People rooting for Atiku - the corrupt elites and Ipobs who have no PVCs. People rooting for Buhari - the ordinary people with PVCs. The most populated states with the highest voting strengths are APC strongholds: Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Lagos, Oyo. Those expecting Atiku to win are only trying to make themselves temporarily happy just like fake orgasms. On Febuhari 16 evening, their wailings and sifia pains will commence. Me I go 'just dey watch them like bat'. 4+4 |
Kdon2:Learn to read and understand. They're only test-running the completed sections of the rail. Meanwhile, looting and development are mutually exclusive. Either Nigeria's billions end up in the bank accounts of Mama Piss, Dasuki, Metuh, etc.....PDP era. Or they end up on railways, roads, airports, inland ports, housing, power equipment, etc.....APC era. Corruption =Nigeria's Underdevelopment. Vote wisely 4 +4 |
2 weeks ago : "When I become president I won't enrich my family but I will enrich my friends. Are my friends not entitled to be rich?" - Atiku 2 days ago - "Corruption is using your position to enrich yourself, your friends and others" - Atiku. Mr. ![]() Corruption = Africa's Underdevelopment. Vote wisely 4 + 4 |
erico2k2:All these PDP/GEJ started it crew. Everything you need to know about the Steel plant and rail line is found below. I hope you will come back and apologise. ![]() https://www.google.com/amp/thenationonlineng.net/long-road-to-a-rail-line/amp/ |

aonag:You people have come again Peter Obi Liar Jnr. ![]() PDP started nothing and didn't touch it at all throughout their 16yrs of looting. It was started and abandoned since 1987. This govt decided to complete it after over 30yrs. |
"Absence of development simply means corruption has taken place" - Olujastro. My take is that PDP doesn't just represent blatant looting of the national treasury, but also has the best liars in the world. Peter Obi's lies yesterday night can cure HIV, cancer, in fact it can raise the dead. ![]() Lying on national TV without blinking; that PDP paid fully for the railways, airports and all the infrastructure this govt is working hard to fix. That Buhari should come and tell Nigerians what he's done with the N5trillion capital budgets of 3yrs. Lying on national TV that he never deported AkwaIbomites from Anambra when it's all out there. Lying on national TV that Buhari promised to make $1 = N1. Always rushing in to step in for Atiku yesterday so he can lie with big grammar that will cover up for him. Anyways, Nigerians are wiser now. #GovtOfInfrastructure #NextLevel

TroubleMaker47: naijamerican:I feel for Abians honestly. No luck with governance since 1999 and somehow they end up getting reelected. But the fact remains that you need a singular opposition to defeat an incumbent. Two strong candidates such as Alex Otti of APGA and Uche Ogah of APC will only split opposition votes and give the PDP an easy, undeserved victory in Abia. I'm afraid you guys have to deal with another 4yrs of PDP in Abia. |
olisaokere:I fully understand the political issues in Imo, like many other states in Nigeria. I just didn't want to type plenty. Votes will be shared among Hope Uzodinma of APC, Ihedioha of PDP, Ararume of APGA and Uche Nwosu of AA. Even Ohakim will get some votes being a former governor. That's why I said the eventual winner will score less than 35% of the votes cast. Same thing will happen in Ogun state among APC, PDP, APM and ADC. |
I watched the rally live and I no fit laugh. ![]() Whether na old age or Buhari is just too honest to be a politician when voicing out his thoughts. Anyways, the winner of Imo guber will score less than 35% of the votes cast as APC votes will be split. Same thing with Ogun guber election. I tip Ihedioha to narrowly win Imo (not my wish). My interest is at the federal level. #SayNoTo Share the money party aka Projects Dumping Party 4+4 |

Pilot4Airbus:It depends on the European country. Unlike the UK with almost no chance, Germany and Norway for example give 18 and 12 months respectively to look for a job after studying. However, with some conditions that can be met. |
Iblad0994:I'm watching it live and I totally agree. But Mr President couldn't have watched as the CJN who should be the chief custodian of the law was abusing every process set up by law to try his case. PMB's courageous action is now forcing every body involved to act. So kudos to PMB for his bravery. |

PDP has to be the most senseless party in Africa. After ruling Nigeria with so much impunity during their reign, they rush to alert the EU, US, UK, UN at any slight instance, especially when their manipulative agenda is being uncovered. Have the US and UK sworn in PDP in Osun after harassing them on Twitter during Osun elections? ![]() The way Davido was tweeting @EU per minute as if EU has powers of INEC in a sovereign nation like Nigeria ![]() Instead of PDP to turn a new leaf and start appealing to Nigerians, they still want to use corrupt means to get back to power and continue where their looting stopped. Na God dem go start tweeting at next. 4+4 |
A Chief Justice of Nigeria behaving like a typical politician. ![]() Baba don suspend NJC meeting indefinitely to avoid being suspended and getting justice in court. So much for a Thief Justice of Nigeria ![]() In other climes, people are always in a hurry to clear their names from anything corruption related. But in Nigeria, we die there for the office. |
