I just saw a list of the most powerful people in the world, and I saw Dangote at number 64, and I am very happy about that as a Nigerian.

Supposing for once that power is a bad thing and anyone associated with it should be pulled down, would any fair minded person start pulling down Dangote first?
If Dangote is singled out for punishment, while all other 63 folks ahead of him are ignored, the first question any sane person would ask is WHO DID HE CROSS? HOW POWERFUL IS THAT PERSON HE CROSSED?

So, this is about POWER SHOW, and my anger is that those who are a showing power are not the president's best supporters.
How can you use a power that you never participated in building?
When you support a politician, that politician should not be used by your opponent to oppress you. It doesn't happen anywhere in the world.

I am hopeful that Jonathan is not used by his enemies against his best supporters, else he will lose double, and 2015 becomes a mirage for him.

Let's see how things unfold first.

In the past in this very forum I had wondered why Igbo ministers of aviation shied away from upgrading Enugu international airport. I was livid with rage when these Igbo ministers failed to take action even when Yar adua pronounced Enugu as an international airport.
It never occured to me that those ministers were afraid. But AFRAID OF WHAT? Well, Stella's ordeal answers that question adequately.

pazienza: Exactly. Force Stella out for stepping on Yoruba interest, get another Igbo to replace her so that people don't see it as ethnic motivated. This new Igbo person, haven seen the ordeal Oduah passed through, will not be too eager to step on Yoruba interest in the future. It's an old game the treacherous tribe from SW had mastered, any Igbo son not wise enough to see through this, deserves to be brought out in the open, and shot with a double barrel gun at a very very close range.

A lot of these lynch mob folks make this brainless argument that Stella can be replaced by another Igbo, but that is not even the point!
The point is POWER SHOW. They want to overawe and intimidate a serving Igbo minister and possibly humiliate her out of office as a LESSON TO OTHER IGBOS in government. If this succeeds, even if you bring the most capable hand to replace her, that hand would NEVER DARE to cross these tribalist lynch mob.
That is why every intelligent Igbo must stick with Stella over this issue.

That is Nigeria!

Their attendance is irrelevant. Attendance should be on the basis of tribe or even geopolitical regions. Current political parties are part of the problem and must not attend, else they will corrupt and mess up the whole process.

Okay, let me address those who claim that Stella should be replaced with another from SE.
My question to you is this: Since Bart Nnaji was replaced, can you say in all honesty that his replacement is better?
Second question, how many replacements have turned out better than original ones? Most of the time, replacements are used to do hatchet jobs.
Mark my works, any replacement in the aviation minister position will stop Enugu international airport development, because THAT IS THE ONLY BONE OF CONTENTION.
The question is how do we Ndigbo react to such?
For me, if Jonathan does this, I SHALL STOP SUPPORTING HIM and mount a serious online campaign to ask Ndigbo to sit at home in 2015 presidential polls. We are not fools, and YES we have a choice!

Dan Anyiam: Whether its her policy or Jonathans to make Enugu an International airport is no reason for us to légalisé corruption or to stand behind à corrupt public servant. The Yoruba dominated the aviation industry for years and in thé bid to protect their corrupt tribes men, they ran the whole thing to the ground. We can't make mistake. Which am afraid, is the story of dying Nigeria, were every side endevours to protect their own criminals, as it were.

This woman's ONLY crime is the internationalization of Enugu airport -nothing more!
She is the only minister of aviation courageous enough to give Igboland an international access, and haters have been having SLEEPLESS NIGHTS over this. She must have received threats to her life because of this, hence the purchase of bullet proof cars for herself and her foreign visitors.
Who can blame her for this, except those we are after her life for trying to equalize the country?

I hereby advise every person who would benefit from Enugu International Airport to stand FIRM and so NO to blood hounds who are baying for her blood!
This is not time for foolish patriotism: but who is patriotic in Nigeria except those fleecing and milking her dry anyway, those who feel that they captured the country and must dictate who gets what?

Nothing must happen to Stella Oduah. She is a GREAT minister and public servant. She has achieved more than those before her.
Jonathan must NOT listen to those who do not plan to support him in 2015 anyway. Removing Stella Odua can cost him Igbo support.
