Hmm, what I noticed is that some states that were present before were not there anymore when I want to choose my three states of choice. So from my own point of view I think those states have been filled up. So the earlier you register the higher your chances of choosing three states you ll like dem to post you to.

2. The state where your university is located will never show.

That's the point...those same beggars you're talking about do not even have enough money to buy unhealthy foods (e.g.: burgers, coke e.t.c), the little they eat is mostly fruits or little food which is why they may not have bad breath.

The full witted educational fellow has enough money to afford those unhealthy foods, he thinks he is flexing/enjoying the fruit of his labor when eating burgers and other unhealthy foods meanwhile he is killing himself from within.

Any disease is a manifestation of an issue from within and can only be solved from within my good Sir.

My brother, the truth is that this problem is internally generated and I suspect it may have to do with your diet choices:

1. Do you eat late and sleep almost immediately, this leads to indigestion and rotting of food on the lining of your alimentary canal and stomach, the smell may be what is manifesting when you talk which is why all the brushing and powders don't work because the treat only your mouth which is a surface problem. I once read an article where a guy's stomach was flushed and the doctors tested some of the flushed items and discovered that he had rotten food of almost 5 years in the lining of his intestines.

2. Take a herbal mixture to clear your stomach. I recommend hot water mixed with lemon and honey over a 2 week period. This clears your stomach.

3. Do not eat after 7 p.m. and do not take breakfast until you have excreted at least once. You could take natural (real natural oh...not all those Chitavi people saying 100% natural) fruit juices like carrot juice, pineapple orange etc. A good juicer isn't so expensive.

4. It may take about a week before significant changes occur. Do not be discouraged.

2. They most probably did it to make it harder for hackers to guess the sequence of numbers a la permutation and combination OR the software which they've using to generate the codes has exhausted all possible combinations of 12 digit numbers HENCE the 16 digit method.

3. It may be to encourage buying credit online (Cashless CBN Policy). This one no go work for me sha, I noticed that I don't get freebies whenever I load credit online
