The Nigerian Constitution was supervised by Northern military dictators wearing Ak47 rifles as they dictated what should be in the constitution.

Senator Osunbor was a two-time senator but unable to present a motion to change the most vexed portions of the constitution.
Today, Osunbor came to misinterpret what is in the constitution.

The Constitution does not say 25% of votes in two-thirds of the 36 states including the federal capital territory.
It says 25% of votes in two-thirds of the 36 states AND Abuja.
Even a baby will tell Osunbor that the framers of the constitution intended for the president of Nigeria who is also the administrator for Abuja to have legitimacy through at least, 25% of votes of Abuja residents, before administering Abuja.

The legal draftsman wouldn't bother to mention the federal capital territory if 25% of votes in the federal capital territory is not also required.

The constitution is very clear about the status of the FCT during presidential elections. Peter Obi will disgrace himself at the tribunal

The Constitution states that a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of the number of states AND ABUJA.

In other words, if a presidential candidate fails to win 25% of votes of Abuja residents, he is not qualified to become president of Nigeria.

In black and white, the constitution states that one must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of the number of states AND Abuja.
Abuja is federal capital territory governed by the president of Nigeria through the Chairman of the Federal Capital territory. Abuja has no attributes of a state, but Tinubu lawyers started to call Abuja the 37th state in order to make Tinubu president of Nigeria.

The most important thing about one's country is how happy and contented one is with one's country, not how rich or big one's country is. This fact has eluded black Africans in Nigeria.

The far north Nigeria needs the resources in the south and access to the Atlantic ocean in the south. For the southern Nigerians, it's either they all die in one dysfunctional and most insecure Nigeria or emigrate to foreign countries, as the far north religious extremists make the whole of Nigeria more and more insecure.
