PoliticsRe: Dora Akunyili Should Keep Her Mouth Shut And Accept Her Defeat! by Onlytruth(m): 3:39pm On Apr 29, 2011
. . . and I would add that Dr Dora Akunyili would have made a better senator BY FAR.
She is COMPLETELY FEARLESS, and as a result, can speak out in defense of our interests at the national assembly without hesitation or equivocation.  cool

Much as I like Onwa (Ngige) a lot, I see him as a pure politician who may hesitate before saying anything that can jeopardize his personal political position. Ngige would make a great chief executive -state or federal - because he understands diplomacy and deft politics. He would not make a good senator at all.

We just lost an opportunity to have a SOLID voice at the senate.  cool
PoliticsRe: Dora Akunyili Should Keep Her Mouth Shut And Accept Her Defeat! by Onlytruth(m): 3:15pm On Apr 29, 2011
@Gbawe,

I hate it when folks make up stories to shore up their otherwise weak positions.

Dora Akunyili NEVER said that she left the "GEJ government" to save her marriage. She said she left PDP to save her marriage. Both are not the same thing, and any responsible woman would, because I speculate that dem don nyash all those PDP women tire. cool

As for her losing this election, people should remember that she lost by not up to 300 votes. It not only shows that she engaged a really big masquerade in Anambra; it shows that she is REALLY popular because only FEW would even come close to Ngige in today's Anambra state.

So, folks should spare us their condescending trash and mind their own states.

The Onwa of Anambra state is one of our political assets. If you value him at ACN, then make him your Presidential Candidate in 2015. Else, folks should just STFU!

lol,

Soon some of these northerners will start fulfilling their destinies at the Hague.
PoliticsRe: North-south Dialogue. What Southerners Misunderstand by Onlytruth(m): 7:31am On Apr 26, 2011
Yes, power should not return to the core north for many many years, if ever.

It should rotate in south and middle belt.

Those guys need to repent first, or they should be kept away from power.
PoliticsRe: Arrest Me If You Can, Buhari Dares Jonathan <Misleading> by Onlytruth(m): 6:30am On Apr 26, 2011
@Papabrowne

You hit the nail on the head. When I said that the world has changed, daft Nigerians were busy talking trash as usual.

Buhari can be jailed.

The jailers will not be Nigerians, but does it have to be?

The man should be very careful, or he can destroy himself and the north.
Their days of ruling Nigeria are GONE FOR GOOD. cool

He can be jailed by the enforcers of international mores. cool
PoliticsRe: Arrest Me If You Can, Buhari Dares Jonathan <Misleading> by Onlytruth(m): 2:58am On Apr 26, 2011
Be careful of what you wish for, 'cos you might get it.

Buhari clearly is still living in the past.

One advice to him: The world has changed; anything can happen. cool

The promised land may be around the corner.
I don't see these northerners ever stopping their barbarism. That is the guarantee that Nigeria will split.
2015 may be the year, because the signs are there.
PoliticsRe: Fg To Build Petro-chemical Plant In Anambra by Onlytruth(m): 5:27pm On Apr 25, 2011
The human resources is some of the best in the world too. cool
A God's own land.

For now,we will continue to bless Nigeria with our resources.

cool cool cool
PoliticsRe: Fg To Build Petro-chemical Plant In Anambra by Onlytruth(m): 5:19pm On Apr 25, 2011
Personally, I was concerned before the elections that GEJ was not making any promises to Ndigbo, but I kept hearing that he has some big plans for us. Well, time has come for him to share some of those plans and begin work on them (after being sworn in).
Like I said before, if he completes these projects,we well support him again in 2015. Everybody else should wait. cool
PoliticsRe: Fg To Build Petro-chemical Plant In Anambra by Onlytruth(m): 5:15pm On Apr 25, 2011
Yea my brother. Igboland is very much blessed.

We have more oil and gas than many countries of the world. cool
PoliticsRe: Fg To Build Petro-chemical Plant In Anambra by Onlytruth(m): 5:04pm On Apr 25, 2011
hehehe!

Suddenly folks are coming here to throw water on a big deal. Jealousy is powerful. undecided

My question to these so called pessimists is this: Did we know the amount of gas in this basin before now? NO

Unless you have proof that the figures released by current government is exaggerated, then, you are the fools.

Again I see them making the distinction between Anambra basin and Anambra state.
The basin extends beyond the state, but is well within Igboland.FACT.

The last estimate of oil in the basin was 1 billion barrels. So, folks learn to live with it.

The mere fact that the government is even talking about it at all, is a major leap never seen before in Nigeria.

