Once again, I have been compelled to post this. Before I proceed, I must commend oga StPrince for being patient with me.

I joined freelancer at August, 2014. I made some money (actually, I made substantial amount without lifting a finger).
In October, 2014, I joined fiverr. I didn't create a gig until March, 2015 (thanks to cremeandchic).

Now what do I want to emphasize on? I want to talk about the ABILITY TO SEE BEYOND.

I am a very hardworking person and at the same time very lazy or rather easily bored. I have rejected well-paying projects in the past because I feel they were too long - Note: The prices were okay.

Hence, the first ingredient of success in freelancing is knowing yourself. I know I don't like lengthy projects so I outsource them in most cases. However, I always handled the first few projects to gain trust.

I started of writing articles for $0.75 - $1 per 500 words. Soon after I got well paying jobs. $3-5/500 words. I figured I could handle assignments so I opted for that option. It paid me big time.

Calculus, philosophy, and engineering law came in handy. This was all on freelancer.

In March, I tried fiverr, creating my first article writing gig.
Next I went in for proofreading and editing.
When our madam talked about market research, I opted to be trained.
That is three fields I offer.
Long before I started writing I was a graphics designer. I watched videos, bought course, and refreshed my skills.
I soon added logo and business card designs to my gig.
Currently I offer video animations and it is selling.

All this happened in 4 months and I have become a level 2 seller. And yes, I didn't change my IP address. I am a Nigerian and appear as a Nigerian on all platforms.

In summary, I will highlight ways to succeed as a freelancer.

-know yourself
-connect with your customers. A client once promised me to buzz her if I am ever in the US.
- seek for ways to improve your customer experience. Whoever needs and article most likely has a website. If you have a website you need traffic and top-notch representation. I offer to design banners and logos at discounted price. I also handle their social media pages and create animations for them. That in my opinion is the whole package. And I will keep thinking of new ways.
- be passionate. I love what I do and my clients know.
- finally, pray and maintain your integrity.

I hope this helps someone become better.

I go like be like you o. How long do you think it will take me to learn logo design well enough. I dont think i want to go into the video animation. I only write for now, articles.

That is Embrace Imtetnational Assembly, Eruwen Junction, Ikorodu. That is the church that made headlines last year due to a leadership struggle with the foursquare headquarters. Aparently, they have succeeded in changing there name and no longer a foursquare church. I guess thats why they feel it appropriate to celebrate with korede´s ......NA GODWIN..... they won. And chidinma is a church member there, am quite sure korede was invited and chidinma is only in church for service as usual.

well, from what i can be certain of about my dad is the d fact that he cant mess around. Outside being a very dedicated pastor, he also is a disciplinarian and he doesn't even condole rubbish from us. told is the only day we'll bring a girl to his house is if we sure she's the one we wanna marry. And after all my dad is in Edo state and my girl in Lagos. So i don't see anything happening between them. But am still concerned abt the calls on daily basis.

My advise, just relax. It should be funny to you na, since you are sure your dad is never going to try anything, just relax, i dont see any big deal, i would be making fun out of it in my own way if i were you. I think your dad is one of the special ones

To all those sharing experinces and giving valuable advice on this thread, I say thank you. However I have a question, what is the average time duration it will take one to complete an Article hope to hear from you guys thank you.

That would depend on how long youve been doing it and how much research you need to do for the article. Some people on this thread can do 500 words in 30 mims while newcommers might take 3 -4 hours.

I may be wrong, but when I get rewrite jobs, the first thing I do is to read through and understand the concepts explained in the article. Next, I scan through articles on that concept to get a broader perspective before I start writing.

I write from my head while using the original article as a guide. This way, it speaks volume and is plagiarism-free.

With regards to price, I charge the same as new articles, and sometimes higher, depending on the platform and client.

Thanks, i have just been rewriting each sentence trying not change it around amd follow thesame style, something just told me i may not be doing it right , ill try and adjust to ur style. First, i think i should check the ones have written for plagiarism, let me see if i havent wasted my time.

When we rewrite articles, are we trying to convince copyscape that the article is a different one or are we trying to make it look different even to human beings? How much can i change before i have changed too much. Do we rewrite at the sentence level or try to do a whole paragraph at once. The paragraph style would help make it look more unique.

Sorry bro, this is why we should come here to give updates. This same coolwriter owes me $12 for an academic writing job. She just ignored me completely when i sent her the essay. I argue with my friends that one of the things that make fresh graduates fail interviews is the information and impression preached in all this books, lectures and seminars about passing interviews. Some of this authors aim to turn you to robots. They seem to have custom made responses to every interview question. They scare you about the whole thing and give you the impression that interviewers are devils or monsters that can eat you up.
In a bid to help or sell interview books, these so called gurus make a lot of people unnecessarily apprehensive about the interview process. This fear causes failure and the failure re-enforces the fear that the gurus were right. Break free from that chain today! Interviewers are human beings like you, with insecurities and fears like you who are looking to succeed just like you! So relax!
I am not saying you should discard everything you have learnt from such gurus, many of them have valuable information. You should look to get the motive and reasoning behind every custom made answers so you can apply the same principle, instead of reciting responses like nursery rhymes. Most interviewers will know if you are just reciting crammed information, and that is a No! No!
