I don't understand Nigerians sometimes.
You blame Buhari for everything. The news report clearly said Buhari gave the National assembly the 27b.
Are you expecting the Presidential to about inspecting the project. The same National Assembly has a representative from your home town there.
Some times lets apportion blame with sense.
The national assembly askes for money for renovations, money was released, you blame buhari that the money was not used...
Its like your son blaming you that he wasted the pocket money you gave him...

why can't the President asked if how they have used the fund?

Why not arrest him before making your statement can APC be challenging APC National leader ? Something is hidden

But of a truth if youths wants jobs they should behave themselves.
The itakpe warri rail line was destroyed, and the lines carted away by those that want to sell it for scraps.
How on earth will the railroad function if the line have being stollen, and how will jobs be created for the restive youths.
