SamSharma: Obtaining Dubai visa is easier than you think. You can opt for offline Visa where there is imprint on passport or get it online. There are various visa services which can provide you with the visa. You can simply apply for Dubai Visa online and it done. But it looks is only applicable to Indians |

It will be very difficult for you to get a job if you are not a professional with a special skill.Ethiopians don't speak english, very few do.There is a very low crime rate in Ethiopia,Ethiopia is a very conservative country.Ethiopian economy is still emerging ,there is unemployment and poverty especially in rural areas.Addis Ababa is very beautiful.I was transferred to Ethiopia last year,my major challenge has been food and language,I work in a very rural community.Ethiopian currency birr internationally does well but internally has a relative value,Ethiopia does not do much importation of goods and their international monetary policy is another thing.Get ready to eat enjeera, drink alot of coffee and chew chat......lol |

paulavon: SACPCMP is a good alternative, it is related to your work field. I know some engineers who got their CSV with it. It is the statutory body recognized by SAQA for construction and project management professionals. Do not waste your time with ECSA,go ahead with SACPCMP. You are too much.Have made payment already. Thanks so so much for your detailed advise. |
Travel › Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by odigiri1983(m): 7:32am On Aug 31, 2018 |
paulavon: ECSA do make use of credit card payment, please check the site very well. The registration fee is different from the certificate evaluation fee. They do not accept evaluation done by SAQA,they like conducting their own evaluation. ECSA registration is quite stressful, though am an engineer but i registered with occupational health and safety professional body, which is my current job position. I did not complete my ECSA registration process. You just have to look for any of the professional bodies that is related to your field and easy to register. Thank you so much,God bless you. Will my critical visa application be accepted if I register with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP),I have been working as a road construction Engineer for over 8 years?Already the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) has approved my application but am yet to make payment. |

paulavon: You need to certify your degree certigicate and send it along with the completed form. ECSA will need to evaluate your degree and tell you the right professional designation you qualify for. You are required to pay their fees for registration and evaluation of your degree. Please kindly advise me on the medium to pay registration fee for ECSA application? Can't see where to use card transfer. Also, clarify to me if registration fee is different from the assessment fee? Thanks, hoping to see your response. |

Princesskiki: Hello House,
Congratulations to all ITA recipients.
Please I need your input: I want to do my ECA Lautech MBA, now that WES requires waec/neco to verify results wouldn't the ICES and IQAS route be the better option since they don't require waec.
Thank you all. Please some one should help us throw more lights on using ICES and IQAS. |

radec: Yea, this PGD in question falls under the two or more degrees. Hence, you can choose to evaluate the highest or latest amongst them. However, if you are in doubt, have enough funds and peace of mind then evaluate all of your degrees beginning with waec. Please,if I choose to evaluate only my PGD with WES ,is it mandatory to send transcript of my HND also? |

jayooh: 1) i wouldn't say work visas are easier than goin for PR direct, rather I think it's harder except you have an exceptionally required skill demanded for filling certain positions in the country. Getting employment is the first hurdle which will carry your nomination/sponsorship.
2) the way I understand it, u can get assessed as an engineer and enter the country with same occupation, then end up practicing as a dentist . Nobody will hold you. It's the discretion of the employer that matters in gaining employment. Last year I was given a BUSINESS 457 VISA SPONSORSHIP PRE-APPROVAL LETTER from an Australian company,to sponsor my migration once I get a job offer from an Australian company up til now I have not been able to secure an offer.I think work visa is good if you can get an offer but seems difficult to get. |
