KoshCAD:It squarely concerns you. Your APC people are killing and roasting people. Typical APC ways. In your APC state, you eat human flesh and use the skulls for rituals |
Alabo7978:Alabo7978 the miscreant. Haven't you yet recovered from the Dr. Baikie blow? I figured you wanted to make Dr. Baikie the cornerstone of your landgrabbing claim, until you got knocked out by Dr. Baikie's writing that Ubani people claim Igbo descent. Since then, I know I have been giving you sleepless nights, with my Igbo brothers infusing terrible nightmares to your rest. Ubani (Okoloma) and Opubo will forever be Igbo estates. You can jump off a cliff, if you are not happy with this state of affairs |
KoshCAD:But they are your people though. Your people in APC I know you are looking at those two heads with glee, hoping to eat the tongues, before using the skulls in your usual rituals. ![]() |
KoshCAD:I sincerely hope it was Yoruba officers the APC-controlled government roasted. That will be two skull miners and cannibals out of the way |
KoshCAD:No evidence to back you up yet, as Yorubas are not successful |
Putindbutt:Nwokem, deal with the pillorying that Alagoa got from reputable educational institutions, and stop landgrabbing. Your landgrabbing champion's scholarly work has been severally rubbished by his educated peers and you are here foaming in the mouth |
Alabo7978:Here you are yet again, with your 419 ways. When did I ever advise anybody to get Fombo's work? I asked my fellow core Igbos to get Fombo's manuscript, which was obviously originally secured by one Prof. Anene, and possibly still lies somewhere in the University of Ibadan area. There's a reason Alagoa avoided that manuscript. God forbid that I will ask my fellow Igbos to get Fombo's work, which must be another stuff for the fiction section. I know that since I knocked you silly with Baikie's writings which showed that Bonny people claimed Igbo descent, your sanity has been well screwed. Now, Alagoa you god is being seriously scholarly sodomised by his peers. This must be very difficult for you. |
Eastlink:Of course, I know. I'm headed somewhere with my weird logic. ![]() I have a trap waiting. |
ba7man:Afonja headhunting cannibal. I don hear |
ba7man:Afonja headhunting cannibal. See painment ![]() |
ba7man:Another headhunting cannibal. |
ba7man:Headhunting Afonja cannibal, have a nice day |
Alabo7978:If it was just about the Chronicles of Grand Bonny, how then was Ijaw being mentioned in a book about Grand Bonny? Why did he COMPLETELY SUBMERGE Mr. Fombo's manuscript. Before I carry on, I believe it will be a good idea for core Igbos to get hold of Mr. Fombo's manuscript. There are points in it that Alagoa wished submerged. For a scholarly work by Alagoa to earn this line, backed by University College of Swansea WHAT IS WORSE IS THAT THE NEW TEXT IS NEITHER VERY SCHOLARLY NOR VERY INTERESTING. This totally calls into question, Alagoa's scholarly pedigree. How did the chronicling of Grand Bonny, all of a sudden turn into a land-grabbing effort, to the extent that the core manuscript which is the main source of information on Grand Bonny was COMPLETELY IGNORED? But rather, Alagoa chose to use secondary sources, with the full intention of elevating details in those secondary sources, to completely achieve the obscuring and submerging on the principal source of information for Grand Bonny. Alagoa and University of Ibadan cannot wriggle their way out of this major scholarly volte face. |
udele1:I am not even a fan of Nnamdi Kanu as a leader so I don't even understand where you are coming from. However, it will seem suspicions of cannibalism only follow Fulani-led APC around. All the skull-mining states, where the flesh of the victims are presumably consumed, are APC states. Now the Fulani-led APC-controlled DSS are now arranging human flesh for consumption in Imo state. That is a coincidental occurrence that needs to be highlighted. |
Alabo7978:Harry Potter is a work of fiction, so the negative reviews may come from mare readers. An academic work getting negative reviews is a big deal. Bear in mind that Swansea university college even attached its name to that negative review. This is a real knockout blow. The university of Cambridge angle is another huge stab on the reputation of Alagoa in particular, and University of Ibadan in general. |
Obagreatdatoye:You always get cannibalism wherever you have APC government. All the skull-miners first eat the flesh of their victims before using the skulls for their rituals. |
Ekealterego:Every Igbo man must save this page. This totally obliterates that fiction written by Alagoa. Trying to landgrab with his book. Thank you for sharing this page. So he avoided original sources. What a quack job. John Adams, Captain Crow, Dr. Baikie and Glynn have been vindicated. Some of those individuals observed Ubani first-hand, and here we have a quack that goes by the name Alagoa, trying to see the sun with his face completely in the shade. |
Igbos saw this in 2003 and didn't vote for Buhari even though his VP candidate was an Igbo man Igbos saw this in 2007 and didn't vote for Buhari even though his VP candidate was an Igbo man Igbos saw this in 2011 and didn't vote for Buhari Igbos saw this in 2015 and didn't vote for Buhari Igbos saw this in 2019 and still didn't vote for Buhari. The people that told us that Buhari was a Messiah are also suffering, crying, dying, being made refugees e.t.c. WISE MEN ALWAYS COME FROM THE EAST |
