PoliticsRe: Amnesty: Militants Demand N3bn For Arms by ohaechesi(m): 2:30pm On Aug 04, 2009
shesi:
I have a question for whoever cares to answer me. It's something i've wondered for a while but never bothered to ask.

OK, since i've been coming to this site, i've noticed there is quite a lot of agitation from some factions in nigeria who don't want to belong to the federation. my question is this; Nigeria has military coups in the past; my understanding of military coups is that the first order of business is to annul the existing constitution.

so my question is; at the time of the latest transition from military to democratic rule in nigeria, when that new constitution was being drawn, who signed on behalf of the igbos and the niger delta people to become part of the federation? or what was the process like?

i'm asking because for example, if the US had a coup, and later the country was being returned to democratic rule, all the states would have to re-enter the federation all over again. So it would seem to me that in the case of Nigeria, 1999 for example would have been the best time for the seperatists to have refused to sign to the new constitution.
dear, reacting to your question, any body seating at the corridor of power could at will do the attestation on behalf of the Igbos without his or her ability to hesitate due to the pressure mounted on the nation pertinent to a sovereign move. Let me quickly inform you that the nation at large would had embarked on a sovereign state if not for the war threat from the northern part of the nation.

To my very understanding, the act as being perpetuate by the militants is a welcome idea. we can't fold our arms and watch hoodlums by the virtue of power share up our national cake without minding the hardship, poverty and starvation faced by its citizen. i will be happy if more could be done by this militants cause most of these power drunk abated faces apt to forsake the existance of other human beings. at this point, let me see how they will enjoy their seat with two headed sharped edges pointing at their faces. i will be happy if more could be done by removing those parasite parading their selves in the corridor of power from the surface of the earth, perhaps better reshuffle could be met in our nation for a positive change or what do you think

RomanceRe: Is Love Still Blind? by ohaechesi(m): 1:18pm On Aug 04, 2009
apparently, everything in live voiced down to finance. It is obvious that relationship gets tough and disgusting if there are evidence of lack of financial input from either the male or female folks. i healthy relationship involves stability pertinent to finance. even if the female folk should tolerate the male folks for inadequate financial inflow, that could only last for a while. it is as sure as moon that the woman will a day remind his man on what the bible says pertinent to a man that could not provide for his family as you all knew the remaining biblical statement grin worst than infidel

RomanceRe: Is Love For The Poor? by ohaechesi(m): 11:27am On Jul 18, 2009
the earlier you agree with me that love simply means the affordability of hapiness, then you will come to realize that true love does not exist ordinaryly rather you can afford your self any amount of hapiness from a woman with your M.O.B (money over beaches) and that is the only true love that exists. then tell me how a poor man can get a true love whereby its not contagious

switosman:
I made up my mind to do just that and I am having the worst period of my life.
I used to date my ex-girl and i got to know my current girl just a few months after I met my ex, and cos i was already involved, I did not allow the relationship with my current to develope then. but after sometime, I found out my heart is not in taking the relationship with my ex further, and I informed her so. I have to mend fence/ start something substantial with my current girl. I found her to fit in to what my heart wants and I proposed.

now, my ex has continued to disturb me, sending me text with sex conotations, saying she is waiting for me etc. I asked her to move on with her life, face her work and school and to get another lover as she claims not to have had sex for four months since we parted.

my stand is to move on with good progress than to be in circles, dating for fun when u know and see the girl does not meet your mark.
sorry that i heat you wrongly cos u r not the poster but u asked for it

RomanceRe: Dating A Disabled Person by ohaechesi(m): 10:21am On Jul 18, 2009
I simply would assume this thread was posted by an amateur as regards to relationship and marriage and therefore needs advice from experienced ones. WIth all due respect, i have noticed with regret that most young men especially those that is below 30 years discussed marriage on this trend without knowing truely what love and marriage especially is all about. marriage is an institution of its own for two matured minds and not for young men and women. love is affordable and you can afford any amount of love you viced for from any women or else Ojukwu wouldn't had had any thing in contact with Bianka or so. this illustration is similar with the topic on board.

Therefore, i would advice the young men on this trend to focus their mindset on their future rather than mind-boggling on marriage because whether you marry a disable or a normal person, marriage as it is easy to pronounce is not a bed of roses.

its not only going to be Nigerian hurdles. We could hardly dictate the whitman's age, they as well cheat more than you and i could imagine. At the same time, they should conduct drug text on all the under 17 junior world cup players, not only their age.
RomanceRe: Love At First Sight. Is It For Real.? by ohaechesi(m): 1:15pm On Jun 13, 2009
it only those funky set of gals who goes around playing hard to get, with little or nothing upstairs will tell you love at first sight does not exist. To be honest with you, its only few relationship that could hold grip if you didn't love the person at first sight. the one and only relationship i've enjoyed was a gal i met the same day and we had it all the same day (if you understand what i meant) and ever since then, we were like bread and butter not until when she got married cos i wasn't ready then. most gals that comes up with some excuses likez "we are just meeting for the first time", omo leave the gal, she is not for real, she came on a mission. it either to drill your pocket or to forcefully cling you into marriage. just my opinion

individually, we can't arrive to the actual figure of Nigerian population. let the government conduct a transparent and geniune census if there could ever be one geniune conduct in Nigeria due to politcal toast.
