I have thought about the commission on cars but I am afraid of these dealers. Imagine if I refer a buyer and at the end, there is an issue, I will be dragged in the whole mess, this is one thing I try to avoid.

AutoReportNG is a baby I have guarded with all my heart, breath and fundings and so I am careful of things like this. I read stories on Car-Talk and Autos sections when it has to do with buyers and sellers, this scare me.

I have turn down many requests from sellers, not cos I can't market it but cos I hate drama... I love my private life and I hate anything that involve police or law enforcement.

I hope you get contracted to be a reporter for a state govt on Infrastructural projects ONLY. Perhaps you can contact them on Twitter for a start showing what you have done so far as proof.
It's important to stick to reporting infrastructure for them alone so you don't end up being a praise singer or a political hallelujah boy like one Barcanista on Nairaland.

As predicted, 2019 election will retire many politicians who contributed little or nothing to Nigeria in terms of development other than sharing our national cake.
Atiku, Gbenga Daniel, Saraki, OBJ and his fellow generals have finally been retired by the masses who have rejected looting as a career path.
2023 will certainly be present better options for Nigerians.

It's nice to know that for the first time in Nigeria since 1999, projects weren't brought to a halt simply because of general elections.
In the past, governance ceases some months to elections and resumes some months after inauguration because monies meant for projects were diverted into securing reelection at all costs. Election period was the time for many people to hammer for doing almost nothing. Not so anymore

Having said that, I love Fashola as a hard worker but I think we need the stubbornness of Amaechi in the power sector to deal with those Discos that are slowing our progress there.
They need to be given a marching order to invest in upgrading their equipment and stop estimated billing, or be shown the way out.
Abnormal situations require abnormal people.

I saw it but I can't reply all the mentions I get especially when they lack facts.
The person didn't state that what he copied from a website was the combined cost of both the Blue line (Okoko to Marina) and the Red line (Agbado to Marina) that Lagos wanted to build. Whereas this project is only the Blue line. The Red line is now being built by the FG as part of the Lagos-Ibadan rail line.

Secondly, people go online and copy whatever they see as facts. What I wrote is what I experienced living there and reading from newspapers over the years.

The project can't be 20 years old. The author just exaggerated or is simply unaware.
I read Punch newspaper on the day the design was released by Fashola and it was on their front page. This was in 2009 thereabouts.
To prove to you and the author is wrong, 20yrs ago was 1999 and we were just transiting to democracy again.

Under OBJ and Maurice Iwu, election results were written in bedrooms and announced in Abuja while collation was still ongoing in some states. Nigerians didn't protest

Now proper elections are being conducted and INEC is ensuring that every single person's vote is factored in before a winner is declared, hence the inconclusive declarations. But my ignorant countrymen are protesting instead of praising INEC and PMB.
Ignorance is indeed a terrible disease!

If you don't want any inconclusive elections, then tell the politicians and their thugs not to disrupt any polling units.
Cos if they do, INEC will cancel those places. And if the margin of victory is less than the cancelled votes, INEC has to declare inconclusive because unlike before, every vote now must count to produce a clear winner.

Truth is, many of those old residential buildings on Lagos Island, behind Marina and Broad Street are death traps and have to be demolished.
This isn't the first collapse and this won't be the last unless something is done about them.

This is one project that is dear to my heart but has been bedeviled by Nigerian bad belle politics.
If I remember correctly, the design was released in 2009 and construction started in 2010 through a World Bank loan. It was scheduled for completion in 2014. Julius Berger was to build the road while CCECC the rail.
Yaradua approved the first tranch of the loan as president.
Jonathan was the first problem this project encountered. He denied Lagos approval for the 2nd tranch of the loan for Fashola to continue with this project simply due to political party differences. How stupid!
Fashola had to drop Berger and allow CCECC to continue through little funding from Lagos' overcrowded budget. The entire work slowed down due to low funding.
Ambode was the second problem this project encountered. Buhari came in and approved the loan for him to continue the project. Sadly, Ambode had his own stupid ideas.
Instead of completing what he met, he decided to start his own projects that were of less importance to this, simply due to unnecessary political beef with Fashola for not supporting him to get the APC ticket.
Next thing we heard from Ambode was... The project will be completed in 2022. Like what!
That's when I finally concluded that Ambode has to go as we don't need political bickering from the same party in Lagos.
This time, I strongly believe that Sanwo-Olu will do the needful and give us a befitting metro and highway.

When I say PDP chieftains and supporters are too dumb and ignorant, it's no joke.
They don't know anything about the Electoral Act and INEC rules and guidelines under which they are contesting elections, they assume INEC is as emotional and irrational as they are.
Even basic arithmetic tells you that Inec can't declare a winner when cancelled votes are more than the margin of victory. But PDP people must wail about inconclusive declarations.
No wonder their tiny brains can only process looting of the treasury upon assuming office, not complex issues related to good governance.

