Well, for my program, cramming just won't cut it. For example, I had to learn a programming language from scratch (no regrets at all, actually fun now) for my studies. Cramming won't help you write software, or develop an IT Strategy, or draw business processes, etc... If you cram in my program, you will most likely fail and end up unemployed after school...
different strokes..
well its to be expected..
what can you cram in IT?

Williams him no lie na.. Most exams here are very very easy. Getting good grades is another different thing entirely. The fact say e easy no mean say you go blast am lol. Na to cram am well, make the thing done for your head like jollof rice wey dey burn for fire before you enter hall plus write like say dem dey pursue you with cutlass.. Else that very very easy course e go shock you say u go dey struggle for 2.0

Obiwann! U and this ur joke na bread and butter. Hw person go dey cram, dem won make person die of brain tumor abi brain crash? For me o, I no fit do am o, read and understand na hin suppose win the game. Abeg make dem gree wetin person understand o. Cramming ke
LOL.. Oga mi, if you no cram you don fail be that..
NO time to dey think inside exam hall oh.. The German system wants you to behave like machines, remember why them dey call these guys German machines? My next exam for example, I get module course, Two courses in one.. Just two hours.. Exam wey for Nigeria dem go give you 5 hours for both courses and u sit for them on different days, here I dey write both on the same day plus just two hours.. So tell me how do I dream of finishing if NA inside exam hall I wan go dey test my understanding skills? Note that even with cramming, if you no sabi write fast, you fit know all the answers to the question oh, but finish exam NA? U go hail!
Again here if u read textbook you don fail. Just read wetin lecturer give you for slide.. Which is limiting your knowledge, how do you have expansive knowledge? Anyway it's a system that works for them, so who am I to complain?
God willing after I cram my way through this program I go go better place where demand dey teach concepts go learn afresh... Go improve my knowledge base.
God help us sha.

Really, is that what s happening to you guys?
Seriously I've gotta slightly different story o. Most of my courses are done with different computer software. And they take time to give you the necessary tools to be independent with the usage of these software and the exams many times refer you to these software stuffs. It is well anyway
E clear say na my school then grin
E get one software course wey I do this semester, I blast the exam lol..
The same people come bring out HiWi job position for a job related to use of the software.. I gree apply? Fear no let me go fool myself for there, cos I know say if I apply them go call me based on say I peel the result, but when dem gimme computer say take oya go do so and so.. I fit go dey look them like mumu.. Lol
I just jejely decline the job offer lol.

If your school dey teach you software then na better school be that oh lol.. For my own dem dey assume say you know am already lol..
God go help us sha.

exaclty my brother,,crammers and fast writers get excellent grade..they exam gives ur final score here...unlike canada system that exam is just few percentage to ur total score
And Of course the Canadian system is better..
Williamso how fr, longest time.. Yeah it is relative, but in most programs here na cramming win am oh.. It's an F'd up system if you ask me cos in the end how does cramming make me a better Engineer even if I should end up graduating with a 1.0 gotten largely through cramming? How do I stand defend the result in front of seasoned professionals Again as I been talk, I don already dey here, so make we dey cram dey go.

No flexin für here oh.. It's same old boring routine. Plus I still get exams. I hope the summer comes with it interesting activities.. Make man m no go suffer depression.

This is totally true, the courses are so easy here to be candid, but the problem will be you as a student, when you miss one class just one class, the chance of failing is already 70 percent. And you have to do much work to get by. I am very certain of this because I saw it in this semester exams. I don't know if the lecturers know those who doesn't come to class and those who does , which I am sure that they don't. But they seem to always fail. Maybe it is magic.
It's simple! Take few courses, space your studies. Make money, graduate with less than a 2.0. Das ist alles.
For those who their parents send money or those who are on full scholarships, its so easy to get less than a 1.5.
You just have to cram recram and recram till it turns to understanding.. Then you go pour it all out angry
I'm not happy with their system of education anyways, but as I'm here already I have no choice but to follow their rules.

i think at this point let me try to point out something..for u to get good grade here 1. depends on your course 2. does not depend on the amount of classes you attend 3.depends mostly on your ability to study their pattern of questions.
if u like read the pages of ur material from back to front and attend all classes..u will fail like an idiot.

mind you for those claiming they are getting good grade..anything below 2.0 is not good grade to me and for you to get 2.5 and above is not beans. there was a course a wrote very well and i was thinking i smashed it behold..i didnt even make up to 2.5.... when i saw my script.. i did very well but little mistake which didnt not end up giving me full mark made me loose like 1 or 2 marks...and in this place 0.5 means a lot to your GP ..the gap between 2.3, 2.5, 2.7 are not much ..it can be just one mark that would make u fall to 3.0 so please people that come here and talk how beautiful their result is should tell the truth... dont come here and tell me what i know...... to me coming to germany means either 2 things..either you get the result or the money...the result is not a guarranttee if u like read from morning to night and dont work ...so trade carefully whehn you come here thinking that its easy to smash 1.0 ... 3.0 here is like making a B in Nigeria education which is like making 62% and above... bis bald
It's so unfortunate the way the system here favours cramming. To all ye Crammers in the house, fear not!

Funny thing is that 75% of 9ja girls married to oyinbo that I know still have a 9ja bf.

