That something i can't understand, why the ministry of foreign affairs never do anything to help Nigerians

IGBOSON1:
^^^That useless country is lucky i'm not the President! I'd long since have demanded for a full investigation....right from the very first senseless murder of any Nigerian, and full compensation to the family of the victim! Either that, or diplomatic relations between the two countries would have to be reviewed...as well as taking the issue as far as the Hague!

Let them try that nonsense with an American citizen!

We are calling on the ministry of foreign affairs to investigate this matter to the fullest, the issue of malaysian police brutalizing and killing Nigerians is becoming too much

PoliticsRe: BREAKING News::Why Global Leaders Boycotted Buhari’s United Nation’s Address by onoja12: 1:17am On Oct 01, 2015
Come why is it paining you people, you said you wouldn't give us weapons,we said ok,and went on to fight our battles ourself, now we are winning you want to come and play hero,we say no to that.Nigeria is an independent state and we would attend meetings we feel like attending not the one you want us to attend

Marksule:
■ A conclave of world leaders, international media, and other delegates who thronged the United Nation’s General Assembly’s seventieth session were nowhere to be found when Muhammadu Buhari, President of Nigeria, addressed the general debate on September 28, and the poor outing was conspicuously appalling.

What seemed like a mass boycott of President Buhari’s speech may be associated with his nonchalant attitude and a lack of seriousness in communicating severe security issues related to the Boko Haram killings, it was gathered. International Guardian’s correspondent in New York for the event reported a lonely frazzled speaker, sweltering as he imperceptibly picked his words from a written script. “At some point, I thought he was talking to himself,” said Joel McHenry, another delegate, a Canadian-based observer who spoke to our newsroom.

Another delegate associated with the United States office of the Secretary of States categorically labelled Buhari’s absence and attitude over issues of security as “utterly dismissive.” “World leaders are so engaged with regions serious about their agenda, and Nigeria has not shown that enthusiasm,” he said. In July, International Guardian reported how President Muhammad Buhari’s exorbitant visit to the United State emitted some horrible stakes causing the White House to voice out complete disappointed about a total lack of preparedness by the Nigerian contingent to discuss vital issues about both countries. The Obama administration had also decried a poor presentation of policy needs and updates made by the Nigerian leader.

President Buhari’s UN outing has equally been riddled with controversy over poor logistics, lackadaisical preparations, and process incomprehensibility. First, he had missed a United Nation’s meeting in which countries affected by Boko Haram's violence pleaded for assistance for those displaced by the insurgency. In a region where millions are being displaced by the Islamist outfit, Nigeria’s absence from this meeting was seen as blow to a global collaboration for assistance over war against terrorism. For instance, a few weeks ago, the Geneva-based International Organization for Migration estimated that at least 2.1m Nigerians have been displaced since the group began violence in 2009.

Another embarrassment yet plagued President Buhari's outing when he was prevented from meeting Pope Francis for arriving late at the facility, and aimlessness using the wrong gate. As a process, presidents, governmental heads, and delegates are expected to arrive early for UN engagements, and facilitators often brief diplomatic officers ahead of time to avoid process failures. It was not clear what happened in President Buhari’s case as his entourage, handlers, and the Nigerian embassy staff were busy trading blames about the shameful outings.
It may be recalled that in July, the President fired all non-career Nigerian ambassadors in foreign countries in what he called an effort to "reposition the country’s foreign policies." In September consequently, he announced a proposed shutdown of some Nigerian Embassies and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, claiming his actions would cut down costs and wasteful spending. Since these changes, operations at most Nigeria’s foreign offices have been disorderly and structurally unproductive. It was not clear if the prevailing rigid work environment in these offices was the cause of President Buhari’s UN humiliation, but as one of the Nigerian delegates who anonymously spoke to International Guardian in New York put it, “I will not make guesses, but I can assure you that heads will roll.”

quote me ,he is very right most especially those brought up by women,if it is a male child, the wife is in trouble because his mother would run his house and his wife would become a maid,if it is a woman, infact the man is best dead.the mother would use the daughter to suck the life out of her husband,in the end the marriage must fail because the mother would see no reason for it to last.go and check all those claiming to be feminist, you would quickly discover that they are either from broken homes or they are divorced

yetseyi:
You are entitled to your opinion but using the word "most" in the first paragraph is wrong. Just say the ones you know. So children from complete families are the only ones taught how to keep a relationship or home together right?

