Is there any other thing those good for nothing duderheads are good at besides squabbling over monies not due them?
Politics › Re: Oby Ezekwesili Accused Of Attending World Economic Forum In SA At This Time by omenka(m): 2:56pm On Sep 04, 2019
The government is handling the issue. The lady is free to travel wherever and whenever as long as her personal security is guaranteed. Besides, this could be a good opportunity to call the world's attention to the violent and unjustifiable actions of South Africans against black foreign nationals.

I make bold to say MOST of those lashing out and cursing at the top of their voices would spare not a second to reconsider a chance to go earn a legitimate buck or two in South Africa.

The thing is, most of us just fancy the herd mentality and can hardly think for ourselves, until others think and act. Leave some folks to themselves and youd have mosses grow on their brains due to acute inactivity.

every individual who looted that shop has always had the intention to steal. It's in their blood if not you won't steal another person's sweat and property.
We all condemn what happened in South Africa even for the fact that it affected my personal person over there but this is no justification
God bless you.

Celebrities › Re: Xenophobia: Burna Boy Reacts, Promises To Never Set Foot In SA Till Govt. Acts by omenka(m): 7:08am On Sep 04, 2019
Oh please. I love Burna but this here is lame. Question is, how often does he go to SA? Is there a pending invitation for him in SA? Is there a pending show?

Truth is, the issue will definitely be resolved before the need arises of him to be in that country.

I would have preferred he replied that shithead called AKA. That would have mattered more to some of us.
Politics › Re: Lere Olayinka Gets Blasted Over His Comment On Xenophobia by omenka(m):
Oh well, he had it coming. Sadly, he isnt alone in this, both FFK and Reno AS EXPECTED, treaded the same path.

They seize every opportunity and tragedy to play their ethnoreligious politics with no consideration whatsoever for the feelings of the victims.

These are the kind of people that would rather pour a gallon of kerosene into a pot of nkwobi as long as they arent guaranteed a plate from it.

What a shame.

Reckless emotional reactions. The people who work in these places are Nigerians and not Southies. When you rob them of their employment, are you gonna fend for them and their families?

Needless to say, this could be just another fake news front our tirelessly lying bloggers.

One thing about folks who tend to foresee evils that happen elsewhere is that they become blind whenever they try to peek into their own future.

So sad this prophet couldn't foresee the mass killings in his own backyard.

Celebrities › Re: Xenophobia: Kate Henshaw Under Fire Over Comment About Attacks In South Africa by omenka(m): 3:33pm On Sep 03, 2019
Emotions aside, she told no lie in her comment. That is not to justify the situation, not at all.

From the perspective of our country men and women engaging in crimes outside, precipitating these kind of backlash, she's right. In addition, from the perspective of our people hating themselves especially across ethnic, religious and political divide, she's also right. The way we treat ourselves at home influences the way strangers treat us outside.

Nevertheless, tempers and emotions are running high at the moment, therefore, anything other than sympathies and supportive words will be misconstrued as taking sides with the enemy.

God help us.

As terrible as the situation is, dont believe everything you see. We know bloggers have a terrible knack of telling blatant lies in situations like this.

This just might turn out to be a picture totally unrelated to the current situation.

Our sheikh Nnamdi Kanu who your government cut some nice deal for including granting him Biafra in some island with endless supply of naked women think your strategy of strike the Shepard and umu Biafra shall scatter is working. Chubhie:
Is this still the acclaimed Jubiril from Chadhuh Can Aisha Buhari confirm if this is the real Buhari or an impostor.
Matter of fact, i keep wondering why some still mention Buhari when they wail profusely. I mean, these were the same folks that insisted the person we see today isn't Buhari and that Buhari is dead simply because one nonentity, whose every word they swallow and obey (talk about zombies) hook line and sinker, said so!

How their brains function with these starkly contrasting beliefs really remain a mystery to me. cheesy
Politics › Re: What The Igbos Can Learn From The Yorubas - By Joe Igbokwe by omenka(m): 8:24pm On Jun 11, 2018
We must have also learned other unique things from them like sharing property to both male and female children, religious tolerance, ethnic tolerance, transferring legacies from generation to generation. Do you know that APC National Leader Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s wife is a Christian? Do you know that former Governor Fashola’s wife is a Christian? We can learn a lot from Yoruba. Yoruba too can learn from Igbo in areas of thinking home, business enterprise, self-help, apprenticeship, etc.

When GEJ marginalized Yoruba in his cabinet for five years despite been the most vocal in an effort to make him president, Yorubas didn't threaten anybody, they didn't abuse anybody, they simply fought in a peaceful & civilized way to effect a change in 2015 using their PVC
Speer right through the hearts of those children of hate and anger who consider these noble qualities as "slavery".

I give it up to the Yorubas.

Foreign Affairs › Re: President Donald Trump And Kim Jong-Un Arrive Singapore For Peace Talk(Photos) by omenka(m): 4:40pm On Jun 11, 2018
theoldpretender:
The reason why they are talking is....if the DPRK does not disarm, South Korea will ramp up its nuclear capability, the Japanese too would want their own bomb, as would several other South East Asian nations.

China too is also worried....what is aimed at the US can be aimed at them too....

Plus, NK does not have the ICBM capability to deliver a bomb (their annual budget is 1/4 that of South Korea's.).

NK is also badly run, poor and broke. They need these talks...before the government collapises...and causes problems for China and SK.
Did you say they don't have ICBM capability to deliver a bomb? At the risk of being proven wrong, I thought the analysis of the trajectory of their last missile test showed they can actually hit the US East Coast. Wasn't that what resulted in the escalation of tensions between the two countries and the war of words between their presidents (remember the "fire and fury" remark)?

Come what may, it is so refreshing seeing how the leader of South Korea leveraged on a simple sports event to precipitate with overly anticipated summit between Trump and Kim.

Well I hope Kim doesn't pull out of the summit Monday night.
Kim needs the talks more than Trump. We should hope Trump doesn't pull out, especially as he has made it abundantly clear he could if the direction of negotiations run afoul of the interest of the United States even in the slightest way.

Be that as it may, I believe even if the US abruptly pulls out, South Korea and North would still find a way to thrash out their personal differences and reach some resolutions which would see to an appreciable reduction in tensions within the Peninsula.

Nairaland General › Re: Family Going To Church Involved In Accident In Enugu, All Dead! (Graphic Pics) by omenka(m): 3:12pm On Jun 11, 2018
Terrible.

Below are a FEW reminders of what those exceptionally hateful and repugnant people who would want EVERYONE to sympathise with them over this very unfortunate incident said when it was reported Israeli snippers KILLED A DISABLED MAN.

I watched the show of shame from a distance knowing a time would come when they'd also count their loss. They do the same when people in the middle belt are killed, so much so that one of their leading organisations openly canvassed for the killing of more men, women and children from the middle belt.

When some of us say the things we say, y'all should understand we are "coming from somewhere".

You don't have everyone different from you and expect love in return.

May the souls of the departed rest in peace, amen.
