A jury is a body of individuals sworn to give a decision on some matter submitted to them.
The FBI agents got sworn into office the day they were employed.

In tinubu's case, he has no hand in the illegal dealings which brought the money into his account. The money doesn't belong to him and he has no knowledge where it came from!

However, IRS found out the money came from a drug trade! IRS involved DEA for more thorough investigation but tinubu wasn't involved! This was why he only forfeited the money and he wasn't charge for any crime!

Can you swear that Tinubu did not know that the source of the huge sums of money he was keeping safe in his account was from drug trafficking?
American prisons are usually full. They shy away from keeping every offender of the law in prison. In Europe which has similar problems of cutting down budgets on feeding prisoners; they keep some criminals under house arrest. Tinubu's forfeiture sentence was like taking his money to feed other prisoners, insstead of adding him to the number of prisoners to feed by the state.

formal declaration by the verdict of a jury or the decision of a judge in a court of law that someone is guilty of a criminal offence."
A jury is a body of persons
that examine a case and give a verdict.

The jury in Tinubu's drug case was the body of persons who found him guilty of drug trafficking offences and passed sentence of forfeiture.
It was not just one person that ordered Tinubu to forefeit the drug trafficking money.

Forfeiture of illegal money from drugs is is the same as found guilty of criminal offence. It does not necessarily mean that anyone found guilty of an offence goes to prison.

vote numbers entirely written on them, on transit from the polling units to INEC offices. That's what the new Electoral Act of 2022 was made to offset.
The old law on manual collation of votes by INEC was set aside by the Electoral Act of 2022 which stipulated system for electronic transmission of vote results.

Hahaha as a lawyer of many many years standing I can tell you that their defence is simple. The electoral act does not consider irev as part of the voting chain simple. They don't need to start putting up ten witnesses that will confuse each other. Their argument is simple. Irev was botched but us not part of the voting process laid out in the Act. LP is trying to insinuate a process from statements made by inec officials. Inec is holding on to the electoral act process. Which is what the court will rule on. Slam dunk case.

It's simple for inec. No sweat. No drama.

It's only a DOG who would spend billions of Naira to make Electoral Act of 2022, and spent billions of Naira to establish a system for electronic transmission of vote results, to make elections more transparent, and vowed before the public that no other method except electronic transmission of vote results would be used for the general elections; but later goes back to the manual collation of votes he set out to jettison, all in the bid to SELECT the octogenarian Tinubu who forged certificate of birth, to become president of Nigeria.

The biggest mistake Atiku/Obi made is to rush to court and then allow INEC/Tinubu get on the defensive lastly. I know Atiku isn't really serious about his court case, but Obi assuming he had a case to really prove shouldn't have rushed in to present first. But then again, that would be an impossible procedure in court. When Tinubu starts his defense this week, he's just going to look for 1000 different loopholes in the "evidences" presented and knock out all their cases before lunch break.
Obi allowed emotions and the energy of his headless mob push him into political irrelevance. He had a great support and goodwill from well meaning Nigerians in the onset till it took a dark turn by his followers. I heard someone presented the EU report released recently as evidence. Such a huge joke! Where was EU report when Trump Supporters were hijacking the US Capitol the other day? France is burning today right under their nose, but they can't write a report too. Clowns.

Electoral Act of 2022 was made to have a transparent election from 2013 presidential election onward.
The Act provided for Electronic transmission of vote results from BVAS to INEC portal. Billions of Naira were spent to provide electronic transmission system for vote results.
Before the election, INEC vowed publicly that no other method except electronic transmission of vote results would be used for the general elections.

Voters cast their votes. After votes were cast, INEC went behind and disabled the system for electronic transmission of vote results of presidential election.
INEC went behind and cooked vote figures to announce Tinubu as president-elect.
FRAUD.

Be educated: if you live in Rigasa, you are constitutionally allowed to vote in Rigasa during the general elections.
It's most stupid to live in Rigasa but return to Yoruba land to cast your vote during the general elections.

Exactly some people don't know the psychology behind this. The H. Sapien prolongs life basically on therapy. A disagreement between only one wife and husband, is a serious cancer. But the quarrels between his wives is like a therapy. The man thinks to himself "oh they are fighting over my dik.." that fight is also a check on individual behavior of the ladies, a battle to become better in behavior and disposition.

The fight between children and wives in polygamy, is the first real experience of the real world that should push you to success, if you have sense.

Other Yoruba people own landed properties in the east.
They vote in general elections in the east. They don't have to travel to Yoruba land or to Lagos to vote. Because Lagos is more urbanised than other states in Nigeria, many of you want us to see Lagos as a sovereign country on its own.
You don't see that Lagos was built with proceeds from crude oil of the Niger Delta region.
