Partially. this is what I mean, from your list of spaces, you can have more than 3 bedrooms in each of the duplex. I personally, don't see a reason for duplex of 3 bedrooms, I expect more than 3 bedroom. Your still have the 3 bedrooms as a bungalow than having it only as a duplex.
