Nairaland GeneralRe: Wikileaks Founder Assange The Center Of Worldwide Attention by ohaechesi(op): 9:43am On Dec 02, 2010
In a second throught, the Wikileaks should be adopted in Nigeria to help expose Nigeria corrupt leaders the more.
Nairaland GeneralWikileaks Founder Assange The Center Of Worldwide Attention by ohaechesi(op): 9:28am On Dec 02, 2010
The western world claimed Julian Asange's netwok report is not the very best for them and not they want to channel it to Africa. a worldwide police organization -- placed Julian Assange (WikiLeaks founder) on its most wanted list, though not for the controversial work of his website. Instead, the agents of Interpol issued a warrant on charges of rape and sexual harassment against Assange in his adopted home of Sweden -- charges he has vehemently denied. The Interpol warrant strongly suggests that a number of the world's governments want to stop Assange as he continues targeting the activities of Western states and financial operations.

Should Nigeria government still adopt the shrewd WikiLeaks operation now that it is experiencing crackdown of the highest order in the west?

PoliticsRe: Did Anyone See Sanusi & Aganga On Tv Answering Furious Senators? by ohaechesi(m): 7:48pm On Dec 01, 2010

Senate grills Sanusi over comments on Assembly budget

Making little effort to hide their bias, members of the Senate committee on Budget and Appropriation led by Iyola Omisore, refused to give any latitude to the Central Bank governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi to defend his statement that the National Assembly takes 25 per cent of the federal budget.

Mr Omisore pointedly told Mr Sanusi at one point that the committee was not prepared to listen to him and that he must direct his response through the Minister of Finance, Olusegun Aganga who was also invited to clarify the budget figures of the National Assembly.

Mr Omisore, who led the questioning said Mr Sanusi reports to the Finance Minister who should answer questions on his behalf. Mr Aganga who said he was in a difficult position because he was there to clarify a statement made by someone else tried to explain the various definitions of overheads and how the figures can defer depending on context.

Mr. Omisore who was evidently angry, alleged that the CBN governor had chosen to deliberately incite Nigerians against the Assembly. He then asked Mr. Aganga to state categorically whether Mr Sanusi's statement was right or not. The minister again said the statement depends on which part of the money allocated to the assembly was being considered.

Mr Sanusi insisted that he got his figures from the director of budget's office and that he was willing to apologise if they were wrong but since he had done nothing wrong he has said nothing to apologise for. He urged the Senators to examine the contest under which he made his statement which was actually in a lecture about factors that fuel inflationary trends.

The senators however accused him of having deliberately chosen to bash the National Assembly when the budget of the Central Bank which he heads is more than that of the Assembly.

Olusegun Aganga and the Mallam Soludo's move will not hold a grip on the NASS because of insufficient statistical logistics measures put together, in orderwords mesmerise the mindset of government against the national assembly.

On a second taught, the battle is on those clowns needs to be cut short from their luxurious and mismanagement of public funds.

Of course GEJ might not the be the messia and i have nothing wrong against Atiku, i only have my reservation on how the northers are going about it. for crying out loud, the presidential seat is not their birth right which simply means that their should be change from time to time. i detest the desperation of the northers in this political matter. let them ZONE in Atiku with those bombs they imported from Iran. the truth must be told, they can not match with Nigerians if eventually they try anythiing stupit in time to come, this is just a clue to all nigerians as regards to the importation of Arms from different countries to nigeria
PoliticsRe: Atiku To Obasanjo: You Would Have Rot In Prison by ohaechesi(m): 11:12pm On Nov 28, 2010
This is not a laughing matter, I wonder where the so-called almighty EFCC, the assumed economics and financial crime commission records to the limelight thrown by Atiku are kept. it is obvious that the said commissionain't doing anything good for the country or else the mismanagement of poblic fund as enunciated by Atiku group world have been on board ever before now. its either Atiku group are wrong or efcc ain't doing their job and should be erased from the surface of the earth with immediate effect. i rest my case

do not go into marriage out of sympathy, is very wrong. it is not every dating that leads to marriage even if it had lasted for 20yrs. there are somethings i can overlook if being perpetuated by my girl friend but will in no condition tolerate it from my wife. if actually your observations while both of you were dating did not suit your imagination, you are bond to regret it eventually if you settledown with her out of smypathy.

At poster, if child bearing was to be a serious topic between both before marrige, and during Marriage there seems to be success in bearing a child, this could break up a Marriage or else, childlessness its not enough reason to split a Marriage.
my dear, you would have been right going by your quote but in the society today, reverse in the case. Men finds it difficult to put up with women this days and the major reason why it is as if marriage between men and women flourish today is simply because of procreation. if a woman cannot be reproductive in her matrimonial home, she should take the exit grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

PoliticsRe: Atiku Has Poor Knowledge Of Economy, Says Aganga by ohaechesi(m): 5:03pm On Nov 25, 2010
What else could Atiku argue about? He is of no different with Benard Madoff of USA (THE MONEY MANAGER grin a fraudster) Going by his comments on the very day he commented on Yar' dua/Jonathan administration, there was no doubt that what Mr. Atiku is only after is on how to manage the federal government revenue purse to suit his insatiable want. meaning that he does not have the interest of the people at heart neither could he invent better idea that will move the country ahead, Atiku should be discarded amongst the presidential aspirants with immediate effect, he will do the nation no good than harm

One man for one woman, does that gain equal proportion society today?

It is assumed that the numbers of ladies in naija are of a higher margin, if marriage should be based on one man for one woman, don't you think that the number of unmarried ladies will continue to expand? Should we therefore encourage polygamy in the society to limit ladies from being mesmerized by men and thereafter dump them for the fear of polygamy?

Nigeria's Jacob Zuma is on the match again.

Just like we stopped OBJ 3rd term. Jonathan must be stopped. Rules are Rules; they must be respected. Incumbency or no Incumbency.
I think you got it all wrong, this is not PDP's chairmanship election, we are talking of the president of the people of Nigeria, the president is assumed to be OF The People, For the People and By the People and it is by the choice of the people that Jonathan reverts to the people's constitution rather than that of the PDP's. We are sorry to disappoint the PDP's but at the sane time, the people only wants to make them realize that the country is for the people and not for the PDP's