Are you saying one should not find out the marriage ideals and conflict resolution methods of a "product" of a complete home because it is assumed that once you are from a complete home your marriage ideals are the best.

what is wrong with some men,you are trying hard to make your friend a sinner when he has commited no sin.have you slept with his wife before or you dey eye am.fact would always be fact, like you said she is refusing to do her duties,so because a man is a professional cook means that his wife would stop cooking for him.ok since the wife is equally an earner let her take over all the expensises of the house.call a spade a spade the woman won dey mess up soon 4 month is not too long for him to return back to the streets as i always use to say if the job is too much for her then get her a deputy as a caring husband who doesnt want his wife over worked.

martyns303:
One of my friend just got married four months ago and already there is fuss in his marriage. I have known both of the couple right from when their relationship was a hide and seek thing to when both families became involved, needless to say I know them very well and they are a perfect match. Let me start by introducing the guy, he used to be my roommate back in school, friends usually tease him calling him "100 yards husband material" for his attributes, this guy can keep the room sparkling clean all day and cooks better than some of our moms, not exaggerating.

He wedded his girlfriend just a month after her final exams, she is 24 (my friend is 27). 2 days ago he came to my place complaining that his wife seldom cooks and that he can count the number of times she had cooked. I told him maybe she is intimidated by his cooking, but he says he doesn't mind and just want her to do her wifey duties. I called his wife and asked her what's going on, and she said he had always cooked while they were dating and don't know why he his fussing now.

From what I can deduce, my guy is trying to be authoritative, he kept using the phrase "I am the man", he have the time as his job is flexible, so cooking shouldn't be a problem, at the same time the wife is failing to do her duties. I don't know how to advice them without taking sides.

The wife is a registered NLer, so am sure she will see this and get the necessary advice.

Lalasticlala please help this young couple.

CareerRe: Official Car For Assistant Manager, Nothing For The Manager by onoja12: 12:36am On Sep 14, 2015
pride goes before a fall, rather than you thanking God for the privilege .it is greed that you are after was an official car in your contract?my people say when a chicken gets into a new land it stand with one leg until it has mastered the ground

StealthIdeals:
I was recently employed in a farm as an assistant manager. I studied animal production and health. The manager studied political science. Since the resumption at the farm, I direct all activities ranging from feed formulation in the feedmill, animal treatments and handling, biosecurity measure, arable farming etc. The management hold meetings with me alone concerning farm reports, feed managements, sales and anything that concerns the farm's progress. They specifically hired me 'cause animal farming is my field. Note that I'm an expert in animal production and health, agronomy, and agricultural economics. So, I see myself as the manager, cause the only thing the manager does is withdrawing money in the banks to procure farm inputs as a result of decisions reached by me and the management. The manager is using official car, but I'm using nothing. I have no problem with him using the car, but I see it as an insult on my person. Should I protest?

Rubbish JPmorgan my foot, from what i am reading JPmorgan,is saying they are losing control of Nigerian index so they are opting out,Mrs Havard sold us into slavery of western financial institution.please remind me what do we need JP morgan's rating for,if not to borrow money.i ask does Nigeria need debt and the answer is in the negative,Mrs Havard seat on the largest revenue Nigeria every made in its life, but miraculously ended up with the lowest savings ever and the highest borrowing ever.so the question remains what happen to all the money?

SenseiX:
Brace yourselves welfare seeking Nigerians, tough times are ahead.
The economy is heading for a recession by the last quarter of the year and if Iran is allowed to release more oil into the already over saturated oil market, oil price might even fall below $40.....
In the midst of all this, the country is yet to get an economic Marshall plan and even an economic team.
Okonjo Iweala's tireless efforts placed the Nigerian economy on a pedestal, kept us at constant 7% growth, single digit inflation, got us into the bond index etc while Bubu's body language or is it body odour grin has got us here.

RomanceRe: Woman Applies ‘make Up’ On Her Face Before Accepting Her Man’s Proposal (photos) by onoja12: 8:29pm On Sep 08, 2015
fairy tale story and from the story line you know it is the woman who wrote this and from what she wrote you can tell that marriage wouldn't last because she seems like somebody who lives in a fairy tale world.

AmicableEd:
Ladies, how would you rather react when your soulmate eventually pops the ‘will you marry’ question?