Some years back, a 9ja boy died on top one 9ja girl married to oyinbo. Here in Europe.
Although marriage to the Oyinbo began in Africa.

I'm sure someone reading this story will know this case.
The worst case of domestic violence I have personally witnessed was an oyinbo husband battering our own 9ja sister.

He only stopped when we 9ja guys went to warn him seriously.

We all see things daily. Judging all from your narrow angle is rather myopic.

OP, we have heard all these before.

Don't forget that 9ja boys are among the people who marry oyinbo & other Africans the most.

9ja have been looking elsewhere since long time. They will hardly miss you. grin cheesy

Good luck with the foreign bf/hubby.

Very interesting!

As for me I don't do much work.

I'm trying in my academics and I score well. I learn how to balance play, work and studies.

I'd say most ladies (perhaps students) are attracted to intelligent guys and I really don't know why.

However, I give them what they want, whenever they come around.

NB: They all know I don't do relationships and they like me that way.

My conclusion: Be successful in your academics, work, etc and women will come naturally.

Unfortunately, my landlord dey charge me extra for keeping someone for a period of time.

Hi, guys wey don tey for Deutschland, I am having a bit of an ish with my landlord. Have anyone ever experienced a situation where one might need to pay extra cash to your landlord for housing someone for 2-4 weeks?
I want to be well advised before I make my move? Is this legal?
Whats your experience?
P.s. this may not be applicable to those in student hostels....
Advice needed..
Exactly as Oye50 has put it.
Check your contract. Some might nt allow it, some might do and require you pay for each night the person stays in the room. And dont think you can play a fast one on the landlord. He/She most likely has a hidden camera in the corridor that would expose you if you dare try to outsmart the landlord.

WE HAVE DONE THE VOTING, PLEASE DO THE GOVERNING.

Madam please who are you addressing, your people in government or we the citizens ?

Yet again the citizens must be blamed ! Madam, I don't know how ready a nation can be for development, we voted out the last government for this government and you are here asking if we are ready for A B C D E....
The president told Al Jazeera that he is not in any hurry to fix the economy, when al jazeera reminded him the citizens are running out of patient, the president responded fiercely and visibly angry by asking what did the citizens do in the last 16 years, is it now that they want to be in hurry ?

All we ask is leadership by example, the first leakage is the round tripping happening in the banks. I am bringing my dollars home for investment, the banks changes it at 199 naira, when I need dollars to buy raw material the banks sells to me at 300 naira, why has the government has refused to block that leakage?

Secondly, how can you be asking if we are ready to confront those that mismanaged our wealth, we the citizen have done our own we voted them out , it's your turn to act madam. These people are not only in PDP, they form the nucleus of your party.

What financial discipline are you talking about, do you know how much Baba has spent travelling,? do you know how much is budgeted for feeding in Aso rock when Baba is being paid his salary ? Did you see all the leakages in the budget from the state house clinic to the generator room saga ? unfortunately in the interview granted Aljazeera days ago,Baba blamed the budget on saboteurs he said it was done by 60-70% of civil servant loyal to the last administration ... THIS GOVERNMENT NEVER TAKES RESPONSIBILITY, THIS IS GOVERNMENT OF BLAME Please act what you say.

We have done our voting, please you do the governing.!

Funny, cuz when this John Bray came to Imo State, all Rochas Okorocha could ask him for, was a list on Imo-born convicts in the United States.

http://dailypost.ng/2016/02/25/okorocha-demands-list-of-imo-sons-daughters-in-us-prisons/

The same John Bray went to Anambra, and is partnering with the state on developmental projects, while this noisy dullard Okorocha could only ask for names of convicts, and proudly had it published on the dailies.

My Imo people, this is what you get when you vote a career politician to run the affairs of your state. Even after winning, he will remain in perpetual CAMPAIGN MODE, because he knows no other lifestyle.
After he's gone, twe shall be left with no positive policies, projects or legacies, but gigantic billboards in celebration of hubris and iidiocy.

Voting Rochas was a goof.

The only way to give back to God is not by tithing.

MBA! You're getting it wrong. I'm not paying tithe because one man of God said it's a sin.
And judging from your response, except sure me die say na una be Anti Christ wey Bible talk about.. And read my comment, I said of course you can choose to help the needy with your tithe instead of paying it to the church... Mr president did appropriately well in the interview except for a couple of flaws. The first I noticed was his acceptance of the "tough luck" situation for those who can afford to send their wards to schools abroad as suggested by the interviewer. This will appear as hope lost among his followers like me but some too, will understand cus it's the truth! People have hopes for this country tru buhari but will hate to feel that they are dashed hopes. The other flaw was saying that by exposing corrupt Nigerians (politicians) and detaining them via corruption agencies was conviction enough! Baba! He should've informed the world through alJazeera that his job as a corruption crusader is to expose corrupt persons and that the judiciary is bestowed with the responsibility of conviction and sentencing and where this has failed, would only help buttress his earlier regret that the judiciary was (is) his biggest headache. #istillstandwithbuhari!
You forgot the part where he said the journalist knows more about his budget than he does, and you also forgot the part where he failed to justify all the funds unaccounted for in his budget.. Plus his insensitive respond to the IPOB question, and his insensitive response to the Islamic coalition...
You can twist the facts as much as you like, if it will make you sleep better at night.
