omochelsea004:Thank you for actually confirming the fact that the girl might be innocent of the allegations, because actually the oil is suppose to be 5litrs and not 10litrs. Op bought 10ltrs oil and asked her to share it into 2 (5ltrs for her parent and 5ltrs for his) And I put it to you that op should put the rice on a scale and see, before accusing the lady of something she might not have done. Oil case settled |
Edipet:Simple, I wonder why some people are just arguing for no reason. Rice is not by size but by weight. I am a poultry farmer and similar thing has happened to me many times when you buy half bag of feed, I had to buy a scale to put my conscience at rest. Because anytime you get a half bag of feed and it was not shared in your presence, it will always look like you have been cheated. |
ceeceeuwa:Majority they say.... Also note that this did not start today and it cuts across all race ![]() I was shocked when I saw a Chinese tictok video where a woman served her husband nuddles with 2 eggs and herself with only 1 egg, only for the husband to give her his and take hers and discovered she hid 3 extra eggs in her own nuddles, it was meant to be a joke, but it is a fun fact about women ![]() A woman will ever always cheat you when it comes to sharing anything. |
Mine is Suunnn, we had a very respectful interaction on one of her post. She was assertive but without being insulting, she stood her ground until she made me see things from her point of view. She really won my heart, na her bride price I wan hustle now before I will ask her to marry me next year ![]() |
SultanOfPuna:Even the cheap food wey them dey talk I never really understand sef. One of my guy showed me 8kg rice he bought for CAD20.89 Canadian dollar in naira is about N390.00 official and N540.00 black market. The only cheap thing he has shown me is ice cream. He showed me one 5litrs ice cream of CAD5.00 ![]() |
Confirmed. Many looking for what they themselves cannot give. Forgetting the fact that the kind of people you are looking for are also looking for the kind of person you are looking too. You want a God fearing beautiful lady from a good home? Are you also a handsome God fearing man with a good background and a promising future? |
Hmmmm, well bag of rice is not by size but by wieght. A full bag of rice is 50kg half bag is 25kg. Just get a scale and see. And for the oil, a good 5 liter can will not be filled to the brim with 5 liter oil. And finally, women will always cheat you in things like this that is just their nature.Even if she is your wife, she will cook and eat 4 meat while cooking and still serve you with 2 meat, and serve herself only 1 meat while still hiding 2 extra under her food that is just a woman for you. |

