lol. No be slacking as such. The thing is, he has constitutional immunity as governor. Unless he resigns, is impeached or finishes his tenure, he cannot be tried for criminal charges.

I'm pretty sure it would turn into a criminal case after his tenure, unless Oshiomhole finds a way to appease Airhiavbere and PDP before then.
