bigtt76:Welcome |
bigtt76:Then you will need to take the documents to the registras. |
bigtt76:You need a letter of Administration. Visit the various registrars with the LA and a start change of ownership for the shares. After that, you can claim the dividend. |
bigtt76:Yes |
Oladimejyy:Duh, Nigerians are been deported everyday. You will be surprised they have been arrested and on their way to Nigeria. Any Nigerian behaving unruly abroad should be deported ASAP. |
Those whites are just resisting the urge to beat-up those boys. They should be deported immediately. Those boys are shameless cowards. |
veecovee:You might have to process them again throng your bank if the the registrar's, not received them. Probably they were not delivered by NIPOST ![]() |
StephDamielola:Welcome to Nigeria. ![]() That's what you get in the Third world. |
veecovee:I will advice you to visit another First Bank Branch. When i had the same issue with a particular UBA branch, i just zoomed of to another Branch and it was processed. |
]I posted many e-div forms via Post Office, to many registrars, as my bank directed me after stamping my forms. But unfortunately I've neither received alert nor email from any of them. In fact I pressured cardinal stone thru e-mail before their dividend payment. But they didn't care to reply... Though they've posted the warrant, I still didn't know what went wrong in the process I followed.
You don't send your forms via post-office. You take the forms to any branch of your bank for processing. |
pluto09:But that is the question Tritri asked Thank you But The form i got has signature confirmation on it..Has anyone done any WITHOUT signature confirmation ? Maybe the way he asked. But just posted the form. |
Tritri:The form needs your signature Check below
|
pluto09:Are you saying you didn't sign your E-dividend mandate forms? That's strange. |
Tritri:You must sign every E-dividend mandate form before submitting. Your bank will check if your signature match the one with them. |

Oyagun should be shown the way out of APC |
APC can’t fix Nigeria’s problem in 8 years -Oyegun — 16th May 2017 From Romanus Ugwu, Abuja National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, has warned that the APC-led Federal Government cannot fix the current economic and other challenges confronting Nigerians in eight years. Speaking recently at the headquarters of the party, in Abuja, he said it would be extremely difficult to fix the level of rot in the country. http://sunnewsonline.com/apc-cant-fix-nigerias-problem-in-8-years-oyegun/ |
ihedioramma:Forget the (is) or (was). How are they going to raise funds for the project? Read the last paragraph. The company also reduced its net indebtedness by 29 per cent from N316.6 billion in first quarter 2016 to N225.9 billion in first quarter 2017. Well sha, Na your money ![]() |
Princkez:Oando is currently highly indebted, and raising funds won't remove those debts. Investors don't react well to right issue |
ihedioramma:"He noted that the group has deleveraged its balance sheet through the divestment of its upstream services company, Oando Energy Services and embarked on the expansion of its retail and gas footprint through a strategic partnership with Helios Investment Partners and Vitol Group to recapitalise its downstream business for $210 million and the $115.8 equity buy-in of its Gas and Power business by Helios Investment Partners". He said the company was considering raising some N40 billion in new capital. http://thenationonlineng.net/oando-take-port-harcourt-refinery/ Right issue announcement is slowed Zenith down. Zenith should be trading higher than Stanbic. Remember Stanbic results was suspended for almost a year, and the price started moving immidiatly it was lifted. |
ihedioramma:Dangote is far better than Oando and Fbnh combined. Remember Oando is preparing to raise funds for PH refinery. |
Just the beginning . ![]() He should prepare for more prostrating . |
The Bulls pendulum is swinging elsewhere . ![]() |
Manonamission:So they used Skyebank money to build that hotel. |
We all saw the reply Sanusi from the whole North, after his lectures to them. Sanusi attempt to bring civilisation to a traditional society is backfiring. The plan to remove Sanusi is a Northern agenda and not Kano state governments. If they remove nothing will happen, because the religious group will simply paint him as infidel. |
Nobody should be in suspense in the real sense of the word. It’s like they say, you don’t have to use Panadol for another person’s headache. If anybody has put himself in suspense, he’s just doing it for himself because it’s not necessary. The law does not compel a president to reveal what is wrong with him. It does not.Adesina should be told that PMB headache is s Nigerians headache |
GEJ is the only reason for PDP defeat. He was the weakest link and everybody exploited it. |
EARNINGS REVIEW - FIRST BANK NIGERIA HOLDINGS PLC FBNH PLC: Q1’2017 & FY’2016 EARNINGS RELEASE Monumental Loan Loss Provisioning Pressured Top Line Growth FBN Holdings PLC (‘’FBNH’’ or ‘’The Group’’ or “The Bank”) recorded mixed performances across FY’16 and Q1’17 financial periods. Whilst “the Group” recorded improved top-line performances across both periods, the bottom-line was dampened by sizable loan loss provision, amidst deteriorating asset quality and rising Non Performing Loan (NPL). Gross Earnings grew by 15.7% to N581.8bn in FY’16 (Vs. N502.7bn in FY’15) above consensus estimate and Lead’s estimate of N490.5bn... The decline in the bottom-line was pressured by a copious N226.0bn loan loss provision (coupled with deteriorating asset quality), amidst an industry high NPL ratio of 24.4%. Consequently, Profit After Tax (PAT) shed by 19.1% YoY to N12.2bn below consensus estimate and Lead’s N39.1bn FY’16 forecast. In spite of the pressured earnings, “FBNH” proposed a dividend of N0.20 in perfect conformity with our estimate (Lead estimate: N0.20), backed mostly from the profits it made from its other subsidiaries. On the other hand, “the Group” Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) performance revealed a declined in profitability for Q1’17, posting a PAT of N16.2bn (-23.4% YoY) despite the impressive 31.4% growth recorded in Gross Earnings for Q1’17 at N141.2bn (Vs. N107.6bn in Q1’16). The top-line growth was dampened by sizeable stake in loan loss expense, posting a higher than expected loan loss provision hitting high at 126% QoQ to N28.8bn (Vs N12.8bn Q1’16) as asset quality challenges continues to hit operations… Earnings Estimate and Target Price Reviewed Upward, Buy Rating Retained Consequent on the stronger than expected top-line performance recorded for FY’16 and Q1’17 periods, we have reviewed our earnings estimate upward. We expect Interest Income to increase marginally as the fixed income deposits gets attractive with inflation rate on the downtrend. Similarly, we expect Non-Interest Income to flow high in FY’17 on the heels of expected FX gains and more tax-free returns from fixed income trading… Overall, we are optimistic about the Group’s long term performance, hence, we forecast EPS of N0.41 for FY’17 (Vs. N0.34 in FY’16) and DPS of N0.25 for FY’17 (Vs. N0.20 in FY’16). Thus, we have reviewed our 12-month Target Price (TP) upward to N4.86 (Vs. previous N4.34), indicating a substantial investment benefits from the closing price of N3.85 as at 11/05/2017 and we recommend a buy on the stock. |