PDP should spend their time worrying about not losing Kwara, Gombe, Benue, AkwaIbom, Rivers, Sokoto and Delta in the 2019 guber elections. Praying for 2-4 of those states not to fall to the APC because I see that happening.

That was the primary reason the Northerners voted for him enmasse. That's also why people like Festus Keyamo and Itse Sagay support him.

The next 4years will be one of poor economic growth rates. I doubt it will exceed 4% yearly over the next 4years compared to the 6% before he ascended office. Between 2015-2018, economy grew at a lamentable 1% on average. The country needs 7% to absorb those entering the labour market for the first time

You want to be seen as intelligent by stating the obvious but most times you end up not making tangible points.
How can an economy that went into recession due to low oil prices suddenly start growing at 7% again when the same oil price we heavily rely on to earn forex is still low?
The strength of an economy is proportional to the infrastructure it can carry. Nobody has a magic wand right now to grow Nigeria's economy at 7% without destroying something, like floating the naira or IMF intervention for example.
The fastest way to diversify for Nigeria now is through Agriculture and Solid minerals. Manufacturing and others heavily require critical infrastructure which this govt is trying to build.
For the records, Nigeria is doing far better than others who were in similar positions as us in July 2014. Angola is still in recession since 2016 till date. Their economy grew at - 5% the last time I checked. Venezuela has already gone underground.
Don't just state what we know and criticise, proffer solutions.

Let them inspect the entire 36 states very well, not just where Buhari won alone, so that Atiku's votes will be reduced to like 5 million afterwards.
I'm very much aware of the magic Atiku did in 3 LGAs in Adamawa to avoid the disgrace of losing his home state to PMB.

Only PMB's cult followers from the core north were enthusiastic about his reelection. This election gave us not so great options to choose from between the two major parties.
Thus, many Nigerians, especially those from the South voted PMB again just to keep Atiku and PDP away from our national treasury. At least that was the case for my family and friends I spoke with, hence the sober mood despite PMB's victory.

Dear PMB, I finished celebrating your victory the day after INEC pronounced you winner. The party should be over for you and governance should follow immediately after.

We expect faster delivery this time since its a continuing govt. Ministers should be in place by June end latest.

They're trying hard to discredit this election by force, as if they already received advance payment for NNPC and other national assets, have whacked the money, and can't face their agreed buyers.

This election produced the most credible results I've ever seen in Nigeria since 1999 due to the strict use of card readers.
Results from all 36 states and the FCT reflected the two party's areas of strength and how Nigerians voted.
Saraki lost, Ajimobi lost, Akpabio lost, Uduaghan lost, Akume lost, etc. APC also lost Ondo and Oyo for local reasons.
Or did Atiku not know ahead that he was going to lose well to Buhari in the NW and NE? If his own northern people do not want him, how can SE and SS alone make Atiku president?
He should go to court and stop disturbing our ears with daily threats. Nigerians have chosen honesty over kleptocracy and infrastructure over share the money. Shikena

While smart people are analysing real electoral data, others think it's by hijacking Nairaland frontpage as they've done in recent weeks, screaming Atikulate and Obimycin all over the place, and doing "like" and "share" for Atiku. When they lose as expected, they'll start screaming rigging or "zoo must fall".

The SS has always been the zone with gargantuan rigging as evident in the voters' turnout; especially in Rivers, AkwaIbom, Delta and Bayelsa. However, this time, no more federal backing from PDP to reel out about 70% voters turnout there (when others are below 50%), and some of the chief riggers have moved to the APC. With strict usage of card readers, the SS will be lucky to deliver 5million votes.

This shows that the real voting strength in terms of votes cast of the NW (APC's strongest hold) can comfortably take care of the SS and SE (PDP's strongest holds) .

The NE is still there chilling for the APC as another stronghold. While the split zones of the SW and NC (which I expect more voter apathy there in 2019) slightly favour APC more than PDP.

So tell me how Atikulooter will win without even including his huge corruption baggage.

Yes, this is a very bad precedence and an obvious abuse of court processes.
Akpabio should go to the election petition tribunal instead of setting a bad precedence for future election outcomes.

Sokoto isn't sure. Tambuwal will likely win reelection.

I think this is the time to start putting pressure on the government to deliver faster on its agenda. We don't live for elections alone.

Regarding the topic, El-Rufai cannot be a submissive VP to PYO and his comments are sometimes inflammatory.
I'm OK with Fashola or Osinbajo as President for 2023, any other vice, say Ribadu would suffice. I don't care about their religions.

I watched this video on Facebook yesterday and I was just laughing at PDP wailers that were accusing Mr President of rigging the election without any clear evidence.