This is just one of such information suppressed for many years, leading to some N.delta group always yapping that Igbo will not share in their oil. Fact is that we won't need to, 'cos we have ours. undecided

Now that the GEJ government has made the promise to make the area the gas capital of Africa, we will hold his feet to fire to fulfill that promise. cool

If he does,we will support him again for second term, .or even a third term. cool cool Nonsense.

@some Igbo here supporting these jealous mor-ons, unu anudikwara ara nne unu? undecided
PoliticsRe: From A Buhari Supporter - This Nonsense Has To Stop Now! by Onlytruth(m): 9:09am On Apr 25, 2011
The only tribunal Buhari should be heading to is the ICC at The Hague. cool
PoliticsRe: Fg To Build Petro-chemical Plant In Anambra by Onlytruth(m): 8:51am On Apr 25, 2011
Nice!

This is a sign of things to come.

Maybe will find the money to build those new towns as well as redesign and expand the old ones. cool

@ Onlytruth

Going by these elections if that candidate aint PDP. Then that block voting will be irrelvant
lol,

That was the first thing I told ekt-bear.
The SW aint PDP.

So, they can't win.  cool
PoliticsRe: Ss/se Vote: 96 Percent Of Black Voters Supported Obama In 2008 by Onlytruth(m): 9:11am On Apr 24, 2011
Apart from SS, the biggest winners in this presidential elections is SE because we proved that:

(1) We can vote en-block for one candidate

(2) We can vote en-block for a non-SE candidate

Armed with those two solid weapons, we can enter into agreements with NC and SS for presidential politics in Nigeria. cool
PoliticsRe: Ss/se Vote: 96 Percent Of Black Voters Supported Obama In 2008 by Onlytruth(m): 9:03am On Apr 24, 2011
Fact remains that you did not vote for Jonathan. You simply stayed home.

So, who will trust you again?
PoliticsRe: Ss/se Vote: 96 Percent Of Black Voters Supported Obama In 2008 by Onlytruth(m): 9:00am On Apr 24, 2011
@ekt-bear,

I asked you a  question which you avoided.
Who will enter into a political alliance with you when you only vote for yourself? NE?NW?

Mind you that those regions love power more than you. grin

Your backside was exposed in this election.

You have to be trustworthy to enter into political alliance.
You are effectively back to early 1960s position.

The nerve of you to make demands of NW and NE! undecided undecided undecided
PoliticsRe: Ss/se Vote: 96 Percent Of Black Voters Supported Obama In 2008 by Onlytruth(m): 8:38am On Apr 24, 2011
^^

You can turn out all you want, you are not PDP remember? You are ACN.

Secondly, you are untrustworthy and selfish. You cannot (genetically speaking) vote for non-Yoruba.
Who will enter into political alliance with you? NE and NW?
They cannot trust you because you stabbed Ribadu in the back. undecided

Within the four years of GEJ presidency,we will consolidate our alliance with NC.
They are trustworthy. cool
PoliticsRe: Ss/se Vote: 96 Percent Of Black Voters Supported Obama In 2008 by Onlytruth(m): 7:54am On Apr 24, 2011
@Ezeuche,

I think that we (SE) and SS should create a permanent political alliance with the NC. That way, we can keep power in these three zones for as long as we want. cool

The SW is not trustworthy, and this election (in which they stayed at home than vote for even Ribadu of their own party ACN) proves this point clearly. They would NEVER vote for non-Yoruba, therefore, they must never be allowed again to rule.

SE, SS and NC are very trustworthy and stable. Voting as a block,we can always win presidential elections in Nigeria.

This is the biggest discovery of this year's presidential elections politics. cool
PoliticsRe: UN To Investigate Buhari For Possible Crimes Against Humanity by Onlytruth(m): 7:39am On Apr 24, 2011
hehehe! grin

E be like say Papabrowne carried out his threat afterall. cool

This is the best news out of Nigeria in many years.

Some of you southerners supporting Buhari are really sick I swear.

So,there has not been enough killing of southerners in northern Nigeria for you?
You cannot even think again, just because he was your candidate?

Tufiakwa!

@ekt-bear,

Dude I'm doubly disappointed that someone who lives in the US like you could be supporting a 19th century character like Buhari who has the blood of Nigerian youth corpers in his hands, thanks to his extremist incitement of his illiterate supporters.
Shame on you dude! angry

It is only a matter of time before all mass murderers in Nigeria are brought to justice.
International opinion has changed permanently regarding these types of crimes.

Nigeria has changed too, because Ibori is serving his jail term in London without the meddling of Nigerian government.
Buhari will serve his soon. cool