oyatz:I am sure you are well aware Igbos are very liberal in such issues, and believe seriously in the LIVE AND LET'S LIVE mantra. At no time has the Igbos ever spoken bad of any of the ethnic groups in the east. We never spoke ill of any eastern ethnic group to the Europeans. We never spoke ill of, or undermine any eastern ethnic group in national politics. But what we keep getting are Ijaws always looking for anti-Igbo allies to undermine the Igbos. The last two straws being, the visit of Ijaw elders to Buhari during the DOT IN A CIRCLE brouhaha, which was obviously orchestrated by the Igbo-hating Diette-Spiff and the rest so as to rub it into the Igbo psyche that Igbos have no access to the sea. The second straw being the Alagoa-inspired move in Ubani and Opobo, not only to get the Igbo-speakers there to start speaking Ibani, but to actively dissuade them from speaking Igbo. This is brazen cultural genocide being actively supported and sponsored by Ijaws, to undermine the Igbos. We are now even aware that the Ijaws are trying to create the false impression in Ubani and Opobo, that the Igbo that they speak, is foreign to them, as Igbo only got introduced to those places by slaves. Unfortunately for those involved in this attempt at perpetrating cultural and linguistic genocide, we now are in the age of the internet, where information flows freely from closed groups to the global community. Igbos are gradually being made aware of this treacherous behaviour by the Ijaws, which didn't really start today. The abandoned properties issue is still in the dark recesses of the Igbo psyche, and in this modern day and age, we see all these other evil machinations. For the first time in history, Igbos are openly calling Ijaws, unprintable names that the white slave traders labelled them with. This shows the damage being unintentionally done to the Igbo minds, who will gradually start seeing the Ijaws as the serpent in the house. You cannot blame the Igbos for standing their ground, in the face of what is transpiring in the Igbo consciousness both nationally and regionally. Some Igbos are now desperate to correct the false information that has been allowed to fester unchallenged for many decades. |
Ournolly:Akeredolu first has to consider himself a presidential material before other people can consider him. He keeps bigging up Tinubu, no knowing that by doing that, he is psychologically ruling himself out of the race. The simple fact is that Akeredolu will be more acceptable by far, to the South and middlebelt than Tinubu. Of course, the elephant in the room will always remain, how come Akeredolu is not supporting a SEner for that presidential position, seeing that no SEner has held that position for more than 55 years. |
oyatz:The point you made in this message is different from the general battle going on. If Ijaws in nairaland were making this point you just made, the trajectory of the battle would have been different. I'm sure you noticed that most Ijaws on nairaland are making the point that Bonny indigenes were not Igbo. That Igbos only came into Ubani as slaves. So far, I and my fellow Igbos have debunked that, showing from records put together by neutral observers that not only were the slaves, mostly Igbos, we have shown from different records that the ruling families of Bonny, Kalabari and Opobo are of Igbo ancestry, and also that the Bonny indigenes themselves, are mainly of Igbo ancestry. Now getting back to the point you just made, if Bonny and Opobo people now claim Ijaw identity, how come there is a concerted effort by Bayelsa organisations to force Ibani on the locals, and actively encouraging them not to speak Igbo? cc Ekealterego Igboid Slayerforever Bkayy 9Pluto Eastlink |
Alabo7978:Please make your quotes from the original works of these neutral observers. Stop quoting from commentaries of people who were mixing and matching and reaching conclusions to suit their landgrabbing attempts. And by the way, it will be interesting to know how Alagoa and his fellow quacks, will interpret the fact recorded by John Adams, captain Crow, Dr. Baikie and Glynn, that Bonny people have Igbo ancestry |
oyatz:Their ancestors know more about their history than them. Dakuku Peterside knows his heritage also |
JANK23H:Stop bringing in records that were written when Nigeria already existed. That has been the point we have been making. 1937 is still too modern. Compare it with the records of John Adams and Captain Crow, written in the 1820s and 1830 respectively, which are over a hundred years older than Pereira's book. They all attest to the fact that Ubani is Igbo-owned. Alagoa, Ditari, Pereira or any other modern cretin cannot change that fact. |
JANK23H:A book written 25 years after Nigeria had already been created. The best he could possibly do is to interpret what had already been written by those that observed this societies firsthand before Nigeria was created. I am sure Pereira was even born decades after Baikie wrote his book, and I am sure Pereira's father hadn't been born when John Adam's and Captain Crow's books were written. And by the way, I didn't see Pereira arguing with the Igbo origins of Bonny. Nor did I read where he claimed that Jos or Brass or Kalabari people were the original inhabitants of Bonny |
JANK23H:When did I tell you we are now concentrating on slave trading? I am much more interested in knowing who owns Ubani or OKOLOMA as my Ndoki-Igbo owners of Ubani, used to refer to it. Again, stop posting commentaries and second-hand fiction novels by non-observers. That's usually how Alagoa and the rest start sneaking in and twisting history. Here, we are only interested in pre-Nigeria raw data and observations by neutral observers and firsthand witnesses. |
Christistruth00:The Ooni of Ife remains a descendant of Oduduwa, the runaway Benin/Igodomigodo prince, and is now a bonafide Yoruba citizen. The Oba of Benin may also want to associate with his Ooni ancestral brother, as the two of them rule the length and breadth of Yorubaland. But let's not digress from this thread, which is that Ubani is owned by Igbos |
JANK23H:But the Jos cannibals were not in Bonny. That is really one of the major points of this thread. So the fact that Jo-men may be buying Itsekiri and Urhobo slaves to cook and eat in Gbaramatu, has nothing to do, with Jos dwelling in Ubani |