CJN controlling millions of dollars. Politicians dey pay sha. 2015 elections in Rivers, AkwaIbom and Abia annulled by the Election petition tribunal and Court of Appeal, but judged to be free and fair by the Supreme Court of Corruption. Wike and Co don pay. Na why Wike and South South governors dey defend Onnoghen as if he's a member of PDP. PDP has corrupted the entire arms of govt in Nigeria. From National Assembly(ghana must go era) to Civil service to Judiciary. When Justice Ayo Salami exposed their rigging in 2007 and caused PDP to lose Edo, Ekiti, Ondo and Osun states, they forced him out of office and amended the law to force guber polls petition to reach supreme court. Almost everything wrong with Nigeria today is PDP, including the corrupted citizens that come out to defend corruption. |
sogodihno:Thank you my brother. Lagos has seen steady progress and transformation in the last 20yrs under APC. We know how Lagos used to be way back, and they're busy comparing it with failed Kwara under Saraki. A lot of people don't know that the developmental progress of ACN in Lagos led more Nigerians to give the party a chance in other SW states and eventually, Nigeria. As Edo people tasted ACN (now APC) and vowed never to return to share the money party, PDP; I pray Delta, Bayelsa, Abia, etc. will have the Edo experience.

When a CJN who should be the chief custodian of the law is abusing court processes, then you know Nigeria is not ready. The CJN knows this case goes from CCT > Court of Appeal > Supreme Court. Yet he ran to a Federal High Court to stop this case ![]() The Federal High Court is on the same level as the CCT and also has no jurisdiction whatsoever on cases of asset declaration - Supreme Court ruling led by Onnoghen himself. |
olioxx:Weather: Wear more layers of clothing during winter. If possible double or triple your clothes from head to toe. Job: Do a masters and find an IT job afterwards. Job market is opening up again, especially IT and Engineering. Accommodation: Student housing - cheapest and conducive enough. Friendliness: Norwegians are antisocial. They probably sold their interactive skills for oil money. ![]() |
CoolAmbience:Kudos to you. That's how our attitudes towards governance should be. Hopefully others learn as well. |
Progress. The good thing about this project in addition to evacuating the congested port and easing travel to and from Lagos, is that it's sited in a region where development is highly appreciated and always rewarded with votes in return. Not those who will swear with their lives that no such project is going on, insisting they just passed there recently and no such project exists. ![]() South West is 4+4 |
Instead of those ones above to simply tell us who they support, they are there abusingand cursing out the OP, (the only thing they know how to do best). Children of perdition EVERYWHERE! Lovers of Baba, please kindly read and digest this ALL. Haters, back off! We are not here to CAMPAIGN, vote for who ever you BELIEVE will make Nigeria great again. Posterity will judge us all! Patriotic Nigerians Do not Waste time Arguing with Buhari Haters* We are not talking about critics who are genuinely concerned about a better Nigeria,. You will know them because when they see good efforts of government they applaud. But the others, the one who swore on their lives Buhari will never be president, the enemies of the nation, are the ones we are talking about. The following are their traits: * They lie and mislead others with statements as 'I regret voting Buhari', etc a cliche they started using as early as few months into the Buhari government. To them it doesn't matter that the last government looted the treasury and Buhari met an empty treasury...they will say 'we voted him because he said he will change the nation in '3 months ? (Don't bother to ask for proof, lying is their trademark)* They are the one who swore on their father's head that Buhari died in Aso rock, and later in UK. Then they said the Buhari that returned to Nigeria is a clone (duplicate) and you still take cognizance of what comes out of these peoples mouth. * They were the ones who said 8 years was not enough for OBJ, and 6 not enough for GEJ etc They are the arijenimadaru - beneficiaries of corruption. They are either the full time politicians, corrupt civil servants, journalists, bankers, fraudulent contractors, religious businessmen etc Its no longer business Aa usual, so they pretend that they are fighting for ordinary Nigerians (iro nla!!!) * When you remind them of how corruption in last government has ruined the nation....they ask you to stop talking about the past * When you say Buhari is a man of integrity and his fighting corruption...they say his son has a power bike * When Evans the kidnapper say something against Buhari, he becomes an hero. When you say their heroes and spokespersons lack integrity (IBB, OBJ, Fayose, FFK, Saraki, GEJ, etc)...then they say look at the message not the messenger (oro wo ni o wa ni enu ole ' what meaningful words do the robber want to utter?) *They are not interested in any development in Nigeria, if it means ascribing any success to PMB. * Every good news of the nation brings them sadness, and they remain quiet until another bad news crops up * If you tell them Buhari is building over 300 roads all over Nigeria, they say it is because of 2019. * Tell them Buhari is developing the rail system all over Nigeria, they say it is not his initiative that Obasanjo and GEJ had plans to do it. * Inform them about the agricultural revolution how Nigeria now produces its local food and has become a foremost world exporter of food, they say it is Obasanjo that started Operation feed the nation in the 70s (God have mercy!!!) * When you say Buhari is working to completing abandoned projects, over 8000 nationwide (Mambila hydro power, Ajaokuta Steel Plant etc), they say it is because he has no program of his own. * Refute their allegations that Buhari is tribalistic with how his ministerial cabinets now (and as military head of state) had more Christians than Muslims, and how powerful ministries were being run by southerners...they hold