just within the local government, it has not reach the state level, At this present moment we don't know what to do. She has been so devastated and sad since morning. We have been praying but we still don't know what to do.

gthorpe123:
Dear Nairalanders

I hope you are having a great month. We have 58 tons of Your favorite NatSoil organic fertilizer left and available for sale.

Please see below 7 reasons why NatSoil is better than the rest

1. NatSoil is better than other organic fertilizers because of it’s high carbon content (up to 91% on a dry weight basis). NatSoil contains naturally available CO(NH2)2 urea, NH4+ ammonium, organic compounds with nitrogen (N) and fatty acids (carbon, hydrogen and oxygen). In the soil the carbon causes those micro-organisms (microbes) that cannot fix carbon themselves (for e.g fungi) to use the carbon for energy & propagate.

2.It contains chitin (about 20% of carbon content), which is the most important carbon compound in soil as it attracts 3x more beneficial microbes than any other organic fertilizer. Beneficial microbes are essential for nutrient/enzyme exchange in crops. Early appearance of these microbes and readily available nutrients for them to feed on ensures they propane faster than non beneficial microbes.

3. Chitin (from maggot skin) in the soil keeps soil PH optimal. it also increases nitrogen over time as microbes expand, die then decompose (allowing crops mineralize N in various forms over a long period of time).

4.Beneficial microbes in NatSoil enable the flow of auxin and other nutrients like protein (from N which is rated at 3%), K (3%), calcium, copper, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum.

4. The increase in soil activity and the readily available nutrients speed up *germination* and *flowering/fruiting process*.

5. We have composted our product to breakdown chitin, carbon, fat, cellulose and Nitrogen such that it is readily available for mineralization by crops. This ensure that our organic fertilizer is high in microbes.

6. The chitin levels in NatSoil are adequate to restrict the growth of harmful microbes and the composting process ensures that only beneficial microbes grow first and crowd out pest microbes, pathogens and insects.

7.Our customers note a remarked difference in growth of the crop compared with any other fertilizer. Customers have seen a reduction in mites, stem borers, wireworms, botrytis species that cause mildew, moulds etc.

8. We produce locally in Epe, composting insect manure from our insect farming operations (we make 50% insect protein meal as our core product).

Please do not miss out on this opportunity to try our product at a low price of N20,000 per ton.

Contact me directly for any orders on 08176499981.

Thanks and kind regards

Pistotita:
I stopped patronizing Nigerians sellers and installers for most things I use. Their deception is 1st class from the depth of h.e.ll. hehehehe. Well, I have checked well, and RO is not common in Nigerian homes. Even homes which claim to have it do not. Lol. What are available are water dispensers which are mostly not RO. And the few ones I contacted when I wanted to install mine had 3 to max of 5 stages. Even you can have 20 stages and ypur system will still be rubbish. Lol. Some will even tell you it is RO, while it is not. And many have fake parts which are not working even up to 20% of what RO should. I have seen such even in rich folks' houses. I always just keep silent. I imported all my parts from different sources and assemble them myself. Thenafter, I called a plumber to bring his equipment and I instructed him (monitored him from A to Z) on the process. I have 10 stages RO. One issue with RO is that it removes all nutrients in water. So, I replaced all the nutrients and it is why I have 10 stages. No virus or bacteria can ever survive it. If I was living in advance country, I may not bother to have a sophisticated water filter, but this is Nigeria mehn!

When my friends visit me, they always notice the special cool taste. Their wives are always on their neck afterwards to get it. Lol. Honestly, it is an investment for every home in Nigeria. Just last week of November last year, I assisted 25 members of a night club (owned by a friend) to get, and I sent a plumber to fix for them all. Quite cheaper for them as they made bulk purchase.

Oga, this is Nairaland, a beg.....no ask me price oooo. I do not want to start advertising anything here. Lol.
Hehe...you know that's the next question. But I'll chill till when am truly ready and I'll mail you.

I saw some 5 stages RO at amazon. I need to dedicate time and do some research about it to understand its workings better.

I appreciate you bro and your threads. Remain blessed.
HealthRe: Fighting Chronic Infections (staph, Ecoli, H.pylori, STD, STI, Typhoid, Etc.) by numen(m): 12:43pm On Jan 07, 2020
Is there a reputable coy that can install this reverse osmosis for clients?

Pistotita:
Water is life
Nigerian Municipal water system is terrible. I can bet you that you will get either h.pylori or thyphoid if you drink it. The so called "pure water" sachets are not treated water; therefore, they are not good. And bottled water these days are not so clean in Nigeria (maybe with the exception of Eva, Cocacola bottled water brand in Nigeria). Hmmm! Maybe Dasani (perhaps, a rep of Cocacola bottled water brand in the US on NL) can let us know the kind of quality it is.

