It's hard to find other countries where banks charge depositors for the transactions named above.

The mainly Muslim military dictators from Northern Nigeria who supervised Nigeria's Constitution refused to include Sharia criminal justice system in the Constitution, unarguably, because they knew the chaos inclusion of Sharia criminal justice system can cause in Nigeria of plural religious faiths.

Boko Haram says that it's fighting for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.

Use of Sharia criminal laws are clearly prohibited by Nigeria's Constitution.
Guess why the CJN, Tanko Mohammed, appointed by president Buhari asked for Sharia criminal laws be included in the Constitution. It never happened, and will never happen.
Any Nigerian group or groups, using Sharia criminal laws, must be preparing to have its/their Islamic Republic country different from the rest of Nigeria.