The other day, a lady ran away at first impulse when she sighted the ring, but this time, the lady in question, Afaa chose to apply make up on her face first smiley

You see, Afaa and Percy will be getting married in December but they have been gracious enough to share their beautiful love and proposal story with us, enjoy!
Their love story

Afaa and Percy have got a Never say Never love story, that is, fight for what you believe in and go for what you want, yea go for it.

Percy first spotted Afaa in September 2013, at Nnamdi Azikwe Airport in Abuja when she was returning to Port- Harcourt after attending her sister’s law call to bar ceremony in Abuja.

In that moment, Percy said to himself, this is my wife but he could not foster the courage to walk up to her so he just sat there and admired her from a distance till her flight was announced and she walked away to board the plane.

Fast forward to June 2014, he attended a party with that same colleague of his and while the party was ongoing, Afaa walked in with her twin sister and a friend.

Percy quickly rushed over to her with his friend by his side and he ensured that the latter introduced him to her.

Trying to play nice, Percy offered to get her drinks but she turned down the request, he also asked for a dance but got turned down too. Well this time, Percy was determined and bold so he kept pushing. When it seemed he wasn’t getting attention, he went down on his knees and pleaded saying

“Dear Afaa, I won’t leave til I have your number and permission to call you”.

The act made her smile.

However, she promised to give him the phone number another day, that is, when next she saw him.

After a while she walked out of the party and got into her car ready to drive off, only for Percy to show up in front of the car saying “you will hit me today if you don’t give me your number.”

Afaa was like “Dude, are you this desperate…”

It was really funny but Afaa’s twin sister persuaded her to give him the phone number. It wasn’t until he got the number that he let her drive off.Soon, the phone calls began.

Afaa wasn’t totally receptive but she picked up the calls and spoke to him not withstanding, she kept posting him until one day when she randomly decided to meet with him and have dinner.

The dinner was like magic, they clicked, they chatted all through the evening…they went on multiple dates afterwards and soon became inseparable.

Five months after, on the 13th of December Percy proposed to her at a close knit inter-family get together night which held at her elder brother’s house.

He proposed with a long heartfelt speech, beautiful roses, 18k diamond ring with blue rubies.

Afaa who was the only one that didn’t see the proposal coming (He planned it with everyone at the get together) was stunned.

She blinked and immediately called her twin sister to help put up a little make up on her face.

“I don’t want to look plain in the photos” she said.

Everyone burst into laughter. After the make up was done, she smiled, accepted the ring and said Yes!

Aww.

RomanceRe: 8 Things Guys Will Do When They Are Seriously In Love by onoja12: 5:37pm On Sep 06, 2015
na woman come know about men pass men.you one wound

reminiscing:
I have lots of male friends,in fact I love to keep them as friend even my parent know that very well.In my little study about guys and my interactions with them,I discovered that guys actually could get seriously in love with a girl and when they do,these are the signs

1.He will always want to be with you
It is possible for a guy to be always busy but the truth is,if a guy truly loves a girl,he will try to create time out of his busy schedule just to be with her.

2.He feels so confident about you
That moment when you step into a place and he walks up to you and tell you how georgous you look even though you are not putting on the best of clothes. If he sees beauty in you when others think of you as ugly,That's a sign.

3.When he is willing to wait
He may be one guy who loves sex and loves making out with whoever he dates but when he decides to wait till he is committed "married" before he dig it down with you then it means he thinks of you as special. He loves you..

4.When he introduces you to his friends and family
When a guy loves you,he wont hesitate to do the needful because He feels lucky having you and he is scared of loosing you to another guy.

5.He always want to be seen in public with you by his side
When he takes you out to every occasion he attends,it doesn't mean he is selfish/overprotective of you.it means he feels confident about you and he loves you.He doesn't see the relationship as just a joke and he is ready to invest his time and his resource to build up lovely memories.

6.When he sees you and smile even though he is upset
When your guy seem to be upset with everything and everybody around him but immediately you show up he smiles like kilode........That is a sign that you mean a lot to him.

7.When he respect your privacy and is concerned about your success
when he respect the fact that you need to work or study and in most cases he's willing to burn the night with you just to make sure you achieve your goal successfully. Then he loves you

8.When he tell you crazy things and does crazy things
When he tells you how many times he purged that morning after eating something funny, how had to sneak into the kitchen to taste what you were cooking when you were not looking, when he still kisses from you wen you are not looking....That means he sees you as a friend, confidant and as his love.

Please feel free to add yours,I dedicate this topic to the broken hearted ladies.May you find love
