The school refused to grant her permission to go stay with the sister at the hospital. Three days later, her sister died in her absence and in bitterness of heart she resigned.

Who said he is lying? Even in Abuja some private schools still pay degree holders (not NCE) who are teachers N20 -N25k. Some are even owed salaries. So many schools do not even pay for the months when students are on vacation.

Thus, I assure you that some graduate teachers earn this N20k - N25k for only nine(9) months in a year. No Christmas allowance, no nothing extra. They do the work but so many are sad. As long as school fees is low, workers salary remain low.
