“I do not admire Tinubu because he is a saint, I do not admire Tinubu because he is from the south, I do not admire Tinubu because He is a Yoruba. If I wanted saints, I will proceed to heavens not earth. Every human is fallible, I admire Tinubu because he saved Nigeria from the danger of falling into “One Party State. He has nurtured many renowned successors, he strategically terminated PDP 60 years life span in 16 years.” These are not my words, these are words of world renowned Nobel Laureate, the great Wole Soyinka about Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Asiwaju is not a saint, he won’t himself admit to being one but one thing we would agree is he has proven time and time again that he is cut from a different cloth.
Asiwaju was the light at the end of the tunnel and that saw the end of P.D.P in 2015, it set a new dawn in Nigerian politics. Indeed, Asiwaju can be said to be the Koseleri of Nigerian politics. This is a man who rose from being the lone voice in 1999 as an Alliance for Democracy Governor to becoming a political gladiator. Among his pairs and even supposedly people who are above, he has proven to be ten steps ahead.
It will be interesting to point out that since 2007, Asiwaju has not occupied a political office neither has he been given a political appointment but this political juggernaut excels anyways.
No official statement has been released as to if he will be contesting in 2023, yet there has been series of attacks on his personality in the last week, this begs the question, WHO IS AFRAID OF ASIWAJU 2023

Tinubu Support Group(TSG) Tinubu did not end PDP anything, without him the North would have still won the election. 2023 the North will move back to PDP. |

No igbos outside south east So Nzeogwu from Delta state that led the coup which they termed Igbo coup is no longer an Igbo. Asaba massacre happen for nothing, keep on fooling yourself. |

myobjective: Your head is actually painting you! Ilorin became an emirate in the 18th century. Before then, Since the 11th century Yoruba were ruling and living in Ilorin.
Ilorin doesn't equate Yoruba kwara, even at that over 95% of Ilorin people are pure Yoruba of Oyo stock.
Okun land was never under sokoto caliphate, they were rule by obas that traces their origin to Ile Ife.
The northern Nigeria as its today was created by the British and the Yoruba always know their history. So you Yorubas know all this and you are calling Igbos land grabbers for uniting with their Igbo speaking brothers in south south. Kwara and Kogi are Northern states, there is no indigenous Yoruba there, they are northerners and they speak northerners language. That some speak yoruba doesn’t make them Yorubas. |

Ogbuu101: Igbos live in every corner of the country doing their businesses quietly but I doubt if there is any local govt in Nigeria that hasn't witnessed Fulani killing, yet they voted Buhari again. I wonder how far they think propaganda can take them. They are hypocrites. After dying in thousands in the hand of Fulani murderers their survivors will tell you that Igbos are their problem. |

kingzizzy: In the 1990's, OPC were a reign of terror in the South West, killing, destroying, shooting and burning. Yet that did not stop Nigerians electing a Yoruba man called Olusegun Obasanjo in 1999 and 2003.
Since 2010, armed Fulani herdsmen have been slaughtering people in almost every state Nigeria, but that did not stop Nigerians electing a Fulani man called Muhammadu Buhari President in 2015 and 2019
But as 2023 approaches and the talk of Igbo Presidency comes, you will hear "the first coup was Igbo", "they fought a civil war", "IPOB and Biafra"
Nigerians and double standards are like 5 and 6 It is just a natural hatred, other Nigerians will vote for Buhari for third term than vote for Igbo man. Even if Fulani gather all of them and burn them to death those that will survive will still vote for Fulani with their burnt body. The sin of Igbos is progressing more than them. They will say Igbos are greedy that this, Hausa-Fulani have massacred Nigerians in thousands from Yorubaland to Benue to Kaduna to East. Yet nobody talk about it. If you mention Igbo all them will jump from comma. |
