PDP has shown their disdain for Obaseki (or maybe it was the grassroot PDP members that did this) when, instead of WAITING to see how APC issue will swing, with respect to Obaseki, they quickly held their Primaries and by so doing, SHUT OUT ANY POSSIBILITY of Obaseki decamping and picking up their Governorship ticket, since he did not participate in their primaries.

PDP (or any other party for that matter!) will not even risk Obaseki now that APC has disqualified him based on forged Certificate because if they should win the Governorship election, the Supreme Court might just do a "Bayelsa Style" on them and give it to APC.
In short, Obaseki is bad market, he is finished, Politicially

I am a very strong supporter of black lives matter and I hate racism in all ramifications.................................... BUT when I sat back and watch the video in which Floyd was killed, something just tell me that in this whole murder episode, something is not just right..,......... If you watch the video carefully you will realize that the senior police officer intentionally & purposely wanted to kill Floyd, this was not a coincidence, this was a well planned, premeditated and perfect execution by the police officer, he pressed his knee on Floyd's neck and then relax there comfortably despite the plea from the junior officer to roll him (Floyd) over........................................... And then there was a person who video the whole episode without blinking and he wasn't even interrupted by any officer before and after the man's death and the camera man was not even hiding to film, but was right there in front of the policemen filming.............................. And also I just discovered that the policeman and Floyd were co-workers (as a bouncer).


I am neither an investigator nor acted in that capacity before but believe me something is fishy about all this,, this might be more than racism, there might be a larger picture here ........................................... Come to think of it, this is an election time and this is a Democrat state with a state controlled police force.
We all know that Floyd had criminal past and he is a former porn star, a perfect foil and a perfect choice of soft target to kill and get away with by his friends/police officer and then cause a maximum amount of racism unrest Nationwide........... And we also know that if you kill a blackman live on camera, there will be a national racism protest,..... We also know that this is a time of pandemic and everyone is free and they all will be at home, no school, no work, job losses, unemployment, death, anger etc a perfect foil for national protest and disaster,, and when this protest happen so many black people and others will join which will increase pressure on president Trump, also there will be increase in the number of Corona virus infection within the protesters, which in turn will overwhelmed health facilities/death and also put pressure on Mr TRump ................................. with all this points, I don't know what you feel oooooo, but I feel that there is a strong conspiracy here by politicians who carried out a perfect plan at a perfect time for 2020 election...... That senior policeman might be an agent sent to kill Floyd who happens to be an innocent sacrificial lamb to bring about national unrest,.... Believe me, the 3 junior officers are innocent, they were being used by their Superior...... As for the camera person, he might be an agent i.e paid to video the incident or might not be an agent i.e an ordinary citizen who was freely allowed by senior policeman to video the incident, in order to post it online for the world to see.. believe me, America police that I know will collect cameras and phone from everyone that video the incident especially as that man died.......... Let me asked this question, "of all the videos of racist killing by police in America that has ever leaked, which of the incidents was clearly video by anyone from A to Z with clean shot and posted online for the world to see?" As far as I am concerned other videos are always blur and shaking and camera man is always like playing hide and seek while trying to video the incident ............. There is more to this than meet the eyes.

If I were Trump, I would have ordered FBI to take over that case for proper investigation......... Investigate the person that call the police, investigate that divisional police office and inspector, investigate the camera man and investigate the senior policeman.

I would not be surprised if the killer police officer is released from prison when ever a Democrat is a president

Mine house is situated around Jibowu Lagos. You need to understand that, a new house is at least twice expensive than an old house. Even on mine street, there is room and parlor self contain that goes for 350k, 250K, but when you see mine own house, you would not like those cheap houses. I decided from the onset, am not building for poor tenants, I want rich and responsible tenants. Even all the tenants said they are comfortable with the 50k service charge. The house is neat, running water, if the water get K leg, less than 12 hours it would be solved. Know need chasing every tenants every month to pay 500 Naira each in other to pay the old woman that sweeps the compound, the woman sweeps, inform me at the end of the month and I pay her promptly, but don't 350k house, 250k house, to pay the woman cleaning the compound na wahala, na right, pay NEPA bill be wahala, if something spoil to repair na wahala.. I don't want people that have those kind of mentality in mine house so I package am well. I have just four tenants, the ground floor na two big shops which is used by me, I have less tenants, the house know get crowd. But those house of 250k, 350k na barracks.. The journey long bro... If you understand.... You understand.... Lol

Definely the house will always undergo repairs. I don't joke with mine house ohh. This year alone I have spend close to 200k doing one repair or the other... If I leave the repair undone, the problem would expand. After like three years Max, I would paint again. The senerio is, as a landlord don't be greedy, spend money on your house, so when you want to increase, know body go complain.

Another mistake landlords make is, you collect cheap rent, when you collect cheap rent, where do you want to get money to be used to maintain your house? If I have a room and parlor self contain and you paying 300k for city ohh, if anything spoil, I can't come and fix it, the 300k know reach me self for a year, but if tenants are paying 500k, I can still spend 100k to maintain the house for the tenants yearly. As a landlord, if you don't get things right from the beginning, you would be putting yourself in big trouble.
