Governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa has reacted to the death of Dowen College student, late Sylvester Oromoni who died from injuries he sustained after allegedly being assaulted by schoolmates, IgbereTV reports.

Governor Okowa promised to follow the case to the end to ensure Justice for Sylvester Oromoni.

“The boys they mentioned were also reported to the school the last term when they bullied Junior and collected all his foodstuffs; clothes. I have two daughters, one of whom earlier graduated. I had to remove the second after this incident. They asked this boy to describe the sister’s privates (private parts) and this got to us.
“They put fear in him so much so that, when you ask him, he might keep to himself and say, ‘they will kill me’. This way, we didn’t know what to do. I considered removing him, but reconsidered since his sisters were still in the school

You knew they've been bullying your son and even threatened to kill him and you still left him in that school? Is it that you've too many kids that loosing one means nothing to you or you just don't care about his well being? This tragic incident could have been avoided if you had changed his school, I pray God give you and your family the fortitude to bear this pain, those cultist and their accomplice should all rot in jail, that school should be shut permanently, they don't have what it takes to care for kids.

That she just asked Georgewells classmates now what happened yesterday and they all said the teacher hit his head on the table and his tooth flew out and landed on another boys book.

Immediately she and other teachers began to beg my sister. Grandma was already crying that her school is in trouble. My sis said she became afraid for Grandma. Let the 98yrs old woman not go and give up. so she told Grandma not to worry that she won't involve the school, only the teacher.

They continued to beg my sister and told her to take the son to the hospital that the teacher will fute the bill from her Nov salary. That they'll deduct whatever the bill comes to from her salary before handing it to her. And my sister left.

That was how it all went yesterday.

Hello rooms. I have a problem and is paining me. am a mature guy who know what is singleness and maried .most mock me but I got married.we got a baby last year a corona baby. am not ashame to say it dat at my age am still a mummy boy and she is my number one but I respect my wife. wen I want to marry my wife Neva gree dat I got a house close to my mum place. I feel very bad but I want to make her happy so we move far my mom was angry as she know my wife force me. wen I born my wife mum came for omugo instead of my mum and dat made her so sad dat she cried and ask if am a barstard dat let dem steal her right. i begged her.she came for naming and left same day I notice d way my wife was acting rude too cos her mum is pushing her. I'm not happy. I've been trying to overlook what happened today but the more I remember it, the more I feel sorry for my innocent nephew who was physically and brutally abused by his teacher today.

I finished from my school today and decided to check on them.
I got home and found the door still locked. So I called and my sis said she went to pick her children from school.

As I sat at the staircase to wait, My nephew climbed up the stairs and said he has something to tell me. He said his teacher removed his tooth. As he was still trying to explain how it happened, the Mom climbed up and took over.

When she got to school, the teachers blocked her at the gate and told her her sons teeth was shaking and fell off. She said she was surprised because she was the one who brushed his teeth this morning and non of his teeth was shaking. she just believed them and picked her children.

On their way home. The son now told her to promise him not to ask his teacher what he's about to tell her and she crossed her heart.

The boy told her that he submmited his exam script to his teacher. The teacher went through his script and told him to rewrite somethings correctly. As he bent and was writing on the teachers table ( maybe he wrote it wrongly again) the teacher now hit his head on the table and his front tooth flew out. He said she quickly rushed him out as blood was gushing out and washed him up.
He said that the other teachers saw all that Happened and now tried to cover up.

He also said, the teacher threatened him that if he tells his Mom what happened, he'll meet her in school tomorrow.... That was why he begged his Mom not to ask his teacher.

I told the Mom to go there with the police tomorrow but I'm not sure if it's within their jurisdiction to handle such cases. So I want to know the right authority to report this dastardly act .

My 5 year old nephew must get justice. See how she disfigured his upper front dentition.

I will be concise and as straight to the point as possible and will appreciate people’s advice or suggestions especially married folks.
I got married first week of August this year. This is just three months of marriage.
We didn’t have long courtship because she’s based in a different location and hardly visits.
Now we are married, I’ve started seeing things I don’t really like and is giving me concern. I’ve called her to have a close heart to heart talk but each time I do that it normally ends in quarrels.

These are the issues, I’m a neat person and even before marriage I do my chores myself. I hardly eat outside because I cook all type of food and store in deep freezer and I’m the type that likes things to be neat and environment tidy.
But my wife is the opposite. My wife hardly wash dishes. If she does it she will be feeling like she has done one big job or so. For the past three months we got married I have been the one washing dishes most of the time. Plates will fill the sink she will ignore it until I wash and clean everywhere. Hardly will you see her sweep the room or even mob. I do cleaning of the room and the last time it was mob I was the one.
I made sure I got her stuffs she needs to be comfortable. I got her a washing machine but I will still be the one to load clothes in the washer and even when she does that, she will keep them for me to go downstairs and hang after washing and still bring them back when completely dried.
I do those things without complaining but recently it has turned to be my duty that even when I’m not around and she wash, she will keep them for me to come home and hang them downstairs.
For three weeks our room has not been swept. Just this night I felt really bad seeing many plates in the kitchen sink and she just ignored all.

Not as if she’s working. We are planning on securing a shop for her because she is a business person and still does business online currently and most of her reason according to her why she doesn’t do most chores is because she said she’s always talking to customers on chat. I’ve asked her what of people that manages several business so they don’t have time for their family? I’m just being skeptical starting up a business for her because since she’s doing this way when she has not started a full blown business, how will she do when she’s now managing big business.

I do cook well and most often she relegate cooking to me. Is either she cook one and beg me to cook the other. I’ve been so down and that’s not what I bargained for.

I complained bitterly about her action this night and she’s threatening me with divorce. We are just married for three months and the way it is going now I don’t think I can’t bear this going forward.
She got angry this evening because I told her that the way she keeps house untidy that just very soon my coming back here will be to just come home and sleep and leave the next morning because I’m tired. She got angry and started moving her things from our room to the visitors room with a threat of divorce. I don’t know what to do.

You've pampered her for too long so she now believe you can't live without her, you can assist her whenever you're chanced but the house chores shouldn't be your responsibility, not after a hard days job. make her know you can't continue with the marriage if she's not willing to change, she never Bond, she nor day work dirty plates and clothes full everywhere, wetin go happen when kids come? I am not putting chains on her, I forgave her already but that doesn't take out that dark part of our story. If I don't love her, I will not be feeling this bad.
