Bros, this act most of you come to do is senseless. Somebody uses his time and data to churn out a game or games and posts for the public.
You refuse to play and comr asking for small something. ARE SOME OF YOU OKAY? Small something from where?

I lost my father since I was 7 years old, I would love to know, they are things I believe I lack due to this..
I was raised by my mum only and a brother and a sister as well..
I would love to know, especially, if you are in your 40s,50s,60s and grew up fatherless too.
What advice do you have for me?

Every night(not morning) before you sleep, while you are in bed take a mirror and look at your face and say this: All is well. I am honest, I have no reason to lie so I speak the truth usually. Say it four times and sleep.
The first three or four times you do this, your brain will tell you that you are lying and you are wrong. Your brain will try to fight the new programming (re-wiring). Continue to say it even if you do not believe it

Please do not say "I do not lie" . The word "not" will make your words ineffective. Just say All is well. I am honest, I have no reason to lie so I speak the truth usually.

Whenever you find yourself lying during the day, don't berate yourself, train your mind not to go over the situation in which you lied. Say the words above over and over until you feel calm and whenever you remember the event. All is well. I am honest, I have no reason to lie so I speak the truth usually.

It will take you between 60 - 254 days to reduce lying to the barest minimum if you stick to this routine.
Should you miss saying the above words one or two nights, its not a problem, but try not to miss it more than two nights.
You must first see yourself as truthful in your mind and you body has no choice than to utter only truth.

Hello house. Is there any one that has this problem? It seems there is a part of my brain that is wired this way for years now.

While most people lie to escape punishment and blame etc, i tend to lie for no reason atall. Sometimes i need to lie further just to modify the initial lie.

Examples:
1. I went late to work because i had to take home some office files which i worked with all through the night. When asked, i lied to my boss that i had a compound dispute tha made me come late. Saying the truth would have earned me praises from my boss and saved me alot of stress.

2. I got injured at home. When my landlady asked how, i lied that i had a serious accident when going to work that morning.
I told her a long story about the accident scene and all. She was sympatizing with me and almost wept.

These are just few examples i can type now, there is more.

I can't help but lie most of the time i have conversation with people. Any advice?
