horlahwaley:Stop being judgemental, the op believes in your advice, that's why he asked. Stop making him feel he was wrong to have asked you for advice |
If you're lucky that this child is AA or AS, keep him/her but don't get married to each other. Go ur different ways and get married to someone else whose genotype matches your own. That's the best you can do to save future travails of parenting SS children. |
chlowi:Your talk is out of line already |
chlowi:I don't see how the bolded is necessary. A point was made and that's what for better for worse is about. @op what pleases you may not be what is right. Don't act out of anger, anguish or retaliation. I gave that advice cus I see from your write up that you believe in prayer. So my advice was simply commonsensical. Do what is right not what pleases you. |
cooooooks:They're not legally married. Are they? |
In America, it's who pays the larger percent of the rent that has more right to the house. Forget mother-in-law culture o, that's not Nigeria |
Na nationality honestly |
yanabasee1:The threshold of disrespect varies for different girls depending on how the relationship started and how far they've gone together. In this case, they don't seem to have gone far enough yet. This particular girl will still disrespect him later on, it's just loading up for the right time. The farther they go, the thinner the respect. It's only one abortion we read and the sex takes place in her home, not hotel yet. By the time the abortion reaches 3-4 or the husband refused to sleep with her for three months and there's pregnancy, the daddy's denial of the pregnancy will cause kasala |
The emotional manipulator When you stand ur ground or remain unbothered over a commonsensical decision, she'll start shedding tears or walk out on you threatening to leave for her daddy or her friends house to make you feel bad or look wicked. The marriage Desperado These ones usually don't agree they're desperate, but the pressure on them for marriage will make them unusually nice or unusually stubborn only to show up their real character after traditional wedding. |
Agbalumo something |
The change in attitude of women once they cross the wedding border is scary. I actually don't know what to say. I don't support divorce and abortions so I'd advice you do the praying for her and hope that God changes her. You will triumph by God's grace |
CAPSLOCKED:Don't focus on feeling insulted here on Nairaland, listen to the silent truth speaking to you that... This guy may be right |
CAPSLOCKED:Your way is far bro. Start early |
With this kind lips, why dem no go cry |
Let him get a witness or audio/video evidence and let go of the ring. It's proper after catching her cheating to request for the ring in return but she won't agree so as to make her friends believe she's still in the relationship and to cover her dirty cheating ass. |
You may not have more than 20k in ur account and you're comparing Davido with olamide |
Strong defense outwardly, fragile tenderness inwardly. I love to wash pants and bra, I'm touchy and love romantic gists. In fact romance section has a large part of my time here. |
In Nigeria? No. Girls who do it are considered cheap. And even when they're lucky to find a man who doesn't consider them cheap, they'll still believe by societal norm and culture that the man will see them cheap. It's real, I believe in it but "Nigerians" don't believe in it. |

If e remain one min for enemy to claim ur life with accident, God go deflate your tyre before u reach there. God will throw you into the well of successful breakthroughs, lock you inside and throw the key away. Holy Spirit will sparkle your face with heavy slap that will blind your eyes of backwardness and shine your eyes of forwardness Amen! Happy birthday. ![]() |
AMEN! |
My class had d worst begger in the entire primary school. His name was emeka, his mother was a teacher in d school. He always begged for my little bread n butter every break time. I hid in d smelly toilet one day to eat my bread, emeka found me there. I thought I was the only victim until the day I saw him begging rice from a pupil in another class and that guy was known for his firm n stubborn nature; I didn't know his name though. He had almost finished the rice but he didn't want to give emeka so he spat on d little left over to discourage emeka but emeka still wanted it, he blew catarrh on it, emeka kept begging, poured dust from the broken concrete floor into it, emeka still wanted it with a smile showing is cream-colored teeth. Unbelievably, the guy turned around and urinated in it and gave emeka, emeka held some part of the leftover with the spoon and sipped the urine away: He ate it! I can't forget ever. It was very disgusting but fun |
Tolu121:Hopeless idiot. Irreparable imbecilee |
ArcToyin:Your opinion is good for you |
Ecohell Economic hell |
You're the embodiment of love God has sent to me. I will cherish you as long as I live. I'm lucky to have you in my life. |
Ah see talk o, did he ask you for permission in d first place? Youre gratifying an unasked permission. What makes you think he'll tell you if he has been playing or want to play away match? He's even likely to have been playing away without your knowing. The good thing about men is that the away match doesn't change his attitude towards you.. he'll still keep his cool. Just bear in mind that so long he's proud to show you off to his family and friends and doesn't play away when you're around, think less of what happens in ur absence and focus on what connects you both for your bright future together. If you play that mature, he'll still choose you over all other girls |
doggedfighter:Overclassic mumu. My post was clear. There was no judgement in it, no abuse either. I didn't speak with finality also. Maybe u don't understand pidgin, lemme translate for you.. At last he may not make heaven.. not he did not. You sha want me to notice you. I've seen you o |
