Can you prove it
Comprehension necessary after reading: did you not understand the fact that because INEC admitted that the IReV failed, is enough reason to cancel the results of the presidential election?
Proving that the manually transferred Form EC8As were tampered must not arise. A vow was made by INEC that no other method outside electronic transmission of vote results would be used for the general elections of 2023. Only a judge from the moon would ignore the INEC vow but ask for proof that manually transferred Form EC8As were tampered.

Your Boko Haram that emerged after your lords adopted sharia crimimal laws, must have reached Kenya; or the Bandits that are offshoot of Boko Haram, must have reached Kenya. IPOB is a non violent organisation.

Parasite. The fear of IPOB is the beginning of your wisdom, so you try to smear a harmless organisation which has no violence as its motto.

Irev uploaded all elections except presidential election.

The answer to that is "there was a glitch "

Lol... Tinubu must be such a powerful man to now make all INEC staff and personnels to turn to professional liars in this administration and onwards.

Time Will come when INEC staffs will not acknowledge any interview to any Nigeria media.

Their chairman Mahmoud Yakubu has distanced himself far from Nigeria media and we might not see him again.
The SERVER DENIAL SCANDAL IN COURT in the 2019 election court hearing by these same criminals of INEC should have been good reason to sack them from INEC.
BUT PRESIDENT BUHARI MERELY RETAINED THE CRIMINALS TO DO WORSE ELECTION RIGGING TO FAVOUR THE APC GOVERNMENT THAT APPOINTED THEM TO OFFICE.

The fact that the IReV failed is more than enough reason to cancel the presidential election results.
Because even a fool knows that manually transfered Form EC8A could easily be altered enroute from the polling units to where they are Collated.

£1 British pound is almost N1000; the Naira speedily eroded from the N760=£1 rate before Tinubu was pronounced president-elect.
What's the purchasing power of the so-called N400 billion saved from removal of fuel subsidy; if ever such money was saved in the first place?

Secrecy breeds incompetence because where there is failure, failure is kept secret.
Secrecy is the apt word for the political conspiracy called APC; a political contraption which has brought down Nigeria to become the poverty capital of the world within 8 years. Buhari has escaped to Great Britain as
people are dropping dead from hunger and disease in Nigeria.
It's like Buhari-Tinubu are agents for depopulation of the black race, beginning with the most populated country of black people in the world.

Form EC8A was meant for election results to be electronically transmitted from the BVAS to INEC portal.

The real fooool is one who supports the idea that the billions of Naira spent for BVAS and IReV portal by his/her country to make general elections more transparent, should be a waste, just for him/her to have a former drug trafficking lord and ocassionally insentient Tinubu to succeed President Buhari from a political party which made Nigeria become the POVERTY CAPITAL of the world and one of the most terrorised and indebted countries on earth.

But atiku, tinubu and kwankwaso shared votes in the core north but still thrashed obi
The core north is made up of the 12 states that adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal laws.
The Muslim presidential candidates - Alhajis, Tinubu, Atiku and Kwankwaso, as you rightly stated must have shared the votes from the core north; more so, after Tinubu's APC took to Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket which polarised the presidential election to become a contest between Muslims and Christians, in Nigeria nearly equally divided between Muslims and Christians.
So, if you are awakened from sleep, you must say that the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, who was supported mostly by non Muslims and non Muslim hardliners, must have won the presidential election - clean.

Every Arab country is made up of Arabs, at least 99%.
Nigeria 🇳🇬 is made up of different nations and three major ethnic groups, each struggling to have a member of its ethnic group in control of proceeds from crude oil and gas deposits in the Niger Delta region to empower its ethnic group. Alas, Nigeria itself suffers. This is one of the main reasons why Europeans don't tolerate country of multi ethnic, not to talk having country of multi religious groups, in Europe.
After the fall of Berlin Wall, Europeans helped in dissolving nearly all multi ethnic and multi religious countries that existed in Europe, because having multi religious and ethnic groups in one country proved to be a ticket to failure to such countries.

Who will clean the polluted environment?
Not long ago, the BBC aired a documentary showing that infant mortality rate in the oil producing areas of the Niger Delta region, is alarmingly too high, compared to other parts of Nigeria 🇳🇬. The new owners of Nigeria by the vice of the post-colonial, fraudulent and lopsided political structure, created by their fellow northern military dictators between 1970 to 1996, largely determine who wins presidential election in Nigeria; they are having their far north clean and free of oil pollution. They don't give a damn for the oil pollution in the Niger Delta region. It's a concerned apex political leadership which can ensure that such environmental pollution is cleaned.