their breath and in the next statement still repeat the allegation (it is an obsession) * They say Buhari is vindictive..., but no state or region has been denied their share of development projects irrespective of whether they support PMB government or not. He has taken 13b water project to Otuoke in GEJs village Bayelsa, N22b road to Atikus village in Adamawa, reconstruction of Lagos Abeokuta expressway to OBJs state, the 2nd Niger Bridge etc to the east, the massive investment and redevelopment of the Niger-Delta etc are part of the proof of PMBs fairness to all * When the clampdown on corruption started, they said only southerners are being harassed, when Dasuki etc were arrested they say it is only PDP; when Saraki was taken to court they say it is because he is in opposition; when former governors and APC members were jailed (Dariye and Nyame ) they say it was PDP that started the probe.. ??* When EFCC is investigating the massive investments and dollars accounts of Mrs Patience Jonathan, Alison Maduekwe etc.... they say it is political harassment and you should bring proof of corruption. But when they bring scandalously stupid allegations like Buhari has bought the national stadium etc and you ask for proof ....they say you are a fanatic. * Tell them how the threats of IPOB, Niger Delta were curtailed, they say it is a clampdown on Igbo's and southerners; remind them of how the menace of El Zakyzaky and his Shiites group of the norths have been curbed.... they say it is coercion. * Remind them how the dreaded Boko Haram has been chased away from the States that they use to control in the north and how normalcy is returning to those part of the country.... they will still refer to the occasional suicide bombings as proof that nothing is achieved. Tell them how it has been impossible for even almighty US etc to totally stop suicide bombings ..... they retort 'are you now comparing this 'S**t nation to US' (Of course not, US do not have plenty bad belle-hypocrites as them as citizens) * Tell them how herdsmen killings preceded PMB, and how many non Fulani herdsmen have been arrested by the army for killings, including a personal aide to Governor Ortom, and how since such arrests the killings have subside.... they still in the next statement like a broken record refer to Buhari as promoting herdsmen killers. * Tell them about the resuscitation of the mambila project, the Ajaokuta steel project, etc, they say it is a lie * Show them videos and pictures of ongoing development nationwide, they say its photo and video shop ( ??)* Tell them how Buhari stopped the billion dollars fertiliser scam and how in its place 11 local fertiliser companies were revived resulting in Nigeria producing for its local needs...they say 'how does that translates to food for the common man?' (Kai ba sense?!!!) * When Buhari agreed to pay 88billion compensation to Biafrans victims, granted autonomy to state judiciary, supports local government autonomy, recognised MKO and June 12 they say it is politics. (And like the daughter of our hero of democracy said, if Buhari does not play politics, should he play chemistry?) * They say Nigeria don't want Buhari, and he will lose the election landslide, and they are writing abosi-hypocrirical letters that he should not contest (Do they want to save him from disgrace ni, abi what's there own? (Awon oni yeye : jesters all of them) * To them the National Assembly members used to be all (APC) rogues, but now without doing any good thing but because they now oppose PMB they have become their heroes; from the clown Dino, to the Michael Jackson of Osun, the stupendously corrupt and wealthy Saraki, Mark, Dogara etc ( Its a case of show me your friend/hero/and I know what kind of person you are) * Buhari has refused like previous governments to bribe legislators to do their duties, and since their dirty strategies is no longer working they have become a stumbling block to progress...the wailers will say if it was OBJ he would have dealt with them. (But if he had use any other means they will say he is undemocratic; two sided mouth people) * If you call a thief by its name, they will say how can you be insulting an honourable, a distinguished senator, a former president who has fought poverty through farming etc, but hear them when they refer to Mr president, 'the man is a m***n, he is brain dead, he is d*ft' etc. But this man has proven to be better than them all, he has refused to respond to the tantrums of their bosses, the OBJs, IBB, etc Like a true soldier he marches on with the good works, and God has been his defense. * When you show some of them the unparalleled efforts of this government in development compared to all the past governments, then you will hear....well he has tried but I still don't like him, he is too old, he is slow, he is unintelligent, he is not outspoken etc... (#%@€¥ Perfect human beings all of them mtchew) This is the point where you will be able to confirm that these are people whose concern is not Nigeria's development. Whose problem with Buhari is not performance but personal hatred etc. This is why nothing tangible will be achieved if you engage them in any developmental discussion, when their concern is wotowoto-pettiness. Avoid arguments over Buhari's use of language, age etc, keep sending them the good news, project reports and achievements of government, and gradually you help bring them back to reality: In conclusion let me quote their most used cliche: " We have never had it so bad" Yes by Gods grace this government will continue to be a thorn in the flesh of those who for their selfish interest do not want things to change in Nigeria For the rest of good Nigerians, Buhari's time is our time, let us be steadfast in support of our national . It will forever be good for us all.
