False alarmist. The only thing that will stop elections is if the president of Nigeria is not willing to have elections hold.
In that case, he has caused disintegration of Nigeria into Oduduwa Republic, Biafra Republic, Arewa Sharia Republic, some smaller Republics in the Southsouth, some smaller Republics in the Middle Belt.
There are many sovereign countries in the World with population less than the population of the smallest country that can emerge from disintegration of Nigeria.
What matters is how happy one is with one's country, not how big or rich one's country is.

If the sit at home order is stopped in Igbo land, sit at home order may not be stopped in Orlu in Imo state in the near future. A combination of state actors with hoodlums had since conspired to reduce Orlu to 19th Century status. Sit at home day is not missed, but observed here like a government order.
Propagandists are paid to spread a false narrative that Orlu harbours IPOB people; unless Orlu people stop harboring IPOB people, there will not be government attention to the place. The state gov even closes government institutions that exist in Orlu and relocates them to Owerri. Govt activities that used to take place in Orlu are taken to the state capital by the governor. There are fears the gov may transfer polling boots of Orlu to Owerri for people here to go to vote in Owerri.

It's not only Nigeria that changes currency notes. Other countries do without the present noise about currency redesign in Nigeria.
All the noise are from political rogues in Nigeria who wanted to buy election with wads of the old currency they stole from government

APC has bad presidential candidate in Tinubu who forfeited $460000 drug trafficking money to the US government.
Punishment for drug trafficking offences is not forfeiture of the money realised from drug trafficking. Tinubu still has the accusations of drug trafficking offences hanging over his neck, and possibility of getting arraigned in a US court is not yet cancelled out. The investigation was never concluded by the US investigators.
Manuel Noriega's case is a similar example.