You will save so much money if you can install Reverse Osmosis to your municipal or well (borehole) water. This is the present most efficient water filtration system. At least, you need 5 stages. And my system comprises of 10 stages with the addition of different mineral catridges and UV. I have even seen systems where Ultraviolent membrane replaces RO membrane (i think this is more common in most water dispenser in Nigeria as it is a cheaper option. Of course still a nice option but cannot filter out micro substances like RO, especially salt). In addition, I have seen RO and UV membranes together. To me, this is waste of money.

Conclusion
Infections gain ground gradually over many weeks, be patient to fight them gradually with natural diets (organic is the best) and natural recommended herbs purchased from a reliable source over a long period of time (most likely a year). And be more patient to adhere to the strict winning diet for another year to recover fully after the patient is declared free from the infection(s). Using antibiotics should be limited to initial aggressive attacks on the microoganisms. The best way to fight it aggressively with herbs is doing a comprehensive stool, serum and semen test (whichever was used to diagnose the patient) ane do sensitivity test on herbs. This kind of tests are not available presently in Nigeria. The patient must ship the sample abroad and it can be really expensive. The good nees is that you may need yo do it just once since microbes do not develop resistant to herbs; unfortunately, doctors will do not like this path, and they are going to send you to early grave if you are not smart.

I was looking forward to the epistle because it will give me details and insight as usual. Thank you for taking time out to write it.

I'll stop here so that like you pointed out to someone else, "let's not derail the thread."

Money dey 9ja sha! I believe you on that.

Cheers.

Pistotita:
It is a long story you are asking me. If you can read the epistle. Lol. Ok, let me summarise it.

Every 2 - 4 years, seed companies bring out new varieties. It is a continuous research. Do you know how much spent on researches? On my thread, I will publish a case study on a pharmaceutical company which sold a drug around $500 during the years its patent was valid. As soon as the patent expired, other companies dived in, and crashed the product to $20. Today, Indians even made it cheaper in the Nigerian market with whatever. It's around $4 -5 here. Lol. Of course, this is a lawless country antibiotics are bought over counter. Very wrong. But that company which held the patent was smart. 2 years before the patent expiration, it brought out another product got its patent and started advertising it like the new one is better. The producer simply changed minor things inside it which was documented in the patent details. And they started making comparison. What kind of comparison? They only optimized this new drug. And by doubling the old one crashed to $20, same result will be achieved. Like the real worth is just $40, and not $600 or so that they sold the new one. It was after many years of profit that some doctors noticed it. And they started screaming. That was how their bubbles were bursted. Lol. My point is that manufacturing companies are smart. Every new cultivar is a little tweek from the old one. And studying it is the way out. Though, innovation is possible too.

Bro, What's the name of the Hazera Tomato variety you purchased?

I thought they have a Nigerian rep or was there a particular reason you imported?

Cheers

Pistotita:
You know that the example I gave you, I used tomato to explain; therefore, it was a concept I gave you. And do not get me wrong sir. I am not saying you should buy it, but go and investigate it. Do not let money push you away. When you see it, the picture will be impressed in your heart if it is worth it. And you may not have the money to buy it at the time. You may even buy that cheap variety at the time. But you will just realise that you are already nursing the ambition to step-up, and buy the seeds in the future.

But really, since it is habanero, the person will really do a good job to convince me too to buy it. Lol. I do not think it can impress me too. But I would still go check if I were you.

EMMAACHILE:
I hope to be in Nigeria but as things are going, its advisable for one to have a second option.
The good thing about farming is that it can also be run anywhere especially in tropical/sub-tropical countries like Australia/USA. Nigeria is getting worse everyday especially in infrastructure and security. We can only hope for a good post-buhari era.

His prices are not varied to my knowledge. His 1kg momax3 goes for $990 without transport. He is listed with same prices on many marketplaces like indiamart, alibaba and their own website from ABC India.

What is PHI?

funsoul:
Wow, please let's not destroy ourselves with our own hands. If using manure the right way is difficult, I would advise we don't use it
We cant twist things to suit our narrative when extensive research has been done to show us the implications of using fresh manure. In fact it can be done in days if a particular temp can be maintained(cant remember) if not leave it for a long time to compost.
It's easier for me because of the poultry farmer I buy from. I buy a bag for 400 excluding transportation.
The cucumbers have produced on my farm, I don't eat cos am not too fond of it, but every other member of my family does. It's one of the reason I stick to PHI of each product. There are times the fruits are big and am told to harvest, I say no especially when the PHI is not complete
The country might not be encouraging, but we can't complain about our leaders and then we also are culprits.
My oga@okoroemeka you will be surprised that if you are committed to it you can compost successfully most especially because of human resources you have at hand. I would encourage you sir to reconsider and give it a try
