OboOlora: Take the PH one That's extra 250k to save monthly, and that's 3M year. That's also 9M in 3yrs, enough to pay ransom when you get kidnapped This is even funnier considering you are a woman. Thanks for the good laugh. |

thesicilian: Sometimes I wonder if some of you were homeschooled by busy parents. Your level of comprehension is abysmal I read your post again and it may well be that you are being genuine but the way some group of people behave on here makes it easy to make the conclusion I made. For me, the naira being useless favours me but I am not callous and want the growth of the whole country as there is more prosperity when the country grows than when a few people are rich. |

harqinhola: If you set up a co working space in central Lagos ( Surulere , Gbagada , Yaba etc) or Island maybe that will make sense but #75 M might not be enough . The average price for a co working space varies by location . In Lagos Mainland you will be looking at 2k / day ( X 50people = 100k /day ) .
VARIABLE EXPENSES Stable and fast internet Petrol or diesel Electricity bill Maintenance Miscellaneous Charge depreciation on fixed assets , include other cost too .
(Put an assumed figure for to this cost and you have the answer )
Note : selling the space at full capacity throughout the month or year is not feasible. A more realistic assumption is 1/3 .
Good luck Thank you for this, I sincerely appreciate. |

pneumaticos: Respect in raising that under 6 months(sure you have it going) I am looking for that amount too For shortlets Do you think shortlets will be more lucrative? I am being pushed by 1. My health 2. The Exchange rate favouring me. I am super determined to invest these amount in something that will continue to bring in good money for me while still living in a rented house. I have two ( both ongoing and not completed ) but zero intentions of living in any of them. Just for business hence I said it was a mistake. |

pneumaticos: Currently,
Lagos Ibadan Abuja And port are the main cities I see this working But if you putting this within Lagos or Ibadan The location becomes important Meaning getting a good location will cost money (I saw someone closed up a very nice place due to wrong location) Lagos and Ibadan are still good ,but I doubt if this budget will be enough for a good location in Lagos
As for Ibadan, There some areas that are worth going for Are Along challenge Bodija Then bashorun/akobo
Finally Maybe you rent the place first...to be sure the location will work
I had interest in this ,hence my write-up here So if you eventually settings it up You got a free marketer on trial I think I am going ahead with this but will likely modify it. Like a shopping complex that has a co working space in it. I am willing to get it to 200m to make this work. And with a bit of GOD's blessing, I should be able to raise such an amount in 6 months. |

I recently embarked on a building project which I will complete in May but on second thought I should not have embarked on the project I only did it for my ego.
Now I am thinking of starting a internet co working space that can conveniently seat 50 people at once.
I am considering Lagos or Ibadan. My questions are
1. Will 75m-100m be enough for such a project? If 75m-100m won't be enough, how much do you think will be enough?
2. Is the business profitable?
3. What other business ideas can you suggest?
Thanks in advance |

seunmsg: All our commercial banks will have to source for more capital including investment from foreign partners. This will bring more forex into the country and strengthen the banking system. The positive impact will flow to the capital market and other associated organizations. This is super bullish for the country. Do you think we are likely to see more IPOs like we saw in 2005-2010? |

I have transacted about 40m with this guy so far. The biggest amount until today was 5m. But I needed to sell $12,500 and I didn't want to go through a relative who is also into this business. I was scared as 19m is a lot of money.
I spoke briefly to him, I wanted to send my friend to meet him one on one but I rather let my business transactions be private to me ( unless on an anonymous forum like Nairaland ), and since I am currently not in Lagos for at least the next few days and I really need naira, after dragging my feet for a while, I sent the $12,500 to his USDT wallet.
His rate was 20 naira lower than I would have gotten elsewhere but I prefer to keep things private and I decided to trust him. 2 hours after he got the money, I received my 19m+ in FULL.
I will definitely be dealing with him again. |

And i was saying the initial price was too high. Who go fit afford this one like this? Country where only 5% have more than 500k in their account. I have used it for 6 months even if they sell it for 2m I will still buy it. They Shyte over all our other ISPs. |

lexy2014: how is that responsible for the forex crisis?
is it Binance that caused the forex crisis? When people know they can but btc and other binances coins and make more money you think they will go to the official or the parallel markets? Or will bureau de change agents not offer better prices in order not to lose businesses to binance thereby having a domino effect on the naira? |

Nbote: At this point, it is very very very very clear that these people are very very very very clueless. This is what you get when you bring in relics as leaders. Is Nigeria the only country using Binance? How can anyone who isn't a slowpoke claim Binance is a sophisticated heist against the economy? Your borrowings, your cost of governance, your unapologetic pilfering of public funds aren't all against the economy but na Binance that's has no physical office in the country, used by hundreds of millions worldwide in hundreds of countries that is a heist against the economy?? How is this any different from what Buharia did by banning crypto?? Don't just type for the sake of it, analyse things properly. Only thus morning two bureau de change guys quoted me 1780 and 1790 to sell $1,000. On binance, it is currently 1890. Why the 100 naira difference? Binance knows what they are doing but your hate for the government isn't allowing you see clearly.
