Even without use of courier services to deliver the processed passports, once an appointment is fixed for the applicant to be present on the hour, the applicant can be there and the passport processed in less than one hour and passport given to the applicant same hour.

Do we also blame such occurrence on western colonization!

It's becoming very difficult to trust anything African even when its on genuine accredited documents!

Everything can be legitimately falsified! Birth certificate, university certificate, bank statement, pay slip, drivers license, just name it!

I gave up when WES verified a fake result!
Up till today, there are many areas of Nigeria where birth is not registered. Some Nigerian groups still hide under religious practices to keep themselves far from modernity.
Remember when use of crash helmets to ride motorcycles was introduced in Nigeria, the northern states of Nigeria cited religious contradiction to refused use of tcrash helmet. The law died.

But Buhari himself had immediately after leaving office warned that anyone who would call him out for any investigation must be in trouble.
Tinubu agrees.
Emefiele is the scape goat or the fall guy. Calling out the others mentioned here is like inching towards investigation of Buhari.
Buhari has enormous powers derived from the skewed and lopsided political structure of Nigeria. The political structure which leaves undue large number of states and political representation to the Buhari North is a stumbling block to any investigation on Buhari and his henchmen.

Extremely NOT.

I used to be that person that over show poor people kindness, but recently I have realised that poor people see what you have and believe you don't deserve it, they look at you & ask themselves why they are not in your position. Anytime someone notices my freehandedness in giving out money, they always try to come up with issues from the family that is of no business of mine just to syphon money out of me.

Today their mother has a broken leg, tomorrow their sister is pregnant but doesn't have money to pay for hospital bills, next tomorrow their Dad is in the hospital and needs 250k for surgery. Their needs are endless.

I still have an open hand to giving to the poor but strategically, I do it to buy loyalty now because the only thing the Nigerian system understands is MONEY.

During Xenophobia retaliation attacks in Jakande Lekki, I saw poor people looting out franchised Shop Rite and their usual tone & consensus was that the Rich owns the place, they buy from there. Why should they be able to purchase those things while we are not able to do the same. I saw old women in their 50s, Men, Ladies & other able bodied men loot electronics and goods from honest people's market with an excuse that they are poor. Random big cars on the road in Jakande were attacked & the excuse was that they are rich, they are the ones stealing Nigerians money.

The poor lives on survival instinct, I can never feel guilty for enjoying the riches God gave me & also from the work I did.

Let them go & work!
Nobody works for charity sake. But there are the majority in Nigeria who work from morning to night but still remain extremely poor, while the connected to political offices steal the country dry and remain exceedingly rich without any real work.

This tribal angle holds no water. Much of Lagos that you see today was developed with Cocoa money under the Western Region. The Ikeja, Matori and Ilupeju industrial estates, Ikeja GRA, Palmgrove and so much more. Many of the buildings on Broad St and Marina were built by Odua Investment Company. In summary, Lagos territory stopped around Fadeyi and Surulere.
The overhead bridges, flyovers and other modern development infrastructures that started the new Lagos urbanisation were built with crude oil money from the SS and SE. Stop lying to yourself.

Their useless central system of government made them look for a more centralized location. Simple.
The southern regions of Nigeria detest central system of government. The north loves central government system.
But how come only Hausa-Fulani have successfully stopped all the southern regions from having a decentralised system of government?
Bola Ahmed Tinubu campaigned for decentralisation of government/political restructuring for more than ten years. Or are southerners empty vessels and opportunists?
Politics › Re: How The Federal Capital OF Nigeria Was Moved From Lagos To Abuja. by onuman: 10:21am On Jan 09, 2024
"The Panel, led by Justice Akinola Aguda, recommended that the Federal Capital Territory (FCT)".
Southwesterners quickly moved in droves to Abuja following the recommendations of Akinola Aguda.

Most Easterners in Lagos remained behind in Lagos. The federal infrastructures of Lagos were abandoned to decay.
Taxes of the Easterners and others remaining in Lagos started to be used to build up the infrastructures of Lagos.

Today, the houses and businesses of those Easterners are being demolished by Tinubu led govt. because the Easteners in Lagos didn't vote Tinubu during the last presidential election. Crude and primitive vendetta.