This is apt and enough reasons why I should probably stop engaging yeye people who have hijacked this forum for election purposes. One more thing, I read the US Senate report on Foreign Corruption on American soil. Most of the culprits are African politicians who laundered money to the US. From page 173 where Atiku starts from only shows how corrupt and big a thief he is. And in my family we don't condone cheats and thieves. |
Mankosi:Tell that to the petty trader whose total goods are worth 2k to know what 10k means to her. Tell that to the extremely poor in the villages who could hardly feed but now get monthly stipends of 5k per month. Tell that to the unemployed youth who used to be broke after NYSC but now gets 30k monthly and something to do pending when a professional job offer comes. The list goes on.... Have the masses ever enjoyed Nigeria's money directly from government before now? Because some of you had direct or indirect access to treasury looters doesn't mean same applies to the masses. Those same masses plus the farmers reaping from the Anchor Borrower's programme that has created millionaire farmers are the people trooping out to welcome PMB/PYO during campaigns and will eventually vote for them. Maybe your Atiku who has promised to empower his already rich friends by selling NNPC to them will get his votes from the US where his irrelevant entry is being celebrated. |
This will be my first comment about Atiku visiting the US because this is an unnecessary distraction. Abeg na American citizens get PVCs to vote, or na US govt dey share PVCs to Nigerians? Since when did lobbying the US have a place in determining who wins elections in Nigeria? Or are Nigerians now blind not to know which government is working for their interest whether through improved infrastructure, boost in agriculture, social investment programs, tackling corruption which stifles development, etc.? Anyways, Febuhari 16 no far again. We surely can't go back to PDP's era of share the money style of governance. Our money must be used to improve the country for the overall benefits of all Nigerians. 4+4 |
Yes oh. Vote not fight. Politicians will come and go, Nigeria will remain. Don't be an Orubebe in 2019.

rentAcock:Yes oh. Because all the projects were initiated last week and completed this week. Is this government not magically wonderful? Sarcasm aside, Nigerians need to learn to follow up on what is being done by their governments, that way they can hold them accountable. I track projects on skyscrapercity and I can say that I've been overwhelmed in trying to keep up with the huge number of projects being done by this administration in just a short time. Compared to PDP era with very little to track, this government has done very well on Infrastructure. So I say 4+4 |
Nice. Frank Mba is one of the most professional policemen in Nigeria. Very effective when he was Lagos Police PRO. It shows this new IGP is ready to be professional and work for public good, as opposed to the very partisan Ibrahim Idris and Jimoh Moshood who were more interested in being used by politicians from the ruling class to settle political scores. |
Barbadosa:Yes, I agree. The timing might not be right, but there is no best time to do what is right. I want to believe the petition only came recently. According to Premium Times, the group, the Anti-corruption and Research based Data Initiative, sent the petition. |
SalamRushdie:It's only when politics and elections are concerned that the stupidity and ethno-religious bigotry of Nigerians unveil itself. Did you read the part where the CJN Onnoghen didn't declare his assets until just two months after the sweep on the judiciary in October 2016? Even at that, Onnoghen only declared his Union Bank accounts and hid his Dollars, Euros, Pounds and Naira accounts with Standard Chartered Bank. He only funded those accounts through cash deposits running into thousands of hard currencies. The balances on those foreign accounts were $164,804.82, GBP108,352.2, EUROS 55,154.56 and N8,131,195.27 as at 14th November 2016. Now, for a right thinking and patriotic citizen, is this is not enough reason to prosecute him for corruption and possible enrichment through bribes that must have influenced judicial cases? |