Sheymight23:Instaforex has a training Centre in ibadan, along that apata dugbe road (can remember what that place is called) |
Kollins11:What makes you so sure that they are even related? So you think all those paternity fraud cases are from the moon abi? Most of this issues usually arise from the fact that they may not be even related in the first place. This world has just spoilt patapara, how can a woman have sexual feelings for a nephew ![]() |
kingsways:Even if the N20k daily will be reviewed. No government account should be exemted from cash withdrawal limits. I don't see any reason why any government account (local, state, or federal) should be withdrawing cash. |
Enemyofpeace:One sighted. Hope you too can clearly see that you lack manners. And someone like you are those that I am actually referring to. Imagine someone with such poor online attitude/manners as yours complaining of poor service ![]() I can bet it that you yourself have never worked anywhere before where attitude is key. |
One thing I have come to learn in my many years in the service industry is that most Nigerians that can't tolerate poor service are actually people with poor character themselves. I have had people that shunt cues in banks and supermarkets only for the same individual to start complaining again of cashiers being slow. Nigerians are just too impatient most times. I was not there, but I can bet it that there is no how in hell a banker can keep a customer for 30mins and be buying clothes, even her official break for the whole day is not more than 30mins (which I believe she is not even allowed to take at a stretch). |
Bmaster:Next time use Google. Your dictionary must have been handed down to you from your grandparents. That is why you don't know that dictionaries are updated. I should have known better ![]() |
CoronaVirusRelo:This one really weak me. Truly if someone does not like you, even if you dance on water, he will still accuse you of raising dust. |
solufemiwa:Hmmm, see smart Nigerian. When they collect at CBN they collect at 445.30 but when they spend, it is at 720.00 thereby making a gain of 274.20 on each dollar at the expense of our economy. |
Reinaldo:Hmmm, when people that did abnormal things and even went to jail for it abroad are elder states-men in some states in this same country. |
The CBN has said it came up with this policy to increase the use of digital financial transactions, which it believes Nigerians are not embracing despite efforts to encourage them. Still looking to see the effort put in place by CBN to encourage the use of cashless system. The same people that introduced stamp duty to electronic transfer. Can someone tell me the benefit/contribution of stamp duty/electronic fee to any transaction? And Nigerians kept mute like say na juju Dem dey use rule us. Last last the money generated from the stamp duty/electronic fee is kukuma missing. If is one pastor that use the tithe of his members to build mega church building for his members now, we will carry the matter for head and be calculating how the building of church with church members money is why Africa is not industrialized ![]() |
Bmaster:So their is no mechanic in countries were money is treated with dignity abi? Stupid people will always have reasonable excuse. Very unfortunate. |
SexyBabe001:I also understand your point. But everyone has his or her job. It is not the Bank or bankers job to do the job of the EFCC or thief catcher. Infact their is a level of secracy a bank/it staff owes a customer. And a bank/staff can suffer sanctions from the same CBN if such is bridged. The same CBN that did cashless policy the last time was still the same body that exempted government accounts from cashless policy. Or have your forgotten how one minister claimed she paid millions on naira in cash to people during lockdown? Now tell me who is the father of that banker or bank big man that would tell a state or state governor that they cannot withdraw N100m cash when CBN has exempted such accounts ![]() Do you know how many people in Nigeria that have been sacked or victimized for reporting issues that are not their business? Yes, most of these fraudulent activities are done through banks, but because something is done through you does not necessarily mean you must be part of it or support it. Some banker have been sacked for not allowing some transactions to fly, only for those same transaction to be carried out after they have been sacked. Like people with deep knowledge of Nigerian will always say; those civil servants you see, are worse than politicians and bankers put together. Abi are you not hearing the billions that are being traced to them? |
SexyBabe001:I wonder why their is always so much hate for bankers? Whereas it is only things that involve banks and banker's that work seamlessly in this country. Look at the issue of BVN. Not minding the fact that Nigerians literally refused to enroll for BVN before the 1st deadline, banks/banker's worked tirelessly to make sure Nigerians are captured, despite the inadequacies of the side of government to handle high number of data being captured by banks. Bankers saw hell during BVN capturing, yet no bank or banker was accused of extirting money from people to capture them for BVN. Can we say same for NIN? And you guys seam to always forget that banks/banker's have their primary duties other than all these unnecessary workload/pressures CBN is putting on them with no incentives whatsoever. It is very sad that we do not appreciate Nigerian banks/banker's. May God bless Nigerian banks and banker's. |
LordviccoDaGuru:May God treat your life the same way you have spoken about Nigeria situation. |
jidowu84:That was how one even had the confidence to call me on WhatsApp after calling him out. He was very calm trying to explain to me with confidence that he is legit. My brain just told me to switch to video call, he was not prepared for it at all, the idiot was in one dirty looking room, trying to convince me how I can be cashing out big time with his legit plug. Walahi all these guys deserve firings squad whenever the are caught ![]() |
Onbiz:All this motivational talk from scammers ![]() If you don't take risk, you are living a risky life. Only risk takers make good fortune. Etc All na scam ![]() A Nigerian will never waste his time advertising something that will benefit anyone else like this. Not because of anything else's other than the fact that he will already have his guys, that will have their guys, that will have their guys, that will also have their guys..... The only reason he is coming to Nairaland is because he is looking for victims that cannot trace him ![]() |
kennyz247:That is what happens when you have good parents/ancestors. You will benefit from their good works even if your are a jackass. Reverse is also the case for the opposite.

angelfallz:Confirmed ![]() My daughter went to spend holiday with a Muslim relative of ours during fasting, dey almost sent her back home because of the way she dealt with "Akara" anytime they are frying it in preparation to breakfast ![]() Since my daughter (4yrs then) as a Christian was not fasting, she will just sit with whomever was frying the Akara and be doing justice to it as they are bringing it out from the oil she won't eat anything except Akara. When they informed my wife my wife told them that "na her papa child she be" ![]() |
Team "Akara" for life ![]() |
You were born, spent 2 months in your father's house, just 25yrs old; which means you were born 1996/1997. Oga, your story is missing some key elements. |
olahero:I agree with her. It is only a useless guy that should be dating a girl with all that characteristics. Oga! Stop being useless and date a better girl. No be man like you dey date Dj Cuppy (watin the guy get? Who be the guy Papa? )It is high time guys start knowing their worth and stop being useless. You are more useful than dating her Bro.
|
mariahAngel:That border closure was just clear-cut wickedness. |
jpride:And with confidence ![]() A person will have such an update and if real, instead of cashing money like crazy will be on Nairaland looking for people that will pay N3,500.00 That fellow can only be unfortunate.

I am just thinking aloud. We are going cashless, CBN is limiting withdrawal of cash via ATM and over the counter transaction in banks, and directly killing the whole POS cash transactions business sector, but nothing, absolutely nothing has been said how Nigerians can leverage on the eNaira to make transactions easier for Nigerians. Has the CBN given a thought to how the eNaira can be used via USSD? To capture the lower class? I know Nigerians, if Nigerians can get value for their transactions seamlessly and without any ridiculous charges in the form of taxes and unjust levies, Nigerians will gladly go cashless. But all I see from the current situation is that the number one priority of the government/CBN is to trap our monies in the banks and charges us like hell to have access to it, physical cash or not. Don't forget that just recently CBN made some comments as regards moving the balances in some bank accounts to the CBN, even before this naira change came up. Please note that these balance are not physical cash ooo. Something fishy is brewing. |