In other climes, military and police fear and respect the laws of the land more than the civilian population.
Because the soldiers and police can be easily fired by their superiors at any slight breach of the law.
The lance corporal soldier should not have agreed to the Okada rider taking him driving on wrong lane of the road.
The senior army officer was scolding gov Sanwo Olu because the officer still has the false belief that soldiers are superior to elected government officials.

NIGERIA WILL BE GREAT
Not even a Messiah or a miracle will make Nigeria great again, considering the country's lopsided political structure and governance system. Northern military dictators who sewed 20 new federating units in the old Northern region but allowed only 17 new federating units in the two southern regions, killed Nigeria due to their greed to make Northern Nigeria be politically and economically ontop of all in Nigeria. For balance, there should have been equal number of states between the three regions that formed Nigeria in 1960.

Amotekun what?

A country where regions establish a militia to ward off or kill off undesirable, or terrorist elements, from another region of the same country; such a country is not supposed to be one country. It's supposed to do the right thing - break up into smaller manageable countries.
By the way, Amotekun is unconstitutional in Nigeria.

Some sections of Nigeria have continued to allow cheap cash from crude oil in the Niger delta region deny them the truth that Nigeria is not supposed to remain one country. Europeans would have divided Nigeria into many new countries if Nigeria is in Europe.

TO THE T.Y. DANJUMAS AND OTHERS IN THE MIDDLE BELT.
The goodness in one's country is about how happy one is with one's country, not how big or how rich one's country is. Arewa 12 sharia states had since 1999 adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system, and indirectly drew the boundary for its Arewa Islamic Republic. The Boko Haram that followed as well as the bandits and killer Fulani herdsmen all have the same objective for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.
So long Nigeria exists, so long will the Fulanis come from the Sahel region to kill in Nigeria for land and religious expansionism.
There are too many sovereign countries in the UN with population less than 200,000 people, less than the population of Jos. Declare a Sovereign state for the Middle belt region to save yourselves and your unborn generations. The SW and SE regions shall back you up as well as declare their various sovereign countries. The SS may have many new sovereign countries to emerge from it. That solves the problem of having the most dysfunctional country on earth, Nigeria.

At this point , States should start banning Cow meat and Herdsmen activities,, all Cows from the North should be reversed whence they came , the ones in Southern Nigeria sent back to the North .

You can't continue killing Southerners in their own land , then we will continue buying your evil cow meat , thereby giving you funds to continue buying bullets and ammunitions to take over our land .

The Southern youths should unite like they did in End Sars and hit the streets again since the Governors and Politicians are too corrupt and scared to call the shots .

Enough is enough.
Nobody or govt can ban cow meat and Fulani herdsmen from any part of Nigeria because many groups share one country, Nigeria.

Solution is if any group feels endangered in Nigeria, the group can opt out of Nigeria.
But Presence of crude oil in the Niger delta wouldn't allow the Yoruba opt out of Nigeria.
For how long does the Yoruba expect Amotekun to fight off armed Fulani herdsmen? Not possible, under one Nigeria. Definite borders for a sovereign Oduduwa Republic

Under the Democrats administration of Joe Biden, fearful wars have enveloped the earth, to the point we are at the brink of a nuclear war.
Trump even made peace with North Korean leader. The Democrats have no tools for global peace making.

Politics › Re: Obasanjo Visits Iwuanyanwu, Holds Meeting With Ohanaeze Leaders by onuman: 11:59am On Jan 06, 2024
Obasanjo knows the problem of Nigeria which is the fraudulent 36 states political structure created by northern military dictators between 1967-1996. Obasanjo as president of Nigeria tried to use his National Political Reforms Conference to alter the political structure in a democratic setting.

But the conference came to an abrupt end after the north joined by a section of the Yoruba refused the slight increment from 13% reward to oil producing states.
Iwuanyanwu knows the problems of Nigeria is from the skewed political structure.

Tinubu crisscrossed all the SW region asking for political restructuring of Nigeria between 1999 to 2010.
In counties formed by different regions, land mass or population figures is NEVER used as yardstick to create too many new states or local government areas in a region with large land mass or high population.
At best, there should have been equal number of states between the three regions that formed Nigeria in 1960.
Since 1999, having 20 states in the northern region arrogates excess political and economic powers to Hausa-Fulani-led northern region.
Restructure Nigeria politically in a sovereign National Conference now.
