Farmers are crying and complaining bitterly about the high cost of hiring tractor and herbicides. No policy by the government whatsoever to bring down the cost of these things. What was sold for 2.5k last year is suddenly 4k. Where was tilled for 15-20k last year is now 30k.

Farmers are the most humiliated folks in this country. Even your neighbor that is jobless will still laugh at you for going to farm because somehow, it is supposed to be a poor man's job. Why? Because government has made it so.
Be honest, how many farmers do you know that have up to 500k in their accounts? Go to the villages and see how impoverished they are.

We keep talking about diversifying the economy into agriculture but it's all on paper.

And by farmers, I mean the real people producing that food you buy in the market, not those that steal from the government in the name of Anchor borrowers scheme.

Depends on the type of form and what info they require. In my experience I find that the CHN is the one that is most relevant in many applications.
Even when buying various types of bonds, it is the CHN that you will have to provide

I will respond to the part relating to CSCS account and CHN.
Just like you have one BVN and then you can have different accounts with other banks, same way you can have one CHN (Clearing House Number) but have different accounts with stockbroking firms.
That is the closest analogy I can think of. Hope it helps.

Your CHN is different from your CSCS numbers

I am just curios. If you already have investment somewhere then you should already have a CSCS account number shouldn't you?
If you do, then there is no need to open a new one

I was almost beginning to believe that the dependency on oil will really end or reduce soon until this Russia Ukraine war started then I realized that the west is still very far from heavy reliance on fossil fuel. Even if they remove the vehicular need, there are many other areas that guzzle fossil fuel.

LNG is the cheapest source of energy in the world and is also a transition fuel.

So called green energy sources are no where near efficient and dependable to replace fossil fuels.

I know this is an overly simplified solution but then countries that have no diplomatic relations sometimes use a mutually friendly country to do their transactions. I think (not sure) US uses Qatar for Iran issues. Similar structure exist for North Korea I think.

Act as an intermediary between Russia and the "unfriendly" nations. Collect euros from them, pay Russia in Rubies and keep the profit.

I think China is the only country that can risk this without fear

Also the cost of getting the lithium battery custom built is alarming, I have to spend about 400k to get the desired 60v 30 or 40 ah capacity I desire.

How do these things work? Can they just rescind their decision and say they non defect again? Say they realized they err ?
