outside, something inside there will just not sit right - follow that.


Now me personally. Working in the bar will make me feel like i have something in my

Firstly, there is no such thing as Sales Revenue. Cause all sales yield a form of revenue.

Secondly you are looking either at Gross profit/revenue or net profit /revenue.

Thirdly, your tythe is on the Gross and not net profit.

Re: overstaying.

If you are a non visa national you dont need a visa for UK.

If you overstay, there is a penalty for overstaying, and if you pay time for that penalty you are able to return according to homeoffice website.

If you overstay for a few months AND pay for your own return without the expense of the state its a penalty of a year outside UK.
If you overstay for 2 years or more its 5 years outside UK.
If you overstay for more than 5 years and
Return home at the expense of the UK Gov its 10 years outside UK.

I wrote the home office a letter and they attached this for me.

The circle i rolled with were a bit strange. and i should have read info for myself instead of listen to what they said. apparently students stay had been changed from 5 to 10 years before ILR. i later found out all that was wrong.

anyways i have someone like a fiancee in UK.

I read on the HO website that if you overstay:
1. If you gave yourself up and paid your own way back out of the country you must serve a ban of 1 year. (i have been out for 2 years)
2. If you overstayed for more than 2 years and were caught and they deported you back then its a ban of 5 years because you used state funds
3. If you stay longer then its 10 years.

cant remember the exact rules but just google UK and homeoffice and overstay.

I just discovered i dont need a visa to go to UK for a visit. only thing i wanted was to minimise drama once i get that side.

yes my 8 year stay was legal.

I have now posted on page 101 of general uk visa enquiries.

i lived legally for for 8 years, but when i wanted to extend after my last year as a student into - "a skilled migrants programme"

they refused my application claiming i did not submit enough evidence that i was still a student (my uni could not give me letter cause i owed £700)

so i was asked to leave the country

now i want to go back as a visitor and dont know what my chances are.

its been two years i left UK to date