Bunkum. Investment can also be done in a conflict area.

All he needed was ask the British High commission to laiase with the UN for a referendum on Biafra. The British had referendum on their membership of the EU after seeing that the EU membership was not doing good for the British people.
No country in the world was created to remain one for ever. Lugard did not consult the people of the eastern region of today's Nigeria before the amalgation.
More than 5 million lives have been lost, and still going, due to the centrifugal forces emanating from the inadequacies of one Nigeria.
Continuous inaction by the creators of Nigeria for a UN-sponsored referendum on Biafra in the face of loss of millions of human lives and deteriorating situation in Nigeria 🇳🇬 can be construed as racism of the creators of the impossible country, Nigeria.

Tinubu is a big joke; another disaster on the prowl if left to continue, because he doesn't seem to understand the level of calamity which his APC alliance has brought to Nigeria. Today, for example, the Naira has crumbled to nearly N1000 = £1.

Atiku Abubakar, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Alhaji Rabiu Kwankwaso belonged to APC until not long ago.
Even a kid with good senses will tell you that Atiku, Tinubu and Kwankwaso would share the votes of their political constituency; and that left Peter Obi to win, even with a wide margin of votes.

Or what do you think made INEC disable the password for upload of only presidential election results, if not that INEC earlier saw Obi leading with a very wide margin of votes?

A glitch that stopped only the uploading of presidential results Nationwide, what a miraculous glitch!,ask him to state categorically when the glitch occurred and how it was rectified and by who,he will start chewing his tongue, the last presidential election results were just a product of monumental fraud, even the Devil knows it.
Even after INEC's excuse of computer glitch, the presidential candidates, except Tinubu, asked INEC to wait for the glitch to be rectified; though the candidates knew it was a man-made glitch. But INEC quickly declared Bola Tinubu winner.
What an affront to a country by few men in INEC who wanted to appoint a president from a political party which appointed them to office?

INEC And Especially Festus Okoye Is Very Irresponsible. It's The Duty Of INEC To Conduct Election And Upload Results To IREV. It's Not The Duty Of Party Agents.

Again, Yakubu Mahmoud, Okoye And Everyone Who Participated In This Fraud Must Be Arrested And Jailed.
Blames have been going to only Mahmood Yakubu, but this Festus Okoye is apparently an accomplice to the fraud of disabling the system for electronic transmission of vote results of the presidential election. Only a most irresponsible person would lure millions more eligible voters with education that electronic transmission of vote results would be used to make the Election transparent; but after the voters had cast their votes, the system for electronic transmission of only presidential election results got disabled because they saw an unexpected presidential candidate to be on the lead.

Good news and a well deserved death.

Unfortunately they will appoint another person to replace him, they are cancers.
Cancers right. Cancers that rose from Boko Haram; Boko Haram that rose from adoption of unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system by the political and religious leaders of the 12 far north sharia states; an incurable cancer unless the adoption of sharia criminal laws are RENOUNCED by the Sharia states.
The mostly Muslim military dictators who supervised the drafting of Nigeria's Constitution refused to include Sharia criminal justice system in the constitution unarguably because they knew the catastrophe its inclusion could cause in a plural religious society in Nigeria.
One of the earliest demands of Alhaji Tanko Mohammed appointed Chief Justice of Nigeria by then president Buhari was for Islamic Sharia criminal justice system be included in Nigeria's Constitution.

Great survival innovation in Tinubu's Nigeria which the APC he formed threw into the bottom as the poverty capital of the world, in just 8 years.
Worse is that Tinubu is not ashamed of his political party's sin against the people in Nigeria, as he stole presidential election, with the to continue to inflict worse poverty upon Nigerians.

Tinubu did not win Lagos, Abuja, Rivers, Kaduna, Sokoto, Katsina - where did he get his winning votes from? Tinubu shared votes with other presidential candidates in the rest of the SW region.
Truth is that Alhajis Tinubu, Atiku and Kwankwaso shared the votes of their religious and ethnic constituencies and thus Peter Obi won the presidential election with a wide margin.
